Just got married, got a nail in my tire and they patched it in 10 minutes. Didn't charge us anything, very good service and good people!

I've gone to Black Cat since my first car and that was years ago Bill and his crew are great guys that go out of their way to help anyway needed... Give them a try the next time you need new tires!!

These guys are great! After being turned away from another tire shop in town, I ended up here. It s funny at times, how things work for the BETTER. I went in for one tire, ended up getting two at a GREAT PRICE! Customer service is EXCELLENT!! Extremely nice and FRIENDLY!! Didn t realize how much they charge him to use his credit machine, he d already installed my tires, so the owner says hey, just drive over to the bank and get the cash. Surprised me how trusting he is! (Not that I wouldn t come back) point, great place! He s got my business!! A+++++++

Updated Review:I have been to this place twice since I moved here. Both times, I was extremely satisfied with the service and looked forward to future business with them. Today, I called to see how much they would charge to mount new tires on my car. The owner asked which size I was looking for, to which I replied that I already had the tires, just needed them mounted. He immediately informed me that he didn't have time, he is too backed up. Ok, I questioned why he hadn't told me beforehand how busy he was instead of asking about tire sizes. His response? "Look, I don't have time to mount tires bought off the internet, you won't find anyone around that will do that for you." He was very rude, and I honestly don't understand why. It's not as if I asked him to mount them for free.I ended up calling a new shop in town, Main Street Automotive, and they will mount them for a fair price. I will not be back to Black Cat, considering how rude the owner became over tires bought from anywhere but him. I ordered tires online because of a good deal that saved me hundreds of dollars, and I'm very disappointed to be treated as if I've insulted his great ancestors.I'm leaving 3 stars for the quality of service I received previously, but had those experiences not happened, it would be a solid lonely star above this review.Original Review:Wonderful! Bought a couple of used tires (very affordable!) and one had a slow leak, they plugged it 2 days later at no charge. Friendly and fast service, and the owner (I think?) is such a gentleman! Will definitely be doing business here in the future!

I have NEVER been treated so rudely by any small business owner, ever. I have been buying tires, brake jobs and alignments from these guys for several years. Took my truck by today to have the ball joints replaced, an alignment and a set of tires. I had already talked to the owner about doing this job a couple of months back. When the guy found out I already bought the parts he came unglued! He started ranting and raving about how people never order the right parts and it would tie up his rack (which was empty, along with his parking lot). News flash: My father owned three auto parts stores. I grew up working in the business. We specialized in suspension and brake parts. I know with absolute certainty these are the correct parts. I talked directly with Moog myself. Then, compared them to the ball joints installed on the truck now to make sure they were the right ones. I bought my own parts because I wanted Moog instead of the cheap, Chinese knock-offs he would have ordered from Autozone or O'Reilly's. So, this guy lost a sale of 4, 16" truck tires ($225/ea), an alignment and probably $400 worth of labor without even bothering to see if they were the correct parts. Incredible. Business must be pretty good if you can run off a $1400 sale and all the future business you would have gotten from me. I'm a small business owner, too. I sure don't treat my customers that way. I will definitely never go back.

I would not take a single thing to these guys again. I had them fix one tire, and it leaked down the next day. I bought 4 new tires online because they were $300 cheaper than to buy from black cat, so I called and asked how much they charged to mount 4 new tires, and was turned away because they couldn't "fit that in their schedule." Don't waste your time here.

Asked owner to install tire on wheel and check balance on 3 other wheels. He said he is too busy. I was going to leave to pick up the next day. He wasn t interested. Glad he has so much business, he can turn away new business. I m new to the area and will never take a car to them

They broke my hub cap and now I have to buy an entire new set for $50 because they dont sell them individually.And I didnt recieved any kind of discount for them breaking it.

Bill and Michael are both good mechanics and if they don't have the tires you need, Bill will have them there the next day. They also do oil changes.

Been going to Black Cat for a few years now and Mr Bill is as nice and honest as can be. Recommend him to everyone and take all my families vehicles there.
