James Smith store manager at store #3881 is absolutely wonderful. We had a flat tire that was coming off the rim (pretty much destroyed) and he came outside to help us change it with no hesitation in the icy 24 degree weather. We really appreciate your willingness, James. God bless you!

Most autozone locations are bad about saying they have parts that they don't have in stock or advertising much lower prices online than what's in the store. But this location was very helpful. The employees are very helpful and welcoming.

A decent amount of variety of items to select from. Only a few marked sale items. I did not find the one thing that I was in there looking for, a particular drill bit. There were drill bits and other alternatives but not the specialty bit I was looking for. The staff was very friendly and helpful

I had two batteries that needed charged. I felt awful taking them in. But the guys there was awesome. I also needed a couple things, as always they was very helpful in helping me find what I needed. And helped me carry my batteries to and from my car. Thanks for being so understanding and helpful y'all at AutoZone.

I went to auto zone 3 different times for head light bulbs because they kept giving me the wrong ones ! And when I ask if someone could put them in she tells me there is no one there that knows how ....pitiful

My husband went to Auto zone with a problem on a Toyato Tundra while we were on vacation at FallCreek Falls. The manager s David , Mat and another employee Andrew. Went above and beyond to help us out with are problem thank you so much a great bunch of guys

I was at store on 6/25/2020 in the afternoon. I had a brake squeal problem on a Lexus and the manager (I think he is) was very helpful and took time to help me out. I solved my problem,squeal gone. He did order new pads for me but not needed yet, hope he keeps them in stock. Ron in Dunlap

Today at Dunlap Auto zone we were blessed by the men who work in this store. A family who had a car that did not run was taken care of by this group of three men who had compassion for the less fortunate. Thank you auto zone employees for your kindness especially at this time of year. Merry Christmas and God bless you!

First off, I d like to say that Andrew at this location is a nice guy who helped me when I got nowhere with anyone else. Now, The past two times that I got a part from this location and had to return it I had issues with trying to do so. This location tells customers who can t find their receipt that if they didn t put a warranty on their purchase then it can t be looked up under their phone number. But yet, when an employee from another parts store called Jennifer at Auto Zone, she was able to look my number up and find the transaction right away! So tell me, why is Auto Zone telling customers who are trying to return merchandise that they can t lookup transactions by phone number when it s obvious they can? Seems to me their just trying to avoid doing returns. Or certain employees are just lazy. Thanks again to Andrew P. for all his help.

They was very rude. The man at the counter was very condescending, and unhelpful. The product I bought didn't even work. This is the absolute worse autozone I have ever been to. I will never return.

Not a bad auto parts store as long as you know exactly what you need and don't need any kind of electrical parts. If you need electrical you better head to O'reilly auto parts.

Always good service. Had them. Check and change battery. Felt bad because a storm hit dame time but they are troopers there and proceeded to fix it. A+ serive.
