They were very helpful and walked me through every step on my first ever car purchase. They were able to get me approved with a great lender with low monthly payments on a really nice small SUV with low miles. I would recommend West TN Automotive to everyone.

So far, we have only had one car from West Tn Automotive. We've had it for 2 years and no car troubles. They were kind and answered every question we had. We will definitely be buying more vehicles from them.

Good service, great deal, have bought ,2 cars before. They have super clean cars. Allcars are late model . the sales people are also the owners. They have been in same place for over ten years.

They suck!!!! the customers care/courtesy really sucks I will not do any business with them. I went in to get financed and they seem like they didn't care for me after. The when around me like I was not the and help other customers when I was talking to him..... I then said f**k this I am done and walked away
