I came to his shop for an alignment and him put on two used tires. I left with trucks still pulling two left bad and a cracked rim spoke with the owner. He refused to take responsibility for the actions that happened in his shop. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Barrett's has been in Dover many years. They have the best prices on oil changes and tires. Period. The service is excellent. They give you options, but do not pressure you into anything. The staff is friendly and courteous. I drive to Clarksville every day, but I choose Barrett's. You should too.

This place is the best. Got my flat fixed, and all tires back where they belonged in a little under 30 min. No wait at all.

I had a tire blow out last night - thankfully had a spare. I took it to Barrett s this morning, and they were able to get it replaced really quick - even though they were busy. Good, honest business. Very nice people. They even checked my anti-freeze for me!10/10

I brought in a lawnmower tire because the valve stem had broken. They replaced it in a timely manner. Not only were they polite and very friendly they helped me more than even they know.

Stopped in yesterday had a great experience and fast efficient got the tires ordered one day put them on the next front end alignment stop by if you need an oil change your brakes windshield wipers whatever stop again to get another set of tires on my little car great friendly service and prices I won't go back to discount tires at all

Good prices, good service and good people that takes the time to explain to you the difference options for your vehicle. Had an oil change and 4 news tires put on my 77 Corvette. They were very helpful, even putting the car inside over the weekend so I wouldn t have to make another trip after the tires came in. Thank you guys

Great customer service and I was in and out in no time. And Chris tried to help me find some lug nuts for my car that were cheaper. We didn't have any success. But I appreciate the extra effort.

I have been coming there for tires and alignments for a while. They left my car with 46 and 47 psi per tire and the suspension felt like it was coming apart. We were lucky that the new tires we just paid for were not damaged with the high air pressure. Making loud bangs when going over small bumps. They didn't even put the right air pressure in the rear tires. Had to bring it back and Heather Barrett yells at me and tells me I don't know what I'm talking about. But finally let her shop do it right.They did 2 alignments on my other car. Car drifted on the highway and wasn't centered. I had my alignment done a second time. Complained that it pulls to the left. Nothing was worn on my suspension as it was tight. The fact my tires had only 10,000 miles on them and they wore down to the wear bars because of their bad alignments. She immediately started yelling at me that I always have a problem with them. And told me I didn't know what I was doing. I have been ASE certified for about 20 plus years. I showed her my paperwork. She refunded my 2nd alignment money and made a big scene. Yelling at me to leave. Never taking responsibility for their work. Don't trust them. They don't care as long as you don't complain. I had another tire shop tell me that they did obviously bad alignment work as the wear on the tires shows. I have no faith in them . They are disrespectful and bullying to insult your intelligence. Heather Barrett told me that my sedan is supposed to have 40 psi in the tires . The door stickers read 32 psi... She isnt certified and doesn't know how to work on cars. Just she wants to take advantage of you.

We arrived at our campsite and I saw a large bolt in my tire. Called their shop 30 minutes before they closed and they said if I could get there before closing it would be taken care of and it was! Best thing to happen on this trip by far.

Love their new facility! Always super friendly and fast service. As I was waiting, someone called with a flat on the road. The lady at the counter was super friendly and was going to send one of the men out to help this person on the side of the road. Top notch!

My family has done business with them thru the years. I started doing business with them also, for about 2 yrs now. Their knowledgable about anything I've asked about. They were quick to help me and made me feel good in my choices. Treated me like they knew me all my life. Made an appt today for my vehicle next week. I sure appreciate them!

Fast and efficient! I was very pleased today at barrett's getting an oil change and all four tires mounted and balanced. The staff was friendly and had me in and out within 35 mins of arriving. You also cant beat the prices. Will definitely be referring others and returning!

Barrett's Tires can get you any tire or wheel you want, and has the best prices in the area. All the employees that work here are very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I have bought tires here for many years, and never had a problem.

Really nice to deal with. Didn't have a place to get my tires changed in the area for a company vehicle, they worked and got set up and got me in quick. Couldn't ask for a place to work any harder than they did.

Great people and great service! Today they removed flat..took to shop..fixed. and took me back to my vehicle on the roadside and put it back on my truck. You don't get this help in a big city! Thank you all so much

This IS the place to get tires in Dover TN. I know people that drive from Clarksville, Erin, TN Ridge, and Im sure further out that come to Dover JUST to get their tires here.The entires group of people that work there are amazing. They will do what they have to do get you and your vehicles needs taken care of.They do so much more than just brakes and tires too. Ask about getting an oil change.I personally can't wait for them to get the new building built and open for business.
