My battery light came on and I stopped by this morning. They were able to test my battery and my alternator and give me peace of mind and give me some ideas on what to look for. The employees are all very helpful here.

I wanted to send Dover TN Autozone #6074 hwy 79 a sincere Thank You. It was sleeting and freezing when my battery died. I called autozone and explained my situation to make sure they had a battery, Mr. Chief from autozone not only brought me the battery. But ask me to please sit in his warm vehicle while he swapped it out for me in the sleet on the side of the highway. The gentlemen had me follow him back to the store for testing. My alternator was going out. So I was able to have that repaired the next day.i am so Thankful for your service to Stewart County

Just 5 stars doesn t do justice. We drove 3 hours away from home to visit Land Between the Lakes, and ended up busting a brake line. With it being Saturday, no local mechanic shops were open, but while we were stopped at a gas station looking at the problem, a local pulled up and told us to go to the auto zone here in Dover and ask for Chief. That was the best decision we ve ever made. Chief helped us from 7:30 in the morning till lunch, and we will be forever grateful. That man was a saving grace, and one of the nicest people we have ever met. It s amazing to know there are still a few people left that will go out of their way to help you. THANK YOU CHIEF!!!

Couldn t have asked for better service! We needed to replace some spark plugs, Donald and Chief were super helpful, very efficient and went above and beyond to help us get everything we needed! Really appreciate their friendliness!

Stopped in this morning to pick up a set of headlights. Gary M. helped us more than I ve ever been helped at an Auto Parts store. Stood out in the rain with us to help us diagnose the issue, showed us exactly what we needed, and taught us enough to not need help next time! Thanks for taking pride in doing good work, Gary!

Awesome service, Chief is the best. He was able to figure out the correct year for the rear end used to make my VW trike and match up the new brake parts needed by sight. I trust him to make sure my auto and trike parts are correct.

Had to take a lightbulb back . 2nd time. Explained I couldn't get a clip on . Got no help. Could have been done 1st trip if they had people to help install according to all tv ads

Great service here if you're a disabled veteran and enjoy having the staff come out and tell you how much trouble you're having getting out of your vehicle. if you're looking to hear all the town gossip in front of customers this is your place. You'll hear all about drunk women getting beat up and needing a ride home and all the drama entailed there. Truly a small town shop. Like a Jerry Springer episode if cars were involved.

Chief came to my house on his lunch break and replaced my trucks brake pads,roter and caliper. On his own lunch break. Said it's good for business and helps the community. Can't get no better than that.

Normally I don't review places other than diners and restaurants; but this AutoZone made an impression. I was in the area for some business and needed to get some new wipers and an air filter for me vehicle. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by the person behind the counter. The store was very clean and tidy; everything was where it was supposed to be. If you need something from AutoZone, I would recommend this location.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. They are well trained and knowledgeable. Prices are far better than NAPA down the road. The store is clean, well lighted and stocked. If you need a loaner tool they have that too. Can special order items and can have it the next day.

I Love our community! The people at AutoZone make me even more glad to live here! Usually, I am the part fetcher, but there have been times when I must make the repair myself. The technicians are always helpful. I have to give them straight Fs. Fast, Friendly and FANTASTIC!Only Love here!!! We are all friends! I feel a brotherhood and sisterhood that just is not everywhere. It must be Jesus!!! I believe we have more Love per square foot in this place. I guess we'll have to call it AMAZING GRACE!

My battery went bad in the cold rain. I waited for it to stop but it was still cold and wet. The lady worker assisted me in checking and installing my battery because it takes some special steps. She also had assistance from a customer she knew to help me so that we could get it done quickly. I appreciate everything they did with my husband working away from the house 6 months out of the year it's nice to have a business down the road who goes above and beyond.

Tech Gary Mathews was more than helpful he went above and beyond!!when the code reader did not work he tried 3 different times, double-checked to make sure I had the correct oil...which I I did not!!!thank u for your kindness and great customer service skills

This store is actually a very good store I really appreciate the help here....the only negative I have is of the employee that goes by the name Cheif...he is very disrespectful he will play on his cell phone while customers are waiting and when he finally gets to help a customer he will push items on you that you don't want...in my example I put a can of brake cleaner up on the counter because I was working on brakes and he took the can off of the counter and told me I didn't need it that I needed a different can that had something attached to it that cost more and when I told him I did not want that he huffed and walked away to help someone else....this man is very rude and talks down to the other employees in front of customers....I would recommend to anyone who visits this store to stay away from the man they call cheif BUT anyone else interested is absolutely awesome!!!!

I bought several items to replace on my vehicle's cooling system. I needed to get an expensive specialty tool to get the job done. One of the associates allowed me to borrow his personal tool so I could do the work without having to buy a roll or take my vehicle to a garage. This is was small town values and service is all about. I will be using this AutoZone for all my car repair needs. In addition, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If you have questions on how to do something go see these people.

My husband had to get 16 spark plugs and it was only $60. Clean store, and the rewards program is useful. Nice people too. They'll help you out

Friendly helpful staff,they always are glad to help you find what your looking for and most of the crew are knowledgeable about automotive mechanics and if they don't have it they can get it within no more than three days sometimes if it's early enough in the day they will get parts same-day

John Fuller aka "Chief" went above and beyond for my family and I. My water pump locked up on us in Dover and started overheating. We called auto zone and they were closing in 3 minutes! We wouldn't make it in time. John paid for the parts we needed with his own money, closed up and brought us everything we needed. It's hard to find good people now a days. John Fuller is one of the great ones! Can't thank him enough.

I gave a ride to two Latino gentlemen who were walking temp 24 degrees I am white an native american (look white) they told me they had ask several for a ride to no avale there is a children's song a verse says RED YELLOW BLACK BROWN OR WHITE WE ARE ALL SPECIAL IN GOD'S sight they pile in my junkie car an WE went to auto zone where I knew (RED) was mgmt they went in an came out with new part we wish each other well they gave me some gas money an we parted ways a little help an kind Ness goes a long way One day you will need a ride I hope you get one 30mins to help some one in need give a hand when you can

Believe it or not, had my 2015 jeep brake pads in stock. Says last one, good I just need one set...lol I use auto zone most of the time. Can check ur engine light, borrow tools, or let them install ur battery or wiper blades free
