Stopped here to get a service as my car hit a tire on the road on Christmas Eve! The awesome people at this location immediately inspected my car and fixed the issue so that I could keep driving to my destination without wasting any time. I would highly recommend this location for their best in class services and also their rapid speed of service.

I took my car in to the service department in October because of a noise I heard. They told me what they thought it was and they were going to order part and leave an open ticket and call when it came in. When November came and went we called back to see what was happening. We got the run around again with another promise of a call back. We called back a week later and were told that they had lost our number but that the part was in, so we scheduled an appointment for Dec.27. Took today and dropped off with being told it would be a couple hours. After having the vehicle all day my husband called to check on it and was given the run around again. Come to find out they had sent the part back and didn t even call us to let us know what was happening. Then they blamed us for the part being sent back. Worse service department I have ever dealt with. We will not be back!

Went in for my 10,000 mile service, The tech servicing my car checked the battery it was a defective battery, he installed the new one .Thank you so much for checking never had another dealership do this.Going on a trip so glad he checked and I didn t get stuck our in the highway.Thank you for your outstanding serviceService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Jeff Jones makes this place so easy to shop at. My wife and I got a new 2021 Nissan Altima tonight. Our second from Jeff and third new Nissan.
