Katie Donaldson was the best salesperson ever. She made the process painless and she took her time and found the perfect car for me. I wanted a stick shift and those are virtually impossible to find but she made it happen. I can north recommend her strongly enough. 10/10 woould buy from her again!

Katie Donaldson is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! My son and I were looking for something safe due to him just getting his license. She took her time and helped us find the perfect car!! Needless to say 10 out of 10. If you need to buy a car she is your girl. She made the process so painless also John in finance rocked!!

Can I just say that Hospitality at this Dealer is Off the Charts!!! Katie Donaldson is one of the most helpful and genuine souls there. She seems to really care about making your experience exceptional. I will recommend this Dealership to everyone for sure.

Katie really did her thing. I swear this woman is relentless! Not only is she committed but she is obsessed with finding you a vehicle that suits your character & price range and when you settle for the one vehicle you want she will find a deal you seriously cannot refuse. She will work around your schedule and is probably the most flexible dealer I've personally ever dealt with in my life. She even offered bringing the vehicle with her to my job when I was tied down to my shift just so I can drive it and test it out. She has gone above her needs and obligations to her job to get me the deal I was looking for which is how she got the deal with me. GO TO Katie Donaldson she's a rockstar!

Shout out to Michael holdin' it down in sales... and my baby girl. He really hooked it up with the numbers and worked with me without me having to even ask. Michael's a G and very cordial. Easy to work with, left happy in the new whip with ease. Highly HIGHLY recommend to anybody and everybody.

I bought my Nissan Rogue from here and brought it back for normal maintenance! I traded in my jeep when getting my car and both times I was there everyone was very nice and helpful! They got me a very good deal and was able to work with me to get everything that I wanted! Shout out to my salesman Chad Cothron! During routine maintenance I waited at the store and they got my car done as fast as they could and I was in and out! Definitely the fastest and best experience i ve had dealing with a dealership!

I enjoy getting my car serviced at my local Nissan dealership. Very nice friendly people and usually highly efficient. Love the car wash after. Unfortunately, today my guest and I had a 1 hr 45 min wait to get oil & filter change. Maybe next time will be better.

All of the employees I encountered were friendly, helpful, and professional. I worked with Stefan Pent as my sales person and he was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was not a high pressure tactic employee and I appreciated his patience and time he dedicated to helping me make a decision about a new vehicle. He very courteously showed me all three vehicles I questioned him about as well as test drove them with me all the while showing his sense of humor and helpfulness.

This was probably the best dealership I have ever been to! Dalton was so precise and on top of things for the whole process. I couldn t have asked for a better experience. They gave me a great deal on a F150 and gave me a great trade in price for my car. Their finance team is top notch. I would definitely recommend these guys for your next auto purchase! 5 stars all the way. Thank you again Dalton.

When I came to get a new vehicle, I was pressured to trade my current vehicle. I reluctantly agreed because I was offered a 5-year service contract. Now, 2 years in, I m told that I only have 3 services left. I feel completely deceived. Next time, I will go to a more reputable dealership. And please, save your pretend remorse, Victory. I don t need you to patronize me on top of screwing me over.

Nissan took good care of me & my car!I was in & out under 60mins!Oil change, tires rotated, & car inspection Didn t even know I still had 5 free tire rotations left-they could have easily charged me but they didn t plus I had a coupon for an oil change! Spent less than $25Thank you, Nissan-

I had a wonderful experience with Nissan. I came in with a coupon for an oil change. I added a couple of while I m here I also need items. The service employee explained very clearly how it would work. They actually wound up not needing any diagnostic for one item, so the entire repair was much less than they quoted me. It was done in 90 minutes, and the car seems very happy to get some TLC at the dealership!

Always have a good experience here. I've had my car for almost 2 years and I still haven't had to pay for an oil change because of car doc! Most recently when I got an oil change I went to make a cup of coffee but noticed they only had sugar so I asked the lady at the service desk if they had any splenda and she gave me some of her personal stash to use! So nice of her!

We drove a little over an hour and a half after my husband got off work because we were under the impression that we would be worked with. We were not worked with at all. They gave us way less than our trades were worth and they wouldn t budge a penny on their price. They also try to sneak Gap insurance in even though I said I didn t want it. It was the worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle and if it wasn t for the fact that I had driven so far and that late, I would not have purchased this vehicle. I would not recommend anyone using Victory Nissan of Dickson.

I had a great experience At Victory Nissan Yesterday . I worked with Breanna and as soon as I got there she knew what I wanted and wasted no time getting me into my 2020 Altima. With Not so great credit They knew what I wanted to keep my payments at and went over my options to see what I was most comfortable with . Don t think you can t get the nice car you want with all the assurances of buying from a dealership just because your credit isn t great. These folks will try their hardest and I m so glad I decided to go to Victory !

I took my car to victory Nissan In Dickson told them to fix it. It was dying after you drive it for about thirty minutes. Told them didn t care what it was fix it from dying. However 2000.00 dollars later it s not fixed. I took it back and they still didn t fix it. So I guess I m in business of giving away money cause my problem wasn t solved!

It's a friendly place and they have nice cars and trucks and SUV for sale. The only bad thing about our experience is we had to put money down. And me and my wife are disabled so money is tight so after we signed all the paperwork. We went to drive off and it didn't have enough gas to get home in so we only had about 10 dollars to our name. So guess where that 10 $ went to. And they didn't tell us how much the payments were and when it's due..

Great experience buying a car! Our salesman, Kody, was great to deal with. He was not pushy and kept our best interest at hand. The finance manager, Michael, was super nice and also great to deal with. He is not pushy when it comes to extended warranties, extra services etc. I would highly recommend checking them out If you're in the market for a vehicle.

Purchased a used Sentra and they replaced the transmission free of charge since it was covered under the 90 day warranty. Service was done quickly and proficiently. Great staff to work with.

We bought the Altima from Victory and will definitely buy from them again. Since our purchase we have brought it back for its regular Oil changes and such.
