I live in Cleveland, Ohio and found my "perfect" truck at Underhill Motors all the way in Tennessee - a black 2011 Ford Ranger XLT. I saw it within moments of it being listed. I called them up right away and let them know that I am very serious about buying the truck, despite the difficulties and complexities involved in buying a vehicle out-of-state.They were absolutely understanding and respectful of the process. I asked them if they'd be OK with dropping the vehicle off at a nearby mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection, and they said that's absolutely fine.The mechanic that inspected the vehicle called me up the next day and said, "This little truck is so great, I'd buy it myself!"That sealed the deal, and I immediately began the process of applying for a loan (with my local credit union) to buy the truck. I asked Tyler if I am at risk of anyone coming in and buying it before me with cash, but he assured me, "No, don't worry about that, we know you're serious and this truck is all yours." They had multiple people come in and ask about the truck, but they repeatedly told those people that it was not available. I really appreciated that.From there, it was easy to communicate with Underhill Motors - Tyler was always just a text away, and when he was on vacation, Hunter was very communicative and helpful as well.I personally found an auto transport broker to send a carrier to pick up the truck and deliver it to my home. That process went extremely smoothly, and just a couple days before Thanksgiving Day, the truck was safely delivered to my home. I drove the truck for the first time to Thanksgiving dinner, and it was like love at first drive. They clearly took excellent care of the truck while it was in their possession. It was a blast to drive.From the moment I started working with Underhill Motors, to the moment the truck showed up at my doorstep, they were an absolute breeze to deal with. They were kind, helpful, communicative, and professional the whole time.If you see a vehicle you want at Underhill Motors, and it passes a pre-purchase inspection, I'd say you are in great hands if you end up buying it from them!

Underhill Motors Customer Service is top-notch!!After having a 2 month experience that was nothing shy of a nightmare with Victory Nissan, I called Eddie Underhill and he had me in a beautiful truck within 24 hours. I had the best and easiest experience with Eddie and Sheila. Everyone at Underhill has a welcoming smile which will make you feel comfortable as soon as you enter the building. They had my paperwork ready, new tires put on, my Carfax in hand, and my tag ready as soon as I called with my decision. Eddie did not rush me into any decision and was helpful with any questions/concerns I had. He has even followed up with me to see how I like my new truck. Under Motors has set the bar high for Customer Service. I will NEVER do business with anyone else. I highly recommend Underhill Motors for anyone looking for a hassle-free car buying experience. You will not regret it!

The best customer service you can ask for. My family have purchased multiple vehicles and have been completely satisfied each time. I am very grateful for the care and support we have received over the years. And plan to always be loyal customers here.

Truth telling is key when buying a used vehicle. They said they would cover anything for the first 90 days. The transmission went out before 3 days. We tried to get my daughter's car back on the second day. This vehicle is a lemon for sure. The owner said it's your problem.And i.noticed a response a year later after the fact with more untruths. My daughter and I went 2 days after the buying process because the transmission was going out and they didn't care. Just be careful and ask if you can take to a local shop before signing any papers

Going into a car place looking to buy a car may not be the greatest idea in anyone's mind. With all the pressure and not knowing what to expect can be a lot for one person to process. You don't have to worry like that when you walk into Underhill Motors. Friendly faces and personalities to match makes you feel like you are visiting friends. Very laid back and not constantly hounding you to make a decision. That's my idea of a great car buying experience. Everyone should make their way to Underhill Motors. Very nice vehicles with a free Carfax report to go with it!! Check them out and tell everyone what a wonderful experience you had. Tell em Marie sent you! :-)

This is a great place to buy a car without a doubt. The associates here were awesome and helped me every step of the way. Really friendly and helped me understand a lot more about buying cars in the future. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good deal on a car! :)

Underhill sold my fiance daughter a car that was a lemon for sure. They won't return your calls. I tried to go to the lot and talk to the owner and he threw his hands up and said it's not his problem. He had told her he would fix anything the first 90 days. He took advantage of a 20 year old first time buyer that knew nothing about cars.

Made an offer on a vehicle while passing by the dealership that was not acepted . Recieved a call wanting me to return based on that cash /trade offer and was very clear I did not want to waist my time nor theirs coming back if my original offer would not be accepted in. I returned with same vehicle which had been upgraded since the first visit and was asked for a higher trade value. I would not recommend this dealership to a serious buyer .

Refused to budge an inch. Will not work with you at all on price for an older vehicle. Posted for the high end KBB value and would not even consider going below it. Not a car SALES company. This a car COLLECTION. Will not make this mistake again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN SELLING.

Best car buying experience ive ever had. No one forcing me into a vehicle i didnt want. Customer service is excellent. Carfax is a plus. Id send anyone looking to buy a car to Underhill Motors.

Have to say the staff @ Underhill did a phenomenal job with what I needed. They went above and beyond the call! I would advise anyone looking for a great vehicle with a great family oriented atmosphere to stop in and make a deal!

I appreciate everyone at Underhill motors. From Eddie to Sheila and Riki. They are very helpful for what I was looking for. I bought a used Tahoe and it was very well maintained and clean. I appreciate all the help, and would suggest them to anyone.

Love the truck we bought from there but has been nothing but problems ever since! No air, heat went out, wheel bearings, they just patch them up and sale them so be careful what u buy !!!
