Well.Was a bit upset I left without the alignment (I came to replace 2 steer tires + alignment). It appeared that someone got there just minutes before I did. I was told that they need 2hrs to do the alignment on the other truck and by than the alignment tech would be done for the day.2hrs seems to be a super relaxed timing for alignment but whatever.Rory was extremely polite and professional.Also fantastic prices and good inventory- they have Yokohama and Toyo (which I prefer over other brands) along with Firestone, Bridgestone and some other brands (which I personally consider sht).Cool place overall.

Phenomenal!I started this morning off frustrated with the fact that neither the 3rd party seller nor shipper could locate the tires I had ordered online (to have shipped to S.T.M.) back on Black Friday.Ms Candy did some digging and located the tires - what followed was the friendliest and most efficient tire service I have ever experienced. The crew had my 5 tires mounted, balanced and installed quicker than I could finish my complimentary coffee!Even better - Once I got my vehicle home to torque the wheels to spec - they were already torqued exactly to spec!These guys (and gal) have earned a new customer!Way to go guys!

Awesome customer service. First class! They didn't have a quart of what I needed, neither did the truck stop across the street. STM had it delivered to their store for me. Got me back on the road in no time at all. Even learned about hens and how they use crock pots to stay warm. Little do they know that that crockpot will be their end as well. Thanks y'all!

I had a stroke of bad luck when the U-Haul trailer I rented had two leaking tires. Southern Tire Mart in Dickson, TN, was the company U-Haul dispatched for roadside assistance.They were able to respond quickly, within 2 hours, and I was back on the road in under 10 mins once help arrived.Tim showed up, with two new tires already mounted to replacement rims, and swapped the tires quickly and efficiently. His friendliness and professionalism is a great representation of this company. If you ever need their service, ask for Tim!

Had a blowout on my boat trailer on a 700 mile road trip. My spare was in bad shape as well so I needed a new tire to make it back home. They mounted a new one for me within 30 mins even though they were busy. Just wanted to say thank you Southern Tire Mart in Dickson TN!

The experience over all was good but the two stars is because the lady at the front desk with the boy cut had no personality and should not be dealing with the public.

I was driving from Arkansas to Knoxville yesterday and had a flat tire. I was in a rental car and called the company associated with the rental. I was told that I would have to wait at least four hours for a tow truck to come and get me. Even worse, I would have no place to stay for the night because they could not bring me a replacement car. I had a sick dog in my car which further complicated the situation. Luckily, I had pulled over at this Pilot station when I noticed the flat. Out of desperation, I called Southern Tire Market next to Pilot and asked if they could help me. These folks went out of their way to help me. I seriously do not know what I would have done had they not been so incredibly kind. They plugged my tire and I was back on the road again in no time. Incredibly kind people and incredible service!

THERE IS NO WAY I can list all the good stuff about these guys. Just know when you call on these guys you will be taken care of and treated with absolute kindness.......I forgot I was a customer for a minute. Mr. Jim Lloyd and Mr. Davis are just SUPER PEOPLE

Highly recommend. Some of the best customer service I've ever seen. We got a flat on the highway. They went above and beyond to get our vehicle on the road. When they had to order the tire for my RV because it's uncommon they let us stay on the lot overnight

Jim was so nice and helpful! I had 4 flats so I couldn t bring my car to him so he sent someone out to change my tires. The entire process was very fast. I highly recommend Southern Tire Mart! Thanks again for everything Jim.

Helped our food truck with some new tires in a pinch, and they even offered to do some break work! Also, their line of credit saved me and my business a big chunk of cash! Will definitely be coming back.

Amazing customer service!!!Heading thru Tennessee from the frozen North and our RV tires kept going flat. Picked the first shop on Google that said they could lift our rig. What a blessing. They were reasonably priced (many shops gouge snow birds but we got a fantastic price). Every employee on duty was a customer service expert. Win win - the detour to visit them made it so we didn t have to drive thru Nashville with the big rig and the toad. Kudos to Southern Tire Mart.

We stopped here on a return trip from camping with our travel trailer. Great service and friendly. They said it would be 1-2 hours for service, but they had us out with 3 new tires in around an hour. Highly recommend!

We were traveling out of town and had a flat this morning at the hotel. We called these guys and they told us where they were and jumped right on it! It didn't take long for us to get back on the road. They were fast, friendly, and affordable!

Great place to go in Middle Tennessee if you need tires for your motor home. They installed 6 new Toyo M154 to replace my aging Michelins in about 2 hours. Service was very professional and friendly and the price was fantastic. Easy to get into and out of and nice and close to I-40.

Jim is a great guy! Got our tour bus tire changed out fast! We need more great businesses and people like him around the country!!! I absolutely would recommend this place to anyone that wants a great experience!!!!

First time I have ever visited or heard of this place. The customer service was great. In and out in 15min for two tires getting replaced. Will be the only shop I visit now.

Honestly just moved here, and bought les schwab tires before I moved. Looked up tire repair, and saw their great review history. Walked in, promptly taken care of and flat fixed in about 15 mins, owner was great, and so were the staff. 5/5 would highly recommend! Thank you!

So this is the only tire store that I have heard of that won t warranty tire or even offer a discount towards a new tire. I bought 2 new tires 3 weeks ago and one blew out last night and they don t offer any warranty!?!? Get real. Most used tire shops offer atleast 30 day warranty AND THATS A USED TIRE!

Really good, really great place to get tires especially truck tires.I was in and out really fast, great people.
