Best car wash everytime! My car is always beyond filthy b4 I finally give in to paying for a car wash. Ever since my 1st car wash at Pops, I now drive out of my way to come here when I need a good car wash. Friendly and they do a great job!

I can't recommend this service. I've used them twice and purchased their 'deluxe' cleaning option, which covers outer, under and inside the vehicle. Both times they have done a poor job on my interior, leaving behind dust and hairs from rags they reuse after a previous vehicle. They didn't even touch my console area. They didn't vacuum very well either, not even bothering to vacuum my trunk.I'd rather clean my car myself from now on.

The absolute best car wash in this part of Tennessee. They prep the car manually in person it runs through an automatic system and then it's towel dried at the finish. Prices competitive with any car wash I've ever been to but the service is much better than most.

Just usual car wash w/ underneath rinse, they hand dry , clean the spokes of my wheels & shined my tires...$15...will let them detail next time to clean inside windows good crew!

I thought they had good prices for the car wash and detail combo and paid an extra fee for them to clean inside of doors and cup holders. There were like 4 men cleaning my car so I figured they would do a great job, NO it looked like all they did was wipe the seats and dash. I don't usually do reviews or complain but they did an awful job for what I paid. I will not be going back.

Arrived at 930 said they were opening at 10 am. (Google says 9am.) Went back at 230pm. Still closed. Two wasted trips in one busy day. Disappointing!

I had my car washed at Pop's for the first and last time yesterday. After sitting in line for awhile, that I didn't mind, my first impression of the facility and employees was not good. The individual that comes to the car and gives a ticket was walking around spitting and was dripping spit on his shirt! Very gross and unprofessional! He then proceeds to walk to my car and tried to just open my door. I had my window down and he had no need to open my door until I stated which package I wanted. Made me feel very uncomfortable. I picked a package and while I was trying to roll up my window and open my door, he kept trying to open my door. Asking if I could please open the door would have been much more professional.I purchased the Platinum Package and basically wasted my money. They did vacuum my car, but not well. There were still debris on the carpet. They did amoral the dash, but missed many many spots. You can sit in the car and look at the dash and see all the spots missed and they didn't even wipe the dust off of the radio or other areas. They were supposed to clean the windows and they were horribly done and still had bugs on the front windshield. Nothing but streaks. The outside of the windows looks like they were wiped with a dirty rag. They were supposed to shine the wheels and when they lady drove my car out it had not been done. I told her the wheels were supposed to be done and were not. She was nice and did attempt to wipe my rims off. However, many spots were missed.Overall my impression of this business was very poor. None of the employees were rude, but the gentleman that gave me the purchase ticket was very unprofessional as I stated before. Definitely not worth what I paid and a waste of money. Simply will not take my business here and would not recommend them to anyone. Only reason I even gave one star was because the employee that drove my car out of the wash was nice and attempted to clean my wheels.

They did a great job when I got my truck washed. I felt bad because my back seat was filled with a lot of groceries and other things. The guy I gave my keys to was so polite and I did not have to wait very long. When the truck came out to be vacuumed those guys did not mess around. The truck was spotless and all my grocery bags were tied up and neatly organized. I initially was not expecting much but they exceeded my expectations.

I really don't do any bad review's, if I didn't have a good experience, I just Don't Ever Go Back! But, I decided to give them a second chance! This was my 1st time coming back to Pop's Car Wash in 13 years, because there service was awful than, and it's still awful now!! Other than the lady at the front counter, she was professional and friendly. They did NOT do what I PAID for! I paid for the max, my van to be cleaned inside and out! And the guy told me if I paid extra for the dress up service (I think that's what he called it) that extra was suppose to be for cleaning the sides of the door inside, as well as cup holders, etc.It was half a** done! The outside towards the bottom is still nasty! The sides of the back passengers door on the inside was still dirty, had not even been touched! Cup holders not clean completely, and black foot prints all over the van! When I asked the guy (older) to please re-touch it up, he did it with an attitude like I had the nerve to question the job they did! and he had the audacity to tell me "your making it sound like my guy was traveling all over your van!" Wow, hold up just a second sir! I paid extra for your guy to travel all in my van....how were they suppose clean my Windows inside and The sides of the doors inside and The cup holders inside the van!?!?!?!?! So now you are telling me I paid extra to clean all the inside, and your guy was not suppose travel all over the inside of my Van!?!?!?I will NEVER go back to Pop's Car Wash! No more second chances! And I will make sure everyone I know, knows how awful it was! Thanks, but no thanks.
