Very nice staff and the owner/manager is a strait up and solid guy. Gave me a better deal than a competitor. Clean shop and complimentary coffee made it more enjoyable waiting for my car to come out. Needed a new battery and they took care of me. Also took care of other clients while I was in there waiting. Highly recommend anyone who needs any basic or complex work to their car. Hope this helps you with any hesitation on which auto body / parts place you were looking to find.

I have been having to warranty the same wipers every couple of months and the only reason I keep doing it is because I m not dropping another $70 on wipers that are just going to wear prematurely. I walked in today and was offered help by Angie. I asked her to look up if my wipers were still under warranty. She asked me what I was working on. I don t u destined how that was relevant when she should ve just looked up my purchase history, but I told her anyways. She then went to pull the wipers from the shelf for me and proceeded to walk towards the door when stopped her and said I didn t want her to put them on for me. She replied I have to take the old ones off for the warranty. I told her I would do it and she still proceeded to put the new ones on for me. I appreciate the help, but I really didn t want anyone touching them. Not to mention, she told me they weren t the same wipers but maybe they d work better for me and also, they were not the same size that I bought before.

Winter to get my bulbs for my turn signals. I had one out in the front and one out in the back so we just went ahead and replace them all.They come outside and did it for us and I was so thankful.I don't want cops telling my rear end they make me nervous.Because some of them are rude. And I'm old and I love to say something to get me in jail.

I went into the Dickson store last night to get a fuel cap for my old Ford truck knowing I had already purchased one from another parts store and it didn t fit I suggested we try it out first to avoid the hassle of doing a refund he agreed and sure enough it didn t fit. He stated that the filler neck probably had been replaced and needed to know with what brand I let him know that I purchased used and did not know. I then asked him if we could try a couple others but he seemed completely put off by this request so I just said I d go elsewhere to get help. Thankfully 2 blocks down was Advanced Auto Parts Store who was more than willing to help me and finally after a couple months of driving around with no cap had a snug fitting cap once again.

Excellent service and the guy even installed my battery which was the reason I went there. I knew I could get one cheaper at Walmart but it is quicker, much better service and they install for free! Then he pointed out my brake light was out so I bought that too! Very happy!!

Great local shop, not as busy as the "other" store. Needed to use their loaner tool program to work on some brakes. First shop didn't have the kit in stock, but they happily confirmed that the other Oreilly had one. Perfect transaction. Thank O'Reilly!

Husband likes going here he says they have alot more and the prices are great he woks alot on older cars that we have and that day we stopped he had gotten something to fix our 1992 Camero I believe and we were all ready in Dickson so we stopped in so he could pick it upHe was in and out pretty quick

My brakes that I bought from O'Reilly's wore out and we're covered by the lifetime warranty. I brought a new set of brake pads, and then brought in the old brake pads to get refunded with their replacement warranty. I had no problems at all. They refunded the money with a smile. This is a great place to buy auto parts.

Best of all the parts stores. Rarely have to have a part ordered. Would have got 5 stars but I call a head to get part pulled and they didn't do it.

Went to return tools I rented from this location and they told me they didnt have the money to give me back for the tools I rented and that I couldnt return them back to this location despite me getting and paying this location for them. Very inconvient and unprofessional to have a renting service if you cant keep up with it.

Stood in line for approx. 5 minutes while another customer was helped. I was then deliberately passed over, as the guy pointed to the person behind me who had just walked in and said, " I'll take you next."Had i not been there to pick up an order I already paid for, I would have walked out on the spot.A younger gentleman came from the back and took care of my order.I will not be back. if autozone or advanced doesnt have what I need in stock, I will wait for the order to ship to me.

I work on customer care and I have to say your attention to the client is horrible, I ordered some parts earlier to have them deliver by noon, two identical parts, one of the boxes was missing items so it was not good. They blamed on the truck and the answer I got it was that I would have to call myself to get it reorder.. What? way to go, you could either order for me to have it pick up in another store.. I had to do that myself too. Guess what you? lost a customer and I got a refund for all my parts, all of it! You couldn't step up and make easier for me since you lost some of the order. Lost me and $200 , I'm sure you don't care but maybe others do.Thank you for nothing O'Reilly

Can not beat the service or value employees go above and beyond to help solve your problem. Donald is a hands on manager that doesn't mind jumping in amd getting his hands dirty or passing his knowledge on to his employees. If you need a part they dont have they can get it very quickly sometime the same day. If for some reason your part isnt in their system they will steer you in the right direction.

The battery was dead in the truck and was going to buy one. The store manager check out the date I bought it. It was still under warranty. I got a new battery and it cost me nothing. 0Reilly has got a customer 4 the rest of my life.

Oreillys use to be my go to place until advance came out with all their 15-25% off online codes which help my budget. Long story short i got a brake caliper from advance less than a yr ago. It started sticking so i took it back for my warranty and they said they had no record of me buying it there so i told them id take my business elsewhere. So i went to oreillys Wednesday and got a new caliper which was $7 cheaper so thats cool. Since my caliper was sticking i needed brake pads also so i asked the lady to get me some pads and she did. $114 later I got home and got the caliper on and went to put the pads on and it was a box of somebody elses used brake pads! Being ticked off from all this running around this didnt make me any happier. I borrow my moms car and have her watch my kids while i drive 15 minutes back to oreillys, i show them the used pads in the box and the pads off my car also so they dont think im trying to rip them off, the guy helping me i can tell is confused but doesnt say anything, the other guy told him to go see if they had another box, he said if we do, refund them as a warranty, i thought this is great im gona get a free set of pads for all this runaround. Wrong, he brought a new box and then the other guy said now ring them up and give him the new receipt and i ll do the paperwork later. The guy helping me still looking puzzled said have a good one and handed me the receipt. The other guy which acted like a manager never even looked at me. I walked out, neither one offered an appology or a discount or anything for the 30 min round trip i was making burning gas to come back to their store, then i drove 15 minutes back home and its getting dark and have to use my moms car lights in the driveway to finish my car and its completely dark by time i get the pads on and bleed my breaks. It was rediculous. I work for kroger and if something were to happen like that it would be unacceptable and we d be handing out gift cards to the customer while we dealt with a bunch of write ups.

They really do care about their customers, didn't even have to ask them to replace the bulbs for my mom, they came right out and changed them as if that was part of the purchase!

First oreillys in the US that wouldn t deliver to me when I m broken down 8 miles away from them but the one in the next town further away will. Need a new management

Everyone here greats you with a smile and asks you how you are. They know their stuff on parts and what they don't have, they can order. One of the best things about it though is that they put basic parts in/ on your vehicle so you don't have to.

They were the best anyone in town that knew what I wanted. Auto zone said I've never seen that part come factory made. They just couldn't find it or want to meet with it. Thank you.
