I visited the O'Reilly Auto Parts store on Sunday, April 6th. I had been stopped by a police officer who informed me that my headlight was out and 'requested' that I repair it asap. At the store, Mike led me to the right part and installed the bulb. What a big difference it made in making my driving safer. Mike was personable, and professional--including giving me tips on making may vehicle safer. He is a great customer service employee and I appreciate the time that he took to give me some great lessons on auto care.

Has very polite workers. Always a greeting when the door opens, n make sure the customers are taking care of n make sure they have everything they need. Goes above n beyond to always serve the customers on what they are looking for n if we don t have it they see who does n even calls to make sure they have it n they put there hands on the item..

Would rate this place a 0 if possible. Called about a battery for my car. The gentleman checked and had a battery that fit. I ask if he could install and he said yes we can the battery is in the trunk correct and I said yes. He said no problem. So a couple days later I went early no other customers there. Told him I had spoke with someone earlier in the week. Don t know his name he had a gray beard and it was at opening on Monday dec 4th. He said he had the battery would not install it had to be professionally installed. Which is stupid it has a cable on the right and one on left. I said why did the other gentleman say he would. He did not offer to look at it. So I left came home and my husband went back to let him know how lazy was. He was rude and just did not want to do it. Don t offer service if you are not going to do it. Went to advance auto very nice got a better battery for same price.

Called for a simple part they called a specialty part. They ordered 2 and neither showed and they waited for next shift to break the news to me that it wasn't coming today a holiday. Should have looked at auto zone instead they had the part IN STOCK, but I have always used O Reilly's but honestly not after last 2 days experience......

I have been a frequent shopper of this location and have always experienced top notch customer service. This crew truly goes above and beyond delivering for the O Reilly brand and culture. Good warranty policy and family friendly too. Special shout out to Boyd, Sadie, and Trent! Keep up the great work team!

Andrew went beyond getting me the correct headlight. He educated me on two things that would make my headlights last longer. Then he put in the headlight. He gave exceptional service. He was helpful and very knowledgeable.

I will not fool around and order my parts for my car from any other auto parts store ever again.After the 3rd master cylinder O'Rileys came through with the right part that fit. Thanks O'Rileys on Hwy 70 East in Dickson. Such a nicer store with plenty of help.

The sales clerks basically waited on all the males patrons first before checking if I needed assistance. As a female I felt they were attempting to price gouge me by not even giving me as choice of part.settling on the higher priced auto parts. I felt patronized and disrespected. I will be taking my business to a competitor from this point on..3

The woman that was helping me was wonderful and knowledgeable. But they didn t have what I needed in stock so she went online and was having it delivered to the store tomorrow morning. Then the manager walks up not once but twice rudely jumping on her. He insinuated that we were taking way too long. I guess because I was a woman and he was a man with small balls he couldn t get past that. If it wasn t for the woman I would only give it one star. That man does not need to be in a job that deals with public.!

So my truck broke down last Friday on October 1st the day after my birthday. Power steering pump went out. So I ordered a pump got it Sunday. Got a new pulley and the pulley # on it says 300-315. I rented a tool from them on Monday to put the pulley on the pump. I broke the tool trying to get it on. So I took it back the day after and they said they would order a new tool for me to use and said it would be in the next day around noon. I get there at 4pm and told me the part never came. They found out the tool that they trying to order the tool from didn t even have the tool in stock to even ship it to their store. So they said that the new tool wouldn t be in till Saturday afternoon. So I said never mind snd went to harbor freight and bought the pulley installer tool they had. Still couldn t not get it on. So eventually I took it to a mechanic and they put the pulley on my pump for me. I get home I put the pump and everything together onto my truck. Put the belt on and the new pulley that oriellys sold me did not fit my truck. The pulley was not wide enough for my belt and was narrower. So I took everything back out, now I am having to leave work early so that I can get my truck so now I am loosing money because I can be at work when I need my truck fixed by Friday because I leave for vacation on Saturday morning. It should have not taken a whole damn week to put that damn pulley on just to find out y all sold me the wrong pulley. Worst auto part store ever. Not to mention this wasn t their first time giving me the wrong part but was not as hard to replace as this pulley

Oreillys is usually the first place I go but they sold me a radiator missing some parts and I'm a tad disappointed at that. They also didn't have the missing pieces I needed in stock.

The service is way better than auto zone, the people are nice and ready to help you, I gave up auto zone and will be doing my business here from now on, plus another person walked in and said the same thing I was saying, I'm done with auto zone. Dickson TN
