Went it to pick up a part that was ordered days ago and old guy behind the counter didn't even go look to see if it was there just said it wasn't not very helpful and this will be my last experience with them

Took a lcm for a Crown Victoria I got at a junkyard to this location to have it refurbished. After I paid and got it back I put it in my crown vic and it didn't fix the problem. The man said it wouldn't work because it was the wrong year. I asked if I could get a refund and he said "No because they paid to have it sent off". No they didn't ! I payed over a hundred dollars to have it sent off and refurbished. Yea I should have done my research but he could have told me that before charging me and sending it off. Flip this damn place !

Their hours of operation make it almost impossible for working people to be able to shop here. I'd rather go here but rarely can because of the hours. So my business will keep going to the other stores I suppose.

I'll admit that I usually go to AutoZone because it's closer to my house. But I have picked up tail lights and wiper blade replacements here at NAPA, and I had no problem getting the right parts according to my car's make and model year, despite the fact that it's kind of a rare model. The employees were helpful and friendly. It's great to have two auto parts options in town (that I know of).

Large enough to meets the requirements yet small enough to care about the customer. If they don't have it on the shelf, most of the time they can have it the next day.

I think it's best place around the Dickson county area to buy part it is individual own they are real helpful on taking care of your part needs
