I have had soooo many flat tires and my car being newer didn t come with a spare. I avoid tow companies because it s all hit or miss but I am far away from home. I called and was answered immediately, they were very informative and professional, helped me with fees and took my payment over the phone which was such an easy process! My family and I weren t even on the side of the road 15 minutes and they were there, my son being autistic and loud but the truck loving little dude that he is. The driver handled it well and was awesome about giving us directions as well. Honestly I m not from here or even the state but I m extremely impressed and satisfied with the people, process, and outcome. Thank you thank you thank you for being awesome!

Excellent service! Flip was so professional. He picked me up off the side of the interstate and made me feel so safe as a single female. I was terrified out on the side of the road but once I40 got there I felt so much better. He went above and beyond. Got me to my hotel room safe and sound. 10/10 recommend this company. Even the lady I spoke to was sweet and professional.

I will call I-40 Truck Repair & Towing EVERY TIME! QUICK, SKILLED, FRIENDLY & VERY PROFESSIONAL! No one is ever thrilled to call a tow truck at 10pm on the side of the interstate. But Ryan showed up with a smile! He went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure I was safe, my car was safe and that I understood everything that was going on with my car. The whole towing experience changed my mood for the better and I can t thank Ryan enough. He truly loves his job and you can tell! God Bless that man!

My friend and I were driving from Memphis to Nashville. We hit a pothole 2 hours away from Memphis and ended up on the side of the highway with a flat tire late at night. We could not find anyone that would tow us, but I-40 truck repair came through! They answered the call and towed us all the way 2 hours back to Memphis. Our tower Flip was so kind, helpful, and professional. We would have been stuck there if it was not for them. I highly recommend this company. Needing to be towed can be extremely stressful, but this company went above and beyond to the save the day and made the road trip back home quite enjoyable. Thank you Flip & Skip!

I-40 Towing service was the best! Customer service was excellent from calling in to the driver coming out!!! I was refused service by many except 1 that actually referred me to this company! We have a Maserati & they didn t refuse us like the rude guy at Barnett /Waverly towing did after I told him what kind of car it was but I m glad for his rudeness b/c we had the pleasure of meeting Chris and the guys! Chris is training the guys to be excellent tow truck drivers with excellent customer service! Again 10 for this company, the dispatch, Chris & the trainee s!

5 stars! I recently experienced a tire blowout and was stuck on the side of the road. Luckily, I received prompt service from this establishment, and Flip, the driver, went above and beyond by mailing my i-hook to me free of charge! Exceptional customer service and a lifesaver in a stressful situation. Highly recommend!

Wish I would have called these folks first. After being stood up by another towing company I found I-40 Truck Repair. From the time they first answered the phone until the tow crew left they were friendly, responsive, and professional.I drive a semi and was about 77,000lbs when they towed me to get repairs. They don t do repairs anymore. If they did I d would have been comfortable with that service as well. But the towing is stellar.

Excellent service, driver and trainee were polite and professional. They got my car loaded up quickly and got me off the side of the road in no time flat. Definitely would recommend them.

Tow truck driver was beyond creepy and unprofessional. So thankful that my dad was with me when he showed up. I felt truly in danger just being in this driver's presence. Single females, go somewhere else besides this place if you need a tow.

My son is a new driver and I had to have his car towed from a local high school. I am a truck driver and was hundreds of miles away. The driver was kind, patient and reassuring. I definitely recommend this company!!

Tyler was phenomenal! We had a rental car issue and needed towed. He gave us his card which was needed again. He went out of his way to assure we were taken care of and safe. He entertained us with great stories and laughter. He made the worst day of our vacation tolerable. Thank you Tyler!

My Jeep broke down on my wife on a Monday afternoon coming home from work and we called a local tow service, I pulled into the gas station to stay with my wife until they arrived. We were told and HR and a half. Well a tow truck pulled in, we thought this was our guy...except he never came over to us. I eventually walked up to Tyler and turns out he was not our guy, but he end up being our savior. He directed us to dispatch, my wife hops on the phone and cancelled the other tow service. Prices were the same and it was a no brainier. Tyler had it loaded up in seconds and we are so very thankful he decided to stop at that particular Exxon. My wife called him a heaven sent angel. i40 Tow came thru and saved the day. Thank you so very much

Shady, very shady! Mother had an auto accident in Dickson and these folks towed her car at the request of the THP. Mother was sent to Vanderbilt University Hospital, unconscious and incoherent. When we tried to retrieve her personal effects, like her purse,her house keys,gate opener,etc. We were told that we would need a notorized letter from the hospital. We got the letter, but the hospital said that they have never had to notorize this type of letter before. I-40 towing wouldn't except it. We've tried to get it notorized at her Bank,and they couldn't because Mother is not able to sign anything and is still in the hospital. So she is being charged $30.00 plus a day and it's been over 2 weeks and counting. The loan officer that has a lien on the car, said,and I quote " we've never heard of such a thing" regarding a wreck, unless the THP placed a hold on the car. THEY DIDN'T!! Very shady!!!

My friend went off the road into a huge ditch with a truck and trailer towing a racecar. The recovery crew not only came to the rescue, but retrieved the racecar without causing any further damage. They're seriously incredible at how good and careful they are with recoveries. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for assistance.

I was in a tough situation with my truck and horse trailer...tires were 4 ft in the air over a drop off I didn't see. I have to say that I 40 Towing came out to help, were there in a very short time, gave me options on what to do and how much it would cost. I ended up choosing to take a chance and potentially damage my trailer, but it worked out with minimal damage. HE DID NOT CHARGE ME.....they will have my business forever and I will recommend them to anyone who needs a professional, skilled and reasonable towing company. What an AWESOME experience I had with them!!

These legends managed to pull a truck and an upside-down trailer out of a creek without causing additional damage to the racecar that was on said trailer. They then helped pick up every spare part and tool that had been thrown into the creek and ensured they made their way back to the owner. Care and compassion on full display here. Racers helping racers!

I had a skid steer stuck in the mud and they did a great job getting it out. I was told that it would be $250/hr and it took 20 minutes. I was not told that there was a minimum fee. I was also not told that there was a 10% convenience fee to pay by credit card. $25 fee to use credit card is terrible.

I was pleasantly surprised with how prompt and professional my tow truck driver, Ryan was at handling my tow. Getting a tow is not the ideal evening plan for a Sunday evening, but the driver helped levitate the burdens of an unforseen event. The service was timely and the driver was knowledgeable which made the experience less mind wrecking. I qm grateful not to be stuck on the side of the road. 5/5Service: Car towing

Lack of communication with the office personnel. Tried to give the person at the desk dimensions on a vehicle that I needed transferred to a flatbed trailer but kept getting the response, "its okay, we do this all the time". Tow truck driver got there and could not do the job. Not tying to bash too hard; everyone was very nice and helpful but definitely need to communicate better. Still would recommend these guysService: Special vehicle towing

I-40 Truck Repair is amazing! I was towing my vintage Trailer which blew a tire didn't have a spare because we had used it 2 days before on the other side of the trailer anyway we were stuck on the side of the highway and it was terrifying, they had some out so quick and sent us on to the safety of the nearest off ramp. They let me know they couldn't tow my trailer because it could get damaged, so they removed the bad tire took it to be repaired and brought the trailer to us! Like I said amazing! Thank you guys!

My husband and I were traveling from Arlington Texas to Nashville TN pulling our 30 foot camper. Late one night on I-40 we realized we were in a dire situation when our wheel bearing went bad resulting in bent axel. We were in the middle of no where, literally, no where and needed road side assistance. We called and they were out to help us within the hour. Matt and Alison for the first to show up. Even though we weren't able to get a tow because our camper was not wired for towing services, they made sure were able to get to safe place to stay overnight. They were back out early the next morning. They replaced the axel and get us on our way in a few hours. They were so accommodating, super nice, very knowledgeable and went over and above their job duties to make sure were safe and well taken care of. We were super thankful that there are people like Matt, Alison and all the people at I-40 Truck Repair Services. We will be forever grateful.

Was very fast and friendly told me they would be there to get me towed in a hour and showed up in 35 minutes. The price was also a little better then everyone else I called no hidden costs or b.s ,would highly recommend I-40 for towing needs.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

We had rental car trouble on a drive from Memphis to Nashville. James and his wife came to our aid and with the help of Byron, we had a state trooper to inspect the car. It was very late by the time we got to Nashville and James drove us to our hotel after dropping the car at the airport. Absolutely the best customer service. Their service made an unhappy situation so much better and we will remember their awesome service. Thank you so much!

Had a tire blow out going from Nashville to Memphis. Called their office and they told us it would be 20 minutes. They got there in less than 10. Byron was incredibly helpful during this ordeal and extremely professional. He got us to a tire shop and we were back on the road to our destination in less than an hour. In the unfortunate scenario that you need a tow, this company is top notch! Thank you again Byron for making what could have been stressful situation very pleasant!!

My front tire blew out on 65 towards Memphis and thankfully my insurance company contacted JL 40 Truck Repair.James rescued me relatively quickly and made what could have been a horrible experience a delightful one. He was friendly, super helpful, and an all around gem.If you have a roadside emergency this is the guy you want to have show up!
