Love this service center. They take such good care of my car. And the atmosphere is so positive and cheerful. I think so highly of the manager, Anthony. He is the very best!! I trust him completely to advise me about how to keep my car current with needed service. Price of tires is very competitive.

Overall my service at Firestone was great. I made an appointment online, dropped my truck off and got a call a couple hours later saying my truck was done. The service is great, they are friendly and helpful. The prices are fair in my opinion. They gave me a coupon to knock a few bucks off my total and I was grateful for it. I will come back again for my next service and future and would recommend them to all my neighbors in Dickson.

I recently had 4 new tires put on my car. The online scheduling was easy and I was able to get an appointment within 3 days. The staff was very friendly and professional. They acknowledged everyone that came through the door even if they were already with another customer which is great. I will be going back for services in the future.

I called them in desperation because I had a nail in my tire and I needed two new tires, they had the tires on hand and we re just waiting for me to come so that they could put them on for me. I got it done within an hour of dropping my car off.. they re fast they re respectful they re courteous and they do excellent work. I will continue to take my vehicles to them for services. Paul was amazing and courteous when I called as always, I had the best service

This location used to be a good store to use. Once I payed for lifetime rotation and balance they always are to busy to get you in same day and if you want to make an appointment its two weeks out.I really wish I didn't pay the extra for those services since they do their best not to do the work.

I only went here for convenience since they close at 7. I bought four new firestone all season tires, alignment and got an oil change. Very pricey about $1000. Then the attendant recommended I should replace my cabin air filter for $60. I bought that myself 3 months prior on Amazon for $15! They didn t install my glovebox back correctly so It fell in my floorboard on the drive home spilling my stuff everywhere. Several days later my check engine light comes on. I take it to a different shop to diagnose. Firestone did not close my oil cap correctly and cost me another $125 for diagnostics. Will never return or recommend this place to anyone I know.

They were accommodating in every way, pricing, discounting, working with my schedule. Even taking me home and then picking me up when work was completed. They called me by my first name. They took GREAT care of me!

During a pretty decent winter weather situation they were still open, and were able to fix the flat, and rotate the tires on my F150 faster than I expected. I've had good service here so far, and from purchasing the tires to getting them serviced, they've been price competitive, and done well after the fact.

Anthony (Dickson TN) and his team are great! Took my car in for a second opinion and they answered all my questions and did a thorough inspection and found a solution for my concerns. As someone with minimal car knowledge I trusted them and was very happy I took it to them!

The worst service I've ever had took my car back 3 times evertime they broke something else left with sway bar broke finally took my car into ford, its going to cost me $2100.00 to get it fixed right I paid almost $900.00 to get screwed over at Firestone I can't begin to express my anger. PLEASE don't take your car to . hwy 46 Dickson tn.

Amazing. My SUV broke on a Friday after driving 5 days cross country on a move. I went to Ford who turned me away originally because it was Friday & then tried to play me for $10,000-12,000 in repairs, I turned to Firestone. Firestone was awesome! They squeezed me in and did a 4 hr job on my vehicle. Unfortunately a hose did break from age and we couldn't get it done till Monday once they received the part but when all is said and done, they were very kind and got it done and it was $1,000 not $10,000. Made the experience less awful to have a shop that had great customer service. My truck is fixed and I'm greatful. I would recommend them and especially before going to Ford.

I'm from Ohio. I got stranded in Tennessee due to poor service I received at Midas the day before. I walked into this VERY busy Firestone less than 1 hour before they closed and explained my situation. They had me back on the road in 1 hour. If it wasn't for them I would have been sleeping in my broken down car. I am so grateful for the manager that helped me and the staff as well. If I wasn't from out of state I would exclusively use this location from now on.

Columbia Firestone is one of the most helpful and fair tire stores that I have ever used in my life. My wife drives a car with an unusual tire size and type. We've had several challenges with getting replacements for her car when she's had a blowout on the road. The tires are under warranty but they are simply scarce. The manager and staff of this store have gone out of their way to take care of her car. They have been very fair in finding alternate tires when replacements weren't immediately available. I would recommend this store to anyone who needs help with the automobile, particularly with their tires.

Can't say enough about the Manager and crew at Dickson Firestone. After a horrendous oil change experience and being lied to at another business, we pulled into Dickson Firestone for fear of driving with little oil. They fixed us up, cleaned up the engine and explained exactly what was and wasn't done at the original business, all without taking a dime from us. They know honesty business and customer service at this location.Service: Oil change

They are just too expensive. They do a good job, but $100 for an oil change when literally everywhere else has quoted me 50-60$ is ridiculous. Now they're quoting me $300 for rear brakes only. I've had front and rear brakes replaced on another vehicle by someone else and it cost that price. I'm sorry but 300 for just the rear brakes is ridiculous.

Let me start by saying, I have done business with Firestone both in Nashville Tennessee and Dickson Tennessee. The employees in Nashville and Dickson have always been very nice. Today was my last time to do business with Firestone. I needed a new headlight bulb which was performed in the parking lot and took 10 to 15 minutes, no problem. The bill was 71.00. I told them that was crazy. He said labor is 45.00 per hour. I should have been charged at most 30 minutes labor. Not a full hour, I was in the door and out in less than 30 minutes. For this reason I will never do business with them again. At most the bill should not have been over 50.00.

Showed up for a check engine light, and while describing my issue to the service writer, the manager interrupts and says, "it will be a week before we can look at it."Felt like they only wanted tire business, not mechanical business.Should advertise as "a tire shop." Not "total car care".
