Yeah it s a great place to get your tires.I know these guys well and they will get it done quickly. On oil changes it s a little hard because they are booked out so far ..

Today I had the most awful experience here after I came in last weekend to have a tire repaired. I started immediately losing air in that same tire. It was no big deal so I came in to get it repaired again and before giving me my bill, the guy that sits by the window up front made a point to dress me down and tell me that I was wrong and that it was, in fact, a rock that was causing the loss of air. I was not ugly about is and was shocked that he was. As a woman I don t appreciate being talked down to, and I won t be back.

I was traveling from Tennessee back to Texas with an RV that I purchased. I had a blow out and stopped in to buy a new tire around 8 am. After speaking with them, I decided to purchase 4 new tires as I had 600 miles to go. They were busy but got me in and back on the road in an hour. Very professional and friendly. The gentleman doing the work was very friendly and helpful during the process. Their prices were competitive as well. I would highly recommend them.

Had a nail in my tire and needed it patched. I was able to walk in at approx 8 am, get it repaired, paid for, and on the road in about 30; everyone i interacted with was friendly and the fella helping get the tire repaired was careful to make sure to hit the jack points correctly on my new truck. I appreciated the attention to the details. I ve come here for years and always have a good experience and it s nice to know for once that some things never change.

Came here August 18th while on a road trip from San Diego because my tire pressure sensor went off and I wanted verification on the status of my tires. They were super kind and got me in and out right away. An older gentleman, I believe his name was Robert, helped me out. I greatly appreciate him and the team here!

Took my 3/4 ton truck to have an alignment done. Truck wasn't in the shop 5 minutes pulled back out said couldn't do the alignment because both hub bearings were bad and needed a front u joint. I finally checked myself and the hub assemblys are just fine it needed a u joint on the front axel for the 4 wheel drive. Do not recommend them for anything anymore. Can't trust them

You would think if you buy tires here, they would get you in quicker than 2 weeks out when you need an oil change!!! Just saying

Went 2 years ago and got tires, no issue and no issues with my lug nut key. This was the last place I got tires and haven't had to change any of them since then. Dropped my car off yesterday at 8am to get an oil change and 2 new tires. I called them around 4:15pm to see if my car was ready for pick up, it was. I went and PAID almost $600 and picked up my car, got to where I was going only to realize they didn't put 2 new tires on. Called them and went back for Ricky to tell me they couldn't find my lug nut key and sorry, we will refund your money. Okay but why am I the customer the one having to mention my tires didn't get changed??? And I PAID and picked up. If I wouldn't have checked my tires and noticed then I would have just paid for a service that didn't even get done. I feel pretty positive that 2 years ago when I got tires from them my lug nut key was more than likely kept on accident. He pulled out a plastic container full of lug nut keys to see if any would fit when I went back and it makes you wonder where those came from. I went back this morning to get my money back and was still pretty mad, rightfully so and Ricky asked me to "just not talk". HORRIBLE customer service. I can understand people make mistakes but I was not out line and he acted as if it was no big deal and I was upset for no reason. He did refund my money but I will never be back and will never recommend that company.

I called this place to inquire about prices to fix a tire. Was told a patch was $12 and a plug was $24 by the woman that answered the phone. So I went in to get tire patched for quoted price of $12. When they rang me up I was charged $24. I asked about the pricing and was then told plugging tire was $12 and patching it was $24. They did only charge me the price quoted on phone. Please beware of the difference you might be quoted on phone and then charged if you go in

Had a tire repaired that had a screw at one point. Patched in January but was still leaking a bit. They redid the patch and had me back on the road in a little over an hour. Great local place for tires and tire repair. Staff is friendly and pricing is competitive.

I've really grown to love this place. My ex always took our cars here because he said they were fair and reliable. Since I started taking my car over the last 3 years the prices are always fair, quality of the tires they sell is great. They don't try to upsell you on something that doesn't need replacing like the corporate stores. I recently needed to replace 2 tires and was trying to wait 2 weeks to replace the other 2 even though I really needed 4. I told Ignacio (Nacho) that I knew I had a bulge in my sidewall of 1 tire on the front right that would be remaining on the car and promised I would come back in 2 weeks when I had saved money for the 2nd set. He was so concerned at the thought of my driving that tire that while they replaced the 2 tires I came in for, he looked everywhere in the used tires for something my size just to get me back safe again. He found 1 and sold it to me for a tiny fraction of the tire cost. After the car was done and I paid, I went to look at the car and the tire looked so great and they had rotated them to put the brand new tires on the front for better safety and handling even though I hadnt said a thing and forgot to ask. Whether it's patching a tire for $20 or putting a brand new set of tires on your baby these guys treat your car like their own and take your safety as their top priority. Thank you so much for being a standout local business in such an important industry. Nacho-thank you so much. I drive 2 baby humans on those tires and I'm so appreciative of you being persistent with me and helping me keep them safe. It's rare to find someone to treat your safety as highly as you do. I won't go anywhere else.

I got in and out relatively fast. The tires I believe were priced fairly for these days. Wouldn't let me add an oil change, my car was already back there, but said he couldn't get it in. Had I said it 30 minutes earlier he could have though he said. They only take like 10 minutes but I did ask last minute so my fault I suppose. I don't know how that business works and his reason could have been legit.

Absolutely awesome shop, got a flat on the way through town, showed us the cored inside of another tire saving us from another flat because my girlfriends dad wanted to cheap out. Also let me wash my hands at their shop sink and treated us very hospitably also never get linglongs. I hope they enjoyed the beer

Had two tires put on the other day. I dropped off my car thinking it would be a while and they called me 20 minutes later letting me know it was complete. Price was the best I could find too!

Quick and prompt for a tire balance and rotation. Had a few people in front of me, so it took just under an hour to get my vehicle back. I do believe they had a help wanted sign on the front.

I walked in expecting to hear I was getting a $200 tire for my Soul. The guys were so kind and the time it took to put on the new tire and pay ......I was blown away! Great prices...Great people! I will only bring my car to Dickson County Tire & Oil. Thank you gentlemen, you are the true meaning of great customer service!

I've done business here for years and I find them to be honest and knowledgeable. Normally I enjoy my experiences here as much as anyone enjoys going to the tire store, but now I've been sitting an hour and a half past my appt time.... The alignment was done after 45 minutes then when a bay opened up for the new tires after 20 minutes in the bay it was determined my car wouldn't work in that bay, so they changed bays and I was informed it would be another 20 minutes. Normally I just automatically take it here, but I thinking may shop around next time for a place who respects my time as much as I respect theirs.After I posted this they were able to finish me out in 10 minutes instead of 20- much appreciated. I was told they had to move bays because of my ground effects. Which makes sense but it was still over an hour and a half for 2 tires and an alignment. It was done with their usual high standard and quality. Great place maybe this just wasn't there best performance.

They are courteous and they charge a reasonable price for solid work. I went in to (hopefully) get a leaky tire patched, but bad news: there was too much tire damage and they had to replace it. They showed me the damage so that I would know they weren't just trying to sell me a new tire for no good reason, then they helped me select a good replacement at a good price. Even though they were doing a brisk business that day, they got me back on the road in record time.

I've gone here for my last 3 oil changes, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Friendly, fast, and knowledgeable staff. If one can't answer a question, they will find a staff member who can.
