Excellent service!!!Locked my keys in the car while on my overnight shift. Called at 3am and the man on the other end was very nice even though I most likely disturbed his sleep. He sent out a equally nice driver (Mr. Coffee) whom got into my car within the time it took for me to grab the money from the ATM inside my work.. Great service, fast at arriving , and so nice and professional. Fare price especially for after hour service ... I recommend everyone use them ...

I called cause my daughters car broke down about 2 weeks ago and her work said they were gonna have it towed tomorrow if I didnt move it. They quoted me $85, and said theyll be here in 15 mins. I was glad to get it home! BUUT, when the guy got there, he kept asking me a bunch of mechanical questions about the car...(why wont it start, is the battery dead, what sounds does it make, does it turnover) I'm a single mom working full time, but seriously have no idea about cars, just knew it wouldn't start, and just wanted to tow it home till I could figure out what to do. I finally told him I would start it and let him listen to it if he wanted, but the keys are at home. He rudely said, "if you ain't got the keys, I cant tow it!" I told him I live 2 miles away, and it takes 7 mins to get here, and I'll have my other daughter bring the keys immediately. After calling her, and making her dash out the door, the tow driver told me that he cant wait 7 mins, and if I expect him to, the price jumps up to $100!! I told him I couldn't afford that, but my daughter is racing here now with the keys. He said, ma'am, I've got others waiting, are you gonna pay $100 or not? I told him I couldn't, and he sped off!! I will NEVER recommend this company!! I've tried calling them back, but they wont even answer the phone now!!! Very rude people here!!!!!

Rick was exceptionally helpful when our car broke down on the way to PA from Texas. AAA gave us an estimated wait time of 2 hours for a tow truck, but the representative at Firestone suggested calling Christie s - who arrived within 20 minutes. Rick was able to get our car hooked up and towed down the road where he then went above and beyond by giving us hotel recommendations, and even offered to give us a lift to our hotel. We ended up declining because we had too much luggage, but were very thankful for the offer! Thank you so much, Rick!! You are a true life saver!Service: Car towing

Just needed pulled out of a mud hole. Quick and easy. Years ago. Today I wanna ask if we can start a campaign among flat bed drivers and really all vehicles that idle at night. Think about the possibility of headlights shining into your neighbors bedroom window. I should not have to buy better blinds due to the driver not knowing how to turn his headlights off while idling at home. I understand diesel trucks need to warm up. But every auto lamp has an override to turn off while in park at idle. Please pass this info along. I would hate to start a neighborhood war over head lights and ignorance. But it s been over a year now. You have to know by now your spot lighting my house. It s in your line of sight when you finally decide to drive away. It s dark. I m the only thing you see. Turn the switch off. Please. I can t even believe I m having to find this route to get you to realize what your doing. It s dark. The cream color house is the only house lit up. I wonder how ? Copy and paste to your drivers and give them a 2 hour training session. Common courtesy goes a long way when your truck is painted up.Service: Local hauling

I cannot recommend them enough. Blake was so kind and helpful in towing my car. My insurance company and local police were not the most helpful in assisting me, but Christy s gave me no issue in towing it to the Bellevue Firestone. I m not from the area so they were very communicative on what to do next. The operator was also exact in their arrival. So grateful for their help.Service: Car towing

I had an accident on I-40, just east of Dickson Tennessee. This device was top notch. As a Firefighter paramedic I have dealt with towing services for years. Mr. Rick, my driver, my angel in disguise, was professional, caring and did everything he could to take some stress off. He has no idea what he really did for me today. They recommended a great shop and towed my car there. I will definitely use this service if I'm every stuck in Dickson again. They are true heroes who do not get the recognition for the dangerous, hard job they do.I can't thank them enough.Michelle PruittService: Car towing

Irresponsible driver Rick must ve forgot to sweep the flatbed and cracked my windshield. When I waved him down he called me a liar. I called the owner Christy who was not willing to help at all and denied he had a truck in the region despite me calling his number directly from the side of his truck that Rick was driving. I am sending them the bill, if they make it right I will change my review to 5 stars otherwise I ll be leaving this review on every place they do business online.

Sooooo my Harley drops a tire on hwy 7 out in Hickman County. Tow got there fine and was very nice but for $180 bucks he takes me to Dickson and when the place was closed the driver told me per his boss he d have to drop my bike and go pick up another job. I asked him to take me 14 miles down the road, on his way to his next job and his boss told him he could leave me there and come back and get me for an additional $75. They don t care about customer service at all, they should have just left me where I was an told me to call someone else. Right now my bike is at an overnight truck stop because the boss at Christy s doesn t care about his customers or his employees!!

We were traveling and our car broke down on I 40. We got it to a motel in Dickson, TN but it would not drive the next morning. Luke came and towed the car from our motel to a repair center. They were unable to fix it's problem so Luke came and took it to another shop for us. The next day, that shop told us the car would have to go to a dealership to be repaired. Luke came again and moved the car to the dealership. He was always friendly, polite, and professional. Highly recommend him for any towing needs you may have.Service: Local hauling

I was on my way home from Murfreesboro, TN (I had driven over 200 miles to give my husband some much needed things. He drives and 18 wheeler) and when I ran out of gas with less than a mile to go to Dickson at 9 pm. Christy's sent a truck out. The driver who came kept saying he wished he didn't have to charge me the service fee. I told him it was my stupidity for running out of gas. I even tipped him for risking life and limb for putting a can of gas in my car on the side of I40. If I ever break down again in the Dickson area, I will be more than happy to call Christy's! Thanks guys for helping a disabled woman and her mom who is also disabled with gas.

I just wanted to share & say what amazing service I received today with them.I locked my keys in my truck and they got there fast as possible because I was standing out in the heat. Didn't care to find out that an address was tied to the vehicle and cops had been informed. Now forced to call my vehicle totalled because of costs. They could have asked one question and saved me a bunch of trouble.

We called for a tow. The owner said he knew the area to which our car needed to be towed, and quoted me a price of $75 to $85. Upon arriving at the car with the key, the owner already had the car partially on the tow truck. He asked again to where we wanted the vehicle towed, we told him again, and we were told, "that's WAY farther than you said, the tow will be $100.".I agreed, but then we had to babysit him all the way back because he can't use GPS for some reason, which cost us an additional amount in gasoline that we should not have had to pay. When I called today to request a partial refund of $15 to 25, I was basically called a liar.

I am very frustrated with the service I have received from this company. It began with a friend borrowing my car and it got impounded for an expired registration. I understand my fault no problem I own up to my mistake. I had the money and registration to get it out and hadn't heard back from them. It went on for weeks on end ( as the fees pile up, approximately $50 per day). I then recently found out that he called my ex husband and now is refusing me to get my car. I have my name on the registration and insurance. I have all legal rights to that car. My name may not be on the title but I am still able to legally drive my car which means I should be able to puck up my car. Since I cannot then fine.. I would like to get my medications and personal items such as clothes out of the vehicle. I was first told at the beginning that I had to pay a $50 gate fee for that. I also found out at this time (when I went to their lot that my car was not even there and they had brought it to their house, which I found odd. I argued my way out of that one. Now just as of last night I called them, yes again my mistake I called a bit late (11:30pm) but they are up at all hours for towing services and I respectfully left a voicemail asking if he had time during the next day to get my items and let it be. I received a call at 4am from an irate, tired (understandable) and vulgar man. Swearing and raising his voice at me for calling at 4am. I did not call at that time he returned my call at that time. I was told I was to call back at a "f***ing decent hour and to leave him the f*** alone". I was devastated and tried to explain I called last night not this morning. I am assuming I will not be able to get my clothes, medication or personal items now. I may have to involve the police or legal services which I do not want to do. I am so very upset, in tears, feeling disrepected and dissapointed with this reaction. I was living out of my car and do not have much to my name as of right now. I do not know what to do and am at a loss for words with this company. Please read my story and be careful with this company.

These guys helped me out when I was in a HUGE jam. I had a classic Chevy 5700 that I was having picked up by another tow truck company; the first trucking company got out there, pulled the truck out in the road, decided they couldn't do it and LEFT THE TRUCK IN THE ROAD and left my driver sitting there. I called 11 other tow companies that all said they couldn't help me out. I called Christy's, they came out and had the job done in 15 minutes, even helped our driver chain the truck to our flatbed. Thank you guys for your help and I will be referring anyone I know in that area to you!Service: Special vehicle towing

I broke down at a Loves off of I-40 and couldn't seem to get anyone to come out to change my tire for a decent price, called Christy's, John was there when he said he was going to be, changed my tire and had me back on the road in no time..I am thankful he was able to help me..He said his boss was out of town and he was running the company for them..To that boss your company is in great hands while you are away, Call this company before any other in the google list cause service is top notchService: Tire change

I only gave 1 stare because I had to. Don't wast your time calling these people. I called to have my son's truck towed from Hwy 100 to Prim Springs Rd. It would have been less then 10 miles. When I told him where I needed it towed to Prim Springs Rd. He said oh no I can't do it.

One of the truck drivers was driving through Lebanon , and they decided to swerve back and fourth throughout lanes and almost rear ended me and 4 other cars also honked at me as I was pulling into a restraunt when I gave plenty of time for him to slow down

Called at 2 A.M business is 24 hours on their website, they actually open at 8 A.M terrible service got cursed out on the phone and hung up on. Highly not recommended if you want to be treated as a human being in bad situation.Service: Car towingService: Car towing
