I called in as a stranded traveler over 100 miles from home. Even though they couldn't give me the immediate help I was needing, the lady on the phone gave me a good tow referral and at least empathized with my situation.Thank you guys for at least trying to help find a solution to a stranded traveler's situation

I have a 1984 Ford F-150 that is all original and just recently passed 100,000 miles so it's in great shape. I couldn't find anyone to work on the steering, primarily the power steering, but Berry's not only did the work but did so in record time. I will definitely be giving them some more business in the near future. Time to get the A/C fixed!

Took my car in for the ac not cooling they say leave it here a day we will fix it.... they tell me it's the compressor (1000) part 3 days later I finally get my car back for them to say it was the compressor it was a 150 dollar piece instead of 1000. So okay whatever lesson learned drive it home to find a radiator hose had been cut because they rocked the motor instead of picking it up and the fan got intangled in the fan assembly therefore now I'm out my only car for who knows how long and more money at the expense of berry automotive

Kept our car for over 5 months. Had tighten down most of the bolts they accessed and found unused new part under the hood. Found old part broken around the hardest to reach spark plug (was a real pain to get fish that out). They put a new alternator on but battery is now dead from sitting for 5 months.

Visiting family for Christmas my Truck decided to have an alternator and shock issue at the same time. Not only did he have a better price then Midas, the service was exceptional. Highly recommended

Bumch of Liars..they have told me every day for a week that there gonna look at my truck.. every day I call and every day they say we will call you back were about too look at it now..(B.S)...........that is bad business! ! If you can't get to my truck for a week just tell me..but don't B.S me.. these lairs shall not have me business. ..
