The weekend night shift is outstanding. Young guys who know what they are doing. They impressed me. Had to go there back to back weekends and they hooked me up. Poor customer service is the norm these days but not here.

I can usually find what I need if it's on the shelf. The employees are friendly. I always try to get waited on by older workers since most of what I work on is hot rods, and the older workers seem to have more experience being able to understand what I need.

Most the car parts they sell you now are already faulty. None of the people that work there know what they're doing or anything about cars in general. Absolutely horrible customer and quality

Super helpful employees! I had been given some bad advice by a mechanic who told me to put seal softener in my radiator to plug a slight leak I have from my water pump. One of the employees, Steven, was very helpful in explaining to me why that would have been a bad idea and gave some good advice. Thanks a lot!

These guys are awesome! My water pump failed on a cross country trip so I was stranded. These guys took care of me while I replaced it in the parking lot. They even provided transportation to a local hotel. Thanks!

My favorite period ... I couldn't find my receipt to replace my alternator that went bad... But they didn't give up but Ithey kept looking and they finally found it... Where is just on enough for a thank you !!!

Employees were not helpful, I've gotten the wrong part countless times. Bought a door handle, it broke the first time I tried to open it. The employee said they would replace it since it was defective part. Next day they tried to charge me again for it.Don't waste your money. Parts are literally less than half price online, with better customer service.Even oil is cheaper at Walmart!I used to come here weekly. But I won't be back again

Got an oil filter wrench, I was recommended to get an adapter for my ratchet due to the 21mm socket it would have needed. The employees were so nice and helped me above and beyond.

They sold me a bad alternator. I understand it happens, but 2 bad ones back to back is ridiculous! The labor to put it on and back of over and over and I'm out hundreds more in labor costs and they offer nothing for the huge inconvenience.

Great staff at this location truly Dollar General in will take the time to discuss whatever problems you're having with your vehicle and try to help you find the right solution and parts that you need. Unusual to find this level of customer service these days.

I ordered A-day ahead of time they ordered the wrong part So I they received the wrong part So twice I went and came home with Nothing in a car that's messed up and I didn't think I'd make it Make sure you Order a head

Hands down, they are the best auto parts store in Dickson! Staff is always so helpful and willing to assist with diagnosing problems. They will come out to the parking lot and gladly give you advice and recommendations. For them, it's not about making money but more like helping a neighbor in need. Don't bother going any place else! Join their rewards program and earn points toward future purchases. My go-to store for my auto care needs.

We had the best experience today at this Auto Zone! We went to 2 other parts stores before this one (because there closer) and neither one was able to help us. A nice lady named Kaci was excellent in finding us our parts and making suggestions for what they did not have in stock. She was super knowledgeable about our task at hand. We will drive a little further from now own!Linda and Robert, the proud new owners of a 1978 Jeep!

I always shop here for my parts, oil, batteries and car accessories. Usually have no problem finding what I need but if I do need help, I usually get someone fairly quick!

Friendly , Fast service very knowledgeable about the parts and their job. They ALWAYS make things rite even when it's your fault you got the wrong part and I REALLY appreciate that. I would recommend them to anyone. And also the girl I don't know her name that works there she is very very smart and helpful about anything it goes to show you not only guys know about cars even girls do

If you order a part and get told it will be there by noon then 2 days later it's not there you should fix your system.
