I bought my Honda from Dixon motorsports in Tennessee. It was a great experience. I forgot to get my hat. I realized months later. The folks down there were so nice and sent me one in the mail process was easy and simple. I went in there, signed paperwork and walked out my new four wheeler!

We negotiated a price with me adding 4 accessories in the deal for a Can Am Defender Pro Limited. On the paper showing all the costs, America Motor Sports added another accessory as a Front Bumper Assembly cost $329.99 . When I called them back to ask, they said the Standard Front Bumper was not available any more and the Front Bumper Assembly is the replacement. I questioned them about why I had to pay $329.99. They called me back and said they would credit me back $178.00. Not sure to believe all this as the last time I was on line to check this, the website still showed the standard front bumper and it has a cost of $329.99 if you bought it. From what I see, the standard bumper was $329.99 and the cost was raised (after my credit of $178.00) $151.99. So that makes the new standard front bumper $481.98.

So this is specifically related to the service department at the Dickson location. Whether you are dealing with Crystal on the phone or at the desk she's beyond pleasant and professional. The service manager who is a gentleman named Mike. He is also a pleasure to deal with. He is knowledgeable very courteous and straightforward. My hat's off to the service department specifically. They have been nothing but a positive experience.

Worked with Kevin Mangrum to purchase a new ATV. Love my new machine. Kevin was very easy to work with and made the process simple and fun. Everyone we spoke with at this location was super nice and made us feel welcome!

They got us a great deal on our latest toy took longer than we expected but that was only because they were very busy when we were there Derrick did a great job even though he was helping multiple peopleThanks for great information/ sales and taking your time to answer all questions very remarkable in this day

Terrible place . Do not I repeat do not do business with this place. They do not own up when they have a made a mistake. They did nothing to make it right for me and my husband. We will never use them again . This place is a joke .Hope you take this review into consideration when looking to buy with them .

Derek Vaughn is awesome. He found the ATV of my dreams.(2022 Polaris XP 1000 Ultimate Trail) A.M.S. held that machine for me and worked with my budget. Their service (pit pass) is second to none. They have multiple locations in the mid state area to accommodate you. Thank you again Derek, I'll send everybody I know your way.

So I try not to give bad reviews. The people who work here are very nice. However, as a recipient of the free battery replacement for life program since I bought 2 vehicles from them, I really regret to say that they changed the requirements to switch out batteries --in an effort to discourage battery replacement. Now, I know it is a small thing, but I do not live in Dickson. I can't just drive over. Their new requirement to hold the bad battery overnight was not part of the original contract, and it puts me at a difficult disadvantage.I own a business, National Laundry Equipment, LLC. We do the very best we can to honor promises made, especially when it puts us at financial loss. I firmly believe, and I have made a living on the idea that faithful delivery of small promises causes people to trust you with big things.I was actually going to discuss replacement of my 2011 Brute Force 750 with them, but now, well, I just cannot say I can trust them. Over a little 59 dollar battery.I'll just pay for my battery at O'Reilly going forward, and I'll get my new big bore four wheeler from a dealer I feel I can trust.Sorry to the sales team. I do like you guys. I just no longer feel I can trust you.

They're a joke they have 6 people walking around and one person behind the counter. waited 35 min and never got help no one even walked up to say hello can we help or even say welcome. They need to step up their customer service.

The salesman Jeremy did the best he could to get us a deal on the unit we were looking at but unfortunately the owner wouldn t work with and found what we were looking for somewhere else for 1500 dollars cheaper hate we couldn t by local but like I said the salesman really tried 2 star rating is only because Jeremy was so kind

Cannot never get a straight answer through email. All I ask for is an out the door price. I'm not interested in coming in and speaking to the finance manager, none of that. Tell me how much you'll sell it to me for. The bad thing is when you look on the website to try to find the other staff members to talk to to get some answers, no one's listed.

Salesperson seemed very uninterested right from the beginning. Overpriced fees and straight up lied about their competitors. We drove an hour away and saved several hundred bucks on the same bike. Avoid coming here if you can.

They have their cfmoto cforce 800 Xc over priced according to my bank, my bank said it was only worth $6000 and they wanted $12000, I asked to speak to the sales manager and was told he would contact me and he never did. This place is a joke. I would not recommend this place to anyone to buy from here. The staff and management seems lazy.

Bought a used Atv that they said they had done a full service to and when I got it home and had turned it on just twice the check engine light was already on. Tried selling me a service plan AND tried selling me an extended warranty when I live 3 hours away and would not quit being rude when I said no. He said well it is used so you might need it while snickering at my wife and I.I truly feel ripped off and will never go there again.

Sent a message trying to find out about the warranty on Utv before I drove 50+ miles each way to look at Utv. Got 3 messages wanting to txt I refused when they finally called 3 hrs later the lady REFUSED to answer my question always responding with another question. This explains why your service and warranty department has such a low rating. Your people need to quit trying to scam people and let the product sell itself!! Glad I found out before I spent $20000+ and end up with NO warranty support

Have a wonderful experience at AMS Dickson this past weekend. The transaction of trading in my 2021 CFMOTO Cforce 800XC and purchasing a 2022 CFMOTO Uforce 1000 was very smooth. Daniel and Jeremy were very informative and provided great sales support and great conversation while the process worked it's way through. Felix made the finalization of the agreement very fast, efficient and smooth, working within our budget and not being pushy!!After the sale, Felix and Daniel worked to help get my Extended Service Contract cancelled on my old ATV so I could recoup as much money as possible from it's cancellation.I would recommend AMS Dickson to anyone who is looking for a CFMOTO!!! Great inventory and very knowledgable staff!!!

Derek did an amazing job, he took my text and answered all of my questions!Felix our financial advisor also did a wonderful job. He was really nice and his office smelt so good. Haha. Even though that has nothing to do with what an excellent job they both did.Thank you guys!! If you are looking to buy, I highly suggest them!

Bought a SxS there and had some issues with it. They coordinated with the factory and ended up replacing the unit and installing all new factory options on it at absolutely no expense to me. The workmanship was top notch and dealing with the process was super easy. Kawasaki was tremendous on standing behind their product and America's Motor Sports was first class on handling every aspect of it and again I can't say enough about the workmanship right down to explaining where all the accessory wires were routed and where the fuses were located for each one and the neatness of the installation, looked like it came from the factory that way. I would highly highly recommend them to anyone in the market for some new off road toys. Great service after the sale !!!!!

I initially was impressed with how awesome they were with helping me find a helmet for my son. Helpful, knowledgeable and I didn't feel rushed. But then I was blown away by their genuine care for the customer when I went to pick up the helmet and my car wouldn't start in their parking lot. After ruling out some basic problems, not only did they agree to let me keep it there until I could get it towed tomorrow but spent their time and effort trying to help me get it running. They stayed after they were closed and were so nice and super patient. I cannot begin to express my gratitude. I'm sorry I didn't get everyone's names but know I appreciate you all, you really went above and beyond!

I needed to price another Kawasaki Mule, so I called over there and talked to Chris that runs the store. I did everything over the phone and he gave me an amazing price and made some suggestions to me and essentially once I gave him the green light to locate the side by side for me it was there and set up within one day.I've talked to a lot of different dealers around the country for all sorts of vehicles and these guys were incredibly easy to work with. When I went to pick it up, I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes and they loaded it on my trailer and gave me the rundown on the unit. I would recommend them to anyone without reservation.
