Unfortunately, this review is far from positive.My wife called A1 Glass on 3/29/24 to inquire about the price of a glass top for a patio table belonging to my 80+ year old parents. She was quoted an amount, with a price breakdown, by a polite and helpful gentleman. A few days later my wife and I drove to the business, to clarify the process for ordering and delivery. The owner, Darrel Dean, was present during this conversation, although mostly we dealt with a gentleman seated to his right. This gentleman showed us a picture of the glass on the internet, and based on that and the price we had been quoted, we thought we were good to go. I personally dropped off the wrought iron table for measurement accuracy, and so as to avoid the $150 fee for them coming out to measure.However, when my parents went in on 4/4/24 they were charged $239.53 more than we had been quoted. When I called to inquire about the large price difference, I spoke to the owner Darrel, who was extremely defensive and rude. He tried to justify the higher price because he had to cover his margins . Darrel also stated he hates dealing with this type of glass and didn t want to do the job anyway (then why did he accept it?). I asked several more questions to get to the bottom of the differences between the quote and the charge, not wanting to proceed at the higher price. We were also concerned that he was taking advantage of our elderly parents. Darrel became more defensive and rude and told me to pick up your da*n table .My wife and I went in the same day to do so. My wife had a conversation with Darrel while there, to pursue the issue of the discrepancy between the original quote of $746 (including $512.56 glass, tax and the $175 delivery charge) and what my parents were charged ($985.53), as we had yet to receive a clear explanation. He was argumentative with my wife as well, telling her we are done several times. He blamed me for his poor attitude, citing our earlier phone conversation. He eventually told her that we were initially quoted a price for a clear top table, and that when we were in the store he told us the price would be $743 instead, plus tax and delivery. Neither my wife nor I ever heard him tell us this.$239.53 is a big price difference and deserved an explanation. He could have easily given this explanation at the beginning, and asked if we were still interested. Instead, he was beyond rude and disrespectful to the both of us, and was not transparent in his dealings. Not just with the cost of the service, but with his name, which he refused to give us (we had to do research to find his name). What business owner does that?While Darrel credited our parent s credit card, the rest of our interaction with this business and its owner were awful. Next time we will trust the prior poor reviews! We don t recommend this place for business at all.

They were good to sale and install same day. HoweverThey were suppose to email me about two other intetest I had 9f products that weren't in stick. They never did. Still waiting. I've already bought one of the products I was 8nterested on at another place. Hoping they contact me for my running boards, if not then someone else will get my business

Recently relocated from AZ. Had a chip in my windshield on my way across TX. Stopped by A1 Glass & was greeted warmly. Made an appointment for the chip repair, which unfortunately was unable to repair. Folks were so kind & even tho' they spent time trying to do the repair, refused to charge for either their time or materials. I would definitely recommend A1 Glass & will return when & if I need too. Waist of money and doesn t stand behind their work. Came in to match my tint and it doesn t match so I take it back and it s my lost and will be charged to have them take off there mess up. On my invoice it clearly states Tint front doors to match rear But again they just wanted my money than to just be honest and tell me they can t. All I expected was a little customer service and if it s not right either fix it or return my money for something I clearly didn t ask for. Definitely want be doing any business with PDR specialist ever again!

We built a walk in shower three years ago and never added the glass to finish it off. We contacted A1 asked them to come give an estimate, 5 days after paying our down payment our new shower glass was installed. A1 was perfect in helping us pick what we wanted and what would work best for our shower and lives, they actually recommended a cheaper option than what I wanted because it worked better for us! The instal was flawless and quick and the shower looks AMAZING! I cannot recommend A1 any more highly for custom glass orders!

The review by Josh prior fails to mention that he called prior to bringing the car and asked for the price to install a new drivers door glass. We told him at that time what his price would be IF there were no other issues once the car got here. We did have a delivery delay, that's just life sometimes.But when i explained there would be extra cost involved due to the Window Regulator being broken, he insisted that "we could use The broken pieces and just glue them together" and" that that was too expensive, you should be able to get the broken piece." No, sir Josh.....It comes MADE ON the regulator.He claimed to have recorded phone calls of us stating the price would be lower, but never seemed to be able to find the time to play them.I take my job seriously sir. Anyone in this town will tell you that. Had you not gotten ugly, your car would be fixed. but because of you're arguing and telling us how to do our job, We CHOSE to return your car back to you in the exact shape it left here. .......with photos just in case this happened

We were originally quoted 179 plus tax and install to replace the drivers window in our car. We dropped it off when they opened and were reassured that we would have our car in time to take my mother in law to the airport. We came back 6 hours later to them saying something new was broken and it was 140 more and they still hadn't received the glass. When I confronted them that the part wasn't broke and work the refunded our money and told us to leave. We then discovered that they had shattered the old window when putting it back in the door and our window controls no longer work. They are crooked as they come. Me and mine will never do business with them or any company that Tim works for.

I go to pick up my truck and the lights were left on and the truck unlocked. After paying for the windshield replacement I go back out to my truck to find water running down the inside of the truck from a terrible install.Their fix was to smear black caulk in that inside corner of the windshield. Leaving black caulk all over that upper corner of the windshield. Along with fingerprints and smears inside and out.I again went back inside to find no one that cared nor a person of authority to help me. No other option but to dispute the charge and find a reputable business to fix the job.This business is run by the village idiots and I will never trust them with my vehicles again.

They put a new windshield in my son's truck. They did an awesome job. They have a variety of things they do to help customers. We bought sidesteps for our truck and our son bought sidesteps for his truck about a year ago

I have had A1 professionally install mirrors in our new house (permeant mount) and replace the windshield to our car. Fair prices and excellent work.

Replaced rear window on My Nissan scratched the hatchback then tried to hide it with a different color of paint and never said a word to me didn't find till later wife picked up the car

A-1 Glass is A-I in my book. Customer service is second to none! Reasonable prices and very quick service! I will use them again and recommend them to any one that is needing glass repairs.

Replaced back window. Left glue all over the interior. Defrosters didn't work when they were done. A week later the window shattered because they did not glue underneath the whole window then said it wasn't their fault. Half arse and dishonest.

I called needing glass cut for a window in my house was told they would call when it was finished . Leading me to think later that day I could pick it up . When I called they then told me it would be the next week sometime. Not good Business
