If I could rate the service lower I would !!! I m a trucking company I brought my box truck in to be serviced for a oil change they told me the oil change would be 400 bucks they said the part (filter) was 150 and the rest was oil and labor, come to find out they was ordering the part from Napa and it was 46 dollars when I picked it up, I bought the part and kept moving, if they lied form the beginning they will lie to the end . Customer service was no good, they had no customers and it seems like they didn t want any customers. I would be calling cooperate as well and seeing what I can do to prevent this from happening to other truckers like me . Or maybe it s just me who knows ..

Great experience with these guys they squeezed me in Saturday when they were all ready booked up and took care of me highly recommend them to anyone and I will be getting all my vehicles maintained here

Broke down with a flat tire in the area and couldn t get the wheel off due to a loose stud Called the shop and they said to bring it on over. The owner personally came out and worked on it himself as he knew we were a transportation company and we re trying to get back on the road as quick as possible. He got us back up and going on the road in an hour and was truly a life saver. I highly recommend his shop for any tire needs you as you would be very happy with the excellent service they provide!

Great guys. Very fast service. Good prices.They was busy..but I didn't wait more then 20 min.For same problem you need to wait couple hours on a big tire services (like TA shop..) ..and big shop will charge you double.Thank you guys. I am happy to have found your store.

I used to come here a lot but the last time I had new tires put on and a oil change, all my lugnuts were stripped and the tread from my oil pan plug came out with the plug when I got my oil changed last. I had to buy a whole new set of lugnuts and a new oil pan for my car because how much the impact gun was used on them

The Tire Store and Service Center staff saved our Thanksgiving! Our car began misfiring on I-24 outside Monteagle, TN during our drive from Athens, GA to be with family in Milwaukee, WI for the holiday. We tried first to repair the situation on our own, but were sold the wrong parts. The problem got worse and we limped into Tire Store and Service Center without much hope of getting help the day before a holiday. However, the staff there took us in, listened to our situation, diagnosed the problem correctly, got the right parts in less than an hour, and got us back on the road in time to still make our trip. Better still, they figured out how to get a refund on the bad parts that we had been sold earlier that day! Unbelievable! We had never been to Decherd TN before, but we will always remember and be thankful for the exceptional service and sincere consideration that we received there.

In an attempt to support a local business I reluctantly went back to this place after a bad experience a year ago. I wanted 4 tires and an alignment. On a Friday when I got the call my tires were in I had asked when can I get the work done. I was told be there at 2. I got there at 1:50. At 2:45 they finally pulled my vehicle in. At 5, there COB the dude behind the counter said it was just about done. Then I asked how s the alignment look? He told me they can t align it as the alignment guy, (by no means would I call anyone in that building a mechanic or technician) when home sick and to come back first thing Monday. Fast forward to Monday morning I got there when they opened, gave them a few minutes to open and get coffee. I gave them my keys, 30 more minutes pass before the good ol boy comes out to get my vehicle. The appearance of this kid was deplorable. Crummy looking uniform pants tucked into his boots and dragging his feet like he was an 80 yr old war vet.An hour goes by and my alignment is complete. I pay the $100+ and head down the road. There was a big muddy foot print on the door jam, mud in my carpet and grease on my wheel. But, what really pissed me off was my wheel was crooked. I didn t have the time to turn around right then to have them fix it as I was hot from the condition I received my vehicle back from them. Later that day I had the opportunity to go back and at least try to get my alignment redone, correctly. Nope, they just adjusted the drag link in an attempt to get the wheel straight, but they took it too far and now my wheel is crooked the other way.A few days after all of that I was under my vehicle checking something and I had noticed that these clowns damaged the inside of all 4 of my wheels, they gouged the aluminum with their tire machine and took a chunk out of the lip on on th backside of one of the wheels.TLDR;They just want your money, no pride in themselves or your vehicle.

The owner of this shop is very family oriented and looks out for the little people and works with people plus his workers are very good at their jobs they get you in and out quickly

worst bussiness ive ever been to! paid $355 for a front end alignment, one tire was toed out 5/16 inch took it back, the employee cussed me like a dog and quit on the spot. so a crack head works on it for 3 hrs. i got $85 back of the $355, and left with my front tires like a roadgrater,, TERRIBLE!!! everyone there is arrogant. not very appologetic at all, for the money and half of day wasted there!!!!

While it was Smith Tire would ve given it 10 stars if I could! But this place now? Nope. Unbeknownst to me they put a modified Volkswagen part in my Acura that basically turned my awesome car into now having to sell to a junkyard!!!!!

Wonderful service and amazing people. Will be a return customer forever. These people are honest and go out of their way to be a respectable owned business. Took my car to Walmart they said the tire must be replaced that it was not patchable. My husband was on his way home seen they were still open after hours so just stopped to ask. Not only could it be patched but they stayed just to fix it for us. Thank you Smith family and workers. You were a blessing to us. May the Lord continue blessing your business and your staff as you do for others.
