These guys are great. Friendly with great service and fast. My driver was involved in an accident. They had him and equipment off the interstate quick and took my driver to hotel after buying him breakfast. Great Job. Thanks

Amazing company !! Ikard Towing goes above and beyond !! They got to us fast, they were efficient, and most of all they were super nice and so much more !! We had an incident with our dump truck today and let's just say Ikard Towing showed up to show out , the care they show is invaluable !! I absolutely love this company. I ve called on them on multiple occasions and both times they provided the best service I could ask for with the right price. I was stranded on side of the road with a flat tire and couldn t get help from my insurance company. I called ikard and spoke with a rep gave me additional help. I was able to get my insurance to cover the cost and the rep continued to call and check on me while the tow truck was on the way. I also had an old car that needed to be scrapped and the gentleman came and handled everything I needed at the scrap yard and even remembered me from the last time. I would recommend this company to anyone even in my afterlife. Very dependable, reliable, and professional. I just absolutely love them.

Was on way home from a funeral, when my tire popped. As if the day couldn t be any worse. I called them and within 20 minutes Mark was changing my tire, and got me back on the road. Thanks for the excellent service and most importantly for being so kind during this stressful situation.

Great company! They were prompt and communicated well. Brandon towed my Ford F150 today in the cold pouring rain from Hillsboro to Chattanooga. He was very efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. Outstanding job Brandon!

I had my tire pop while I was driving last week, they were able to get my car towed immediately and put two new tires on for me, I think it took less than an hour total. I have a special place in my heart for Ikard..I blew my brand new car up and went straight to them in 2015. He sold me his wife's vehicle right off the lot. That vehicle hauled around the 6 of us and took my kids back and forth to school for nearly 4yrs and I still got what I paid out of it and the other person is still driving it well over 300,00 miles. The point to my story is that he is dependable and he cares about your family safety. Since then Ikard has been to every scene of every wreck my children have had and when my husband had a horrific accident. He has brought my children home safely with their vehicle and has never hesitatesd to send someone right away. We will only ever use Ikrad Towing. They are all you need.

These people are amazing. I was traveling over Thanksgiving and had an axle brake on my travel trailer. These people came to check on me and offered me so much hospitality and kindness. I wish noting but the best for this company.

Hello this is a belated review for Ikard Towing Comp that helped me mid way thru last month. They helped me one really rainy Saturday's by letting me ride with them to go tow my vehicle from Nashville back to Manchester for a decent price & the staff was really friendly & respectful while doin it. We also had to wait for about an hr in the tow truck for someone to show up to the tow yard so I could pay to get my vehicle back correct from them. The driver also got word on the radio from his boss that let him know of a accident on I-24 that he avoided on the way home that got me home with my vehicle more quickly & got him done more quickly. I highly recommend Ikard Towing Comp to anyone wanting to hire a fantastic tow comp that's on time, friendly respectful, with clean trucks if you ride along with them & will help you anyway they can. I appreciate you helping me Ikard Towing & thank you again.

My truck broke down on my way to Bell Buckle on Mullins Mill Road. I was 37 minutes from Ikard but my dad called them and they sent a guy that second. He got there within 35 minutes and handled everything for me. Highly recommend them for your towing needs.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Very professional and best in class. While I couldn t travel with my SUV at the time, they called me when they dropped it off at its destination.Going in, they made sure they were able to handle the situation,+ asked all the good questions,+ answered all of my questions,+ arrived when they said they would,+ delivered the car promptly,+ AND kept me informed along the way!The best experience I ve had with a towing company! And very nice, trustworthy people.

Best possible towing experience I could have asked for. Today I got into my first car accident and totaled my car. Ikard towing, specifically Phill, went above and beyond to make my experience great. They were quick to the scene, answered all of my questions, and even went out of the way to bring me to my desired destination outside of town. Workers were friendly and clearly had experience within the field which was reflected by their excellent work. 100% recommend this company for all of your towing needs!! I went "night fishing" with tail end of my tractor trailer...into my own pond. Middle of the night? Who ya' gonna call? Ikard Towing! Roy came out and pulled me out. Didn't overcharge me. He kept the laughter down to a minimum.I highly recommend this company

I have been using this service for the last few years. They've been able to get my daughters car safely back from off 64, jumped my van when my battery died and it wasn't long before they arrived, towed my cars to and from the shop at cj automotive, and even came out to change my tire when I had a flat when I needed to get the kids. I've even used the lock Smith they've recommended to replace lost keys. The whole team has been very helpful.

Chris from Ikard Towing was greatl! Super friendly and helpful as he helped us with our minivan. He went above and beyond for us and even included our interested kiddos, showing them how the wrecker lift works. Great guy with a great company. Really thankful for him!

Ikard s driver Chris came to help me on my AAA flat tire call. He was super friendly and efficient in removing the flat tire, putting on the spare doughnut tire, and loading the damaged tire into my trunk. Excellent communication prior to arrival also. I highly recommend!

Ikard Towing is my local AAA provider for car rescue including battery replacement. A dead battery meant a new battery was in my best interest, I want to praise the young man Chris, who went out of his way to help me out. Fortunately, I was "stuck" at home, and he made the necessary repair which called for removal of tire, inner shell of fender to even get to the battery cage. It was 36 degrees, yet he put forth a wonderful effort to get me operational again. THANK YOU Chris for the wonderful response and rather timely miserable chore, which took him just under 45 minutes to complete.
