Good customer service, but they are not very military friendly. Will have to change to an insurance company that understands the military life better.

I am moving back to TN after many years away, and had Farm Bureau Insurance when i lived here before. Farm Bureau's reputation for service is outstanding, so I had to inquire for a quote as I did my research across multiple companies.Chad reached out after my online inquiry and helped me get the coverage I needed, explained everything, and made the whole process incredibly easy. Definitely give him a call if you are in the market for a new insurance provider.

Chad is really great, and helped me understand everything I needed to know. First time home buyer, so I didn't really know anything about insurance. I'm sure everyone at this office is great, but Chad especially deserves some recognition! Definitely made me feel like I can call for anything I could possibly need. Thank you!

Absolutely loved my visit to farm bureau! Ive been trying to get some renters insurance for my new apartment and they were so helpful at getting everything I needed. Chad helped me with all the paperwork is he is great! So friendly and answered every question I had without a problem.

Kaelyn always makes my life a little easier when dealing with ANYTHING insurance related!!! She s truly the BEST at what she does. Timely responses always, and goes above and beyond to make sure she gets the best rates for us! We love our insurance company so much we wouldn t change even after being moved to Hawaii by the military! We still call our hometown people for help! Love the decherd office staff! THANK Y ALL SO MUCH.

Chad is great. He helped me save money. He got my quotes quick and worked with me from start to finish. He is professional, punctual, and has a great personality. I am very happy with my transfer to farm bureau. Keep up the good work Chad! If you are looking for insurance he is the guy to go to!

I can t say enough good things about Farm Bureau in Franklin County, TN. I came in and was welcomed like family from the minute I walked through the door. The staff is so friendly and nice. Chad helped me get a great low rate on home insurance! If you are shopping for home insurance, car insurance, or health insurance Franklin County Farm Bureau is definitely a place you need to be visiting!

Well... They are professional. No damage has been noticed to vehicle. But.. It's usually not a service you look for or use by choice!
