J Mark Smith s does a great job at keeping us updated on what is needed on our family s vehicles. His mechanics are very knowledgeable and front office staff very easy to work with. It s nice to have the peace of mind, knowing everything is done correctly.

My son made the mistake of taking his car there after hitting a deer. Communication was horrible, and the shop missed every deadline they promised. After four months, my son just asked for his car back although it still isn't completely restored. Such a disappointment.

Best shop we've found around here so far. Awesome customer service. I'd highly recommend them to anyone. We've tried a few others before we found them. They'll be who we go to from now on if needed. Definitely treat you like you're family and do right by you. Thanks ya'll!

Wow, they were great. I was broke down by the interstate and was worried about what to do. They were fast and very helpful. They came and picked up my van was up front what the price would be. And even did extra. I have a new place to take all my vehicles. Thank you guys.

When the people that work the desk are out to lunch,to bad for some customers!! You can tell it's a if I know you then you can get service during the lunch hour of the front desk!! I waited over an hour for someone to get back from lunch...I watched several people get service while I had to wait!!!

Wonderful staff. They do just about anything and everything that can be done to a vehicle! They fixed my window in a jiffy. I would totally recommend them to freinds and family.

Took my 2000 Porsche Boxster to him on 3 different occasions, still waiting on side marker light of three months for the first time, but nonetheless this last time they broke my door handle, took it back to them and they patched it up and blamed me for "patching" it the first time just got it back and had to take it to another shop to get it repaired because he did no alignment and the power steering went out less than a week after i got it back, but after i got it back this last time the same door that they had fixed the handle on, mysteriously has wood screws through the facing of the door panel, and yet they claim I bought the car that way and then changed stories and said I did that when I took the door off and "patched the handle." This company patches up cars, collects a check"Car Owners Beware!!
