I needed a belt for a scooter turns out it was discontinued the parts that is. But the said a I think this belt should probably work. I said I can't pay 100 dollars for a belt on a Guess. They said if it didn't work I could return it. It didn't fit. And not only would they not return it. They wouldn't give me store credit. Acted like they never told me that. And they got real rude

Takes way too long to get your parts or tools you buy from the front counter. Their prices, parts and tools are very competitive prices. They usually do how about anything you need. It just takes too dang long for the warehouse guys to bring things up to the counter. I know their inventory in their warehouse is big. Way bigger than your average normal auto parts store. Which I'm sure is why it takes them so long. But I have learned to call in advance. Tell them you will be there in just a few minutes. It's usually which counter person you get. To rather if they will have it sent up from the warehouse waiting on you. I have sometimes been told... "Yes it will be here up front waiting." Then get there and still have to freaking wait. Other than it taking so much longer to get in and out with your parts. I still usually use them more than the other parts stores.

I walked in, smiled and said hello. One person turns his head around, didn't even acknowledge me and went back to the conversation he was having. Another does it too. There were at least 6 men behind the counter and NONE of them asked if I needed help for quite a while. They were all listening to a story from the Assistant Manager (not work related story). I felt like they didn't care if I was there. Finally the Assistant Manager speaks up and asks if I need help. This location has a VERY poor attitude when it comes to customer service. I won't go there again unless I have no other choice, which is doubtful. A really bad experience.

Friendly service. Great customer service. I needed a rear windshield wiper and the one in the system was incorrect. Not only did they get me the right part but they adjusted the price so it didn't cost me any extra.

Great place for you to get your auto parts. These are real knowledgeable and take the time to help solve your problems. If they don't have what you need they will get it for you or point you in the right direction. Its great to have local parts people who are actually interested in getting you what you need not just making a sale. Thanks Decatur Auto Parts.

I delivered a load of antifreeze, the guys were courteous and fast. They put me in a door at my appt time and that was that. Had the good fortune of having my lights go out so i went into the store. The guys didnt acknowledge me when I entered. They just kinda stared for a sec then went back to talking. I knew what i needed so i didnt ask for help. At checkout the older guy seemed bothered, kind of a forced friendly tone to his voice.

Had a great experience at this Napa Auto store. My car engine light was on and i had the code, but i was sure what parts and further diagnostic i needed. The guy named Patrick (if I remembered right) was very professional and provided information i needed. Just like the commercial, they know what they do.

If these guys don't have it in stock, I'm usually amazed. This is a main warehouse supply facility for surrounding Napa stores, so its awesome to have it in my back yard. Everyone there is always friendly and very helpful!Napa carries quality parts for all makes and models :)

Employee was very helpful and with the warehouse there then they have about all you could want onsite. Would give 5 stars but they could not get a light for my volvo. They aren't the first that couldn't though

It is so nice to find an auto store where the employees take the time to help you find what you need, and are not patronizing! Great employees and a good selection of wares. Much better than AutoZone!

Okay place. Not too friendly or helpful. Have had much better experiences at other Auto Parts stores in area. Think they are more fleet focused.

I felt like i know as much as they do about cars, and I don't know anything. Then the employees talked bad about a customer after she left, I wonder if they do that about everyone? It's was pretty sad to witness. :(

Took me to the wrong address. I had to call my destination and get directions. Took me on wild goose chase on my return trip. But usually does much better.

Trucker beware this location suck 930am appointment arrived 830am and they take their time unloading u. Jonny is the forklift driver and he need to be replaced ASAP. He is riding the clock.

If you are making a delivery do not show up no more than a half hour before your appointment you will be asked to leave.

This is the worst NAPA I have ever been to. On two separate occasions they gave me the wrong part. Don t waste your time just go to the one on Clinton Highway.

Don't go to warehouse to pick up parts. Just have them brought to your local store.
