They ve always been great but their website and Google shows them open till nine on Sunday. Just rolled in and they were closed at 8:40 PM.

Went today to have a engine light diagnosed,the girl was very helpful but when I asked the boy if I needed a professional to install the part,he replied ot should just snap in ,but when I asked where it was located, he said probably under the hood, I said well I figured that, he just looked at me like I was a dummy, get some people in there that knows what they are doing , I won't be back ,I'll go to Athens where they know what they are doing

Went in there needing a part and left there getting all kinds of things. Tina always goes above and beyond, she is so professional and sweet at the same time. I am a 64 year old lady and need the extra help I always get it. I love that store everyone there is so friendly.

Took 2 people process my return with receipt then wanted only give me a store credit . Manager was rude and not helpful at all

Last time I was in there one of the workers had their whole family/kids in there and they would not help me look for something I couldn't find and got frustrated when I asked the second time to help me cuz I couldn't find what I needed

Broke down - radiator busted last weekend. Store was super helpful to be broke down in front of. Luckily they had my radiator in stock and I was able to get my car fixed the next day!

Every time even if I receive the wrong part which is very rear yall make sure I get the correct part and even makes my day with how friendly you guys and girls are when I come in to the store and yall even offer to help me find the smallest things I'm looking for!!!! Thank you guys so much for the help and always remember the smallest things always matter the most.

They gave me the wrong u-joint for my truck. My truck has been down for a week. I won't be able to get the correct one until I get paid. They should be sure and ask any pertinent questions about the vehicle. There are several different applications.

Radiator failed on me about a mile north of this location. Called Alyssa and she ordered the part from another store, let me borrow some tools, and had me back on the road in no time. Thanks for the help and great service.

This Autozone store has always helped me with finding the correct parts, and they even helped me with some installation advice. When I needed a mechanic to install some parts, they gave their recommendations of who to call. I have never had an issue with any of the employees there. I have seen other reviews about bad customer service, but it always seems that it is the customer wanting things or services that Autozone just cannot provide (such as installing an alternator or returning non-warranty damaged items). My advice is to know what vehicle you have (year, make, model, trim level, etc. - or the VIN number). I have found it is also helpful to call ahead and find out if there is anything else that you need to know for a part, such as your transmission code, cab type, brake size, etc. Overall this store has always done their best to help me find the parts I need, even some I didn't know I needed.

I bought a car battery for my mail vehicle. the autozone employee had to put a bungee cord on it cause it was too small for battery compartment. he assured me that it was the battery for my car. today I tried to return the battery because it will not start my car on numerous occasions and had to purchase new one at Walmart. Tyler tells me that the battery is not defective and I can't return it. they also are unable to pull my purchase in the computer.

Me an my daughter Kristy went to the pigs an gotgroceries an our prescriptions an then we had to stop at auto zone an they are always helping people an asking what would we like to get today an if you can't find what your looking for they are willing to help you

Yesterday I made a post about a bad experience concerning a battery issue I was not satisfied with the service at all but was impressed with the owner of the company getting in touch with me I received a phone call from auto zone and the problem was taking care of Tyler Shelton is a great asset to auto zone and we are lucky to have him in the Decatur store I can now go back to shopping in My home town and gladly give our auto zone a 5 star

I had the most helpful experience tonight at the Decatur, TN Auto Zone. My truck battery died and I needed it fixed ASAP due to a family circumstance. Tyler Shelton and Matt Rhode were working and although it was later in the evening, they fixed me up by putting the battery in my truck. This was not a simple task, several parts had to be taken off the truck to get to the battery. The job was done in a professional and efficient manner. I am so thankful that the American spirit is alive and well in Decatur TN. You guys have my business from here on.
