Wow!!! Best customer service and work by far!!! Took my Honda in for work and she came back to me looking like a dream. Quick turnaround and attention to detail. Jennifer is amazing. You can't go wrong with this place. They will have you back on the road looking great. Thanks for a job well done it was above and beyond my expectations for sure.

Extremely easy to work with and went out of their way to get everything taken care of. I d easily use them again. The only thing preventing 6 Stars were some minor details we had to deal with after I got my truck back.

I am so mad I actually made an account just to do an online review. My car was in their shop for MORE THAN A MONTH for a job that is quoted at 10 hours. They charged me double the estimate and the paint started peeling less than 3 days after I got my car back. Additionally I found where they have stripped out screws in putting my car back together and used bolts that were just laying around their shop (wrong size and they just forced them in) potentially doing major damage to my car. Horrible customer service. I am so mad I have just walked away from the business, I am sure that if I pleaded they would fix my car but at this point I do not want to deal with them. This issue has now exceeded more than a year with none of my issues being resolved. Additionally I have spoken to former employees, he hires off the street guys to do professional paint jobs. Just ask yourself do you think you would get a professional paint job from someone who has no previous paint experience. I have showed this issue to numerous other professional shops, they all agree... shoddy prep work. Other shops actually audibly laugh when i show them what I was charged.The only reason I give one star is that the receptionist was friendly when I talked to them in person but would never return phone calls or e-mails. I am so irate I am happy to drive my vehicle to anyone thinking about using this shop to show them first hand the work that they do.

I hit a deer unfortuntely. I called Speciality Collision. (I had used them years ago for a job in which they had done a very nice job.) I had checked with a few shops closer to me but was told it would be December before they could help.I had another good experience with Speciality Collision. The owner was very nice and attentive in helping me get my car fixed in a timely manner to the best of their ability. Jennifer who manages the front, insurance work, and billing is really great. She is very efficient, kind, and helpful. The body work done on my 2018 Lexus GX460 was top notch and looked really good. The turn around was just a little over a week. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely use them again if need a good body shop.Service: Body & Trim

100% positive experiences. I've had quite a lot of work done and each time it was done with excellence. They've always come in at or under their estimates, one time cutting me an amazing deal on service. Quality work, customer service+, and prices to drive out of town to get. They've won me for life.

Mike Maynard is why i chose this Collision Center. Mike fixed our minivan that we thought was lost. Mike also walked me through the process so that I didn t feel like i was on the outside.P.S My insurance company loved dealing with him, this is very important. Ask for Mike he will straighten you out

Had an insurance claim on my Silverado repaired by Specialty and could not be happier. Jennifer was so pleasant to work with and very professional. She even took care of my rental return!The repairs on my truck were exceptional and they even waxed it! I could not recommend them highly enough and should I ever have the need..Specialty Collision is on speed dial!Thanks to everyone for your personal attention to me and my vehicle.Abe Gomes, Dayton

Just got my vehicle serviced here and the experience was great. Awesome customer service from beginning to the end. My vehicle was fixed in a timely manner and when there was an issue they took care of me. Highly recommend bringing your vehicle to this local shop.

We have used Speciality Collision several times and the result is always top notch. Not only have our cars been fixed, the back and forth with the insurance was also handled by them and our cars are always as clean as a whistle inside when we get them back! We always use them!

They seem to be nice people and got it done a lot quicker than I thought they should. Of course it shows, see my pictures in post. Paint all coming off clearcoat and paint just looks bad
