Huge thank you to Johnny, Zach, Curtis, Jimmy and the crew for making buying a car not only easy, but fun again.If you want to be swarmed by logo d polo shirts the moment you pull in to the parking lot, then corralled into a glass cubicle where you never speak to someone with deal-making authority, go on down the road.If you want to talk to people who like cars about cars and then look at cars and maybe test some cars, then get a value on your car - from a human, not a spreadsheet - you should call these guys.The second-largest purchase you ll ever make shouldn t feel like the self-checkout line at a big box.It should feel like visiting Dayton Ford.

I had a very unique and specific problem for my vehicle. After taking it to another dealership, I was not happy with their lack of solution , in that they did know how to fix the problem and could not give me a quote but would charge per hour to fix it. I was frustrated until reaching out to Dayton Ford. They got me an appointment right away and were able to diagnose the problem. Melissa worked with me every step of the way and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. She outlined several different options and solutions. They got my vehicle back to me and it was spotless. I appreciated the excellent customer service that each staff member showed me; from Melissa to the drivers who picked up and dropped off my vehicle. Thank you for saving the day Dayton Ford!

The sales staff, namely Curtis, at Dayton Ford is top notch all the way. This dealer did not jack the retail price up on the vehicle the way ALL the Chattanooga dealers were doing....instead he actually discounted it, and found other incentives that saved me thousands! To Top that off, as a professional musician, I was setting up for a gig when my Ford Lightning arrived. Curtis personally drove the truck out to my gig, which was advantageous because the event planners had messed up the electrical access. I was able to power the entire gig off my new Ford Lightning! Epic. Additionally, when I was at the dealership finishing up my paperwork, I told Curtis about my son needing a new car. He found us the perfect ride at a great deal. We ended up buying that one as well. This is the second truck Ive bought from them, but its the place I will recommend to my friends.

The sales department is great. Bought 2 from them. The service guys are probably fine. I've not had work done there and after speaking to the girl in the service office I never will. She is rude and thinks they are the only shop in the world.

I have purchased several vehicles from Dayton Ford. I normally deal with Curtis. However, I trust these guys so much that I m comfortable with all of them.They always have a fresh selection and can order for you. You never have to pay all those silly fees. My business will stay with Dayton Ford.Let s not forget the top notch service department ran by David. They are very knowledgeable and take complete care of their customers.

I brought my Escape in for a new battery which I thought was something very simple they could take care of in just a few minutes, turned out to be just a little more complicated than expected. I didn't have an appointment but they still fit me in and solved the issue very quickly. They were even able to perform the work on an open recall at the same time saving me extra time and hassle so I didn't have to make an appointment and come back another time.

Our experience with the service department has been amazing!Sitting at the helm of it all is Melissa, who is welcoming, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Having prior experience working in a dealership, I know what it takes to run the show from each aspect, Melissa definitely wears multiple hats with grace and ease.Would definitely recommend, They also have a pick up service!

Small family owned shop that treats you like a person and not just another number. Service writer was very knowledgeable and helpful. My truck was done when they said it would be and the work was done right. I did have to wait several weeks due to the amount of work they already had scheduled, but that's the case at every other reputable shop right now. I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed and they will take care of you.

Hands down best dealership ever they will work and work and work until they are able to get you in a brand new or new to you car I have been working different cars and deals until I was able to get a brand new car 0% interest and get out of the terrible unsafe car I was in I could not be more thankful for everyone s hard work. If you are needing a car and feel like you can not get one then Dayton Ford is the place to go they will do everything they can and then more to make sure you are happy and taken care of

The best !! We drove 5 hours to buy a truck from Curtis because he answered all our questions in a fast manner and was very Precise about all the details and extremely friendly, unlike other car salesman I have dealt with. Curtis did all the hard work for us , So that when we did get there all we had to do was give him the money , sign & and we were on our way back home with our new truck !! Best experience in buying a new vehicle ever! If our family needs a new vehicle in the future we will drive five hours again to buy from Dayton Ford. Thank you Dayton Ford for all your hard work , especially Curtis .

Dayton Ford is the best dealer in our area. We ve been trading cars with them for 37 years and they have always treated us well. They have always resolved all our issues. If they don t have the vehicle on their lot that we want they will find it at another dealer and get it for us. Trade with Dayton Ford you can t go wrong!

I went to Dayton Ford for a service which I made an appointment for. The gentleman that waited on me was nice and courteous. He just did not know at what intervals certain services were to be scheduled. He got the service manager who was for lack of better terms rude and not very helpful. I will not ever have truck serviced there again. On the other hand the service was really quick and I was on my way. The service tech was outstanding; however, management could use a lesson in manners and people skills
