Good prices. Friendly guys. I bought a 3800 for my Buick. No issues with it at all. We will them in the future when I need something else. Not much parking. When you pull up just park across the street.

Excellent experience purchasing used carpeting out of a vintage BMW from thousands of miles away. I wish every automotive recycler was this helpful. Ryan took photos and kept me up to date on removal and shipping; he even went above and beyond in asking UPS to hold onto the package longer when travel kept me from getting home in time. Top-flight experience.

Overwhelmed too easily and not particularly accomodating. Drove from Georgia and they didn't make much of an effort to help with the part. The lady who took me to see the part was kind though was unable to help further. Part was also not as advertised.

Emailed and left a voicemail late Saturday night for them about a part I found online. They emailed and called back early Monday morning to let me know the condition and overall pricing, and held it til I could drive there from 3 hours away. Thanks guys!

What customer services is supposed to be.I called so many places to find a small, hard to find part, for my truck and none of them cared to go look for a small part. Charlie s was the only one that bothered to look.They had the part that I ve been looking for for so long and mailed it out to me.Thank you!

I drove almost 4 hours here and couldn't even find where to go in and I called and still didn't get to talk to someone in person. They didn't even have the car they was showing parts for on car-part. Guy wasn't very nice.

Way to high on there price I was looking for an engine closer to where I live everywhere else it's 300 to 450 they wanted 650 and I think they asked about core not worth the time
