I didn t know a towing business like this still existed! In a world of customer no-service, these good folks exceeded our every expectation! Courteous, friendly, prompt, competent, reasonable, and utterly professional these are just some of the words we have to describe Supreme Towing, after our real-life experience with them. They went above and beyond to help us in our hour of need. Highly recommended!

Ask before they work on your truck or trailer. I asked for a quote and was not giving one, they charge me for road service fee even tough the bearing on the trailer was not fixed on interstate. I ask for it to be remove or credit it he said I had to go get me even tough he was there for 3 minutes, and even had me follow him to shop for 2.5 miles without a rim and a tire.

It s small shop but they know how to do it and what they do they re professional friendly reasonable prices. I had antifreeze leak they fixed I recommended to go if your truck broke down that area

I have to say out of the towing co I called they are the best, everyone knows having your car break down on side of highway is stressful enough and after talking to them I felt really good with knowing they got my car in a timely manner and was very understanding when I couldn't pick my car up until two weeks later. I will most definitely recommend them.

I want to say that they are the best towing service in that whole area..They went way beyond the call of duty to assist me and a serious truck problem that I had I'm all the way from Texas and they made me feel like I was a local I didn't have any sort of transportation and they made sure I gotten taken care of even taking me to a hotel and making sure that I got my truck and trailer fixed..I would recommend them over anyone in that general area...thanks amillion guys and girls

They are great excellent caring people. I was stranded with my dog for two days working in my vehicle and they were the cheapest people in town they even came back and towed me again to my home residence and for 36 miles they only charged me $175. They also gave me a break of $12 the first time they towed me just to put a review in for them. I even tried to pay them the second time and they wouldn't take it. Very curdious and respectful and all couldn't have asked for a better towing company. I drive a royal blue Chrysler town and country el van just so you all know it's me. It's Wanda I just have a different name on my accounts.

my experience with these people is very bad, they picked up my truck and guaranteed to fix it ,after 5 days and 50 times I tried to talk to Chassi she ignored my call .., they sent me a bill of $1850 with an apology that they can't fix the truck, David is not a mechanic and is ignorant, I had to pay another company to have my truck towed from their shop, avoid these criminals as far as possible..?

My daughter-n-law recently had a flat tire at her job. The guys at Supreme came and picked her car up, changed her tire and have us on our way in less than 2 hours! Thank you so much for the great service! Will definitely use you guys again!

Highly Recommend! Honest, reliable, and affordable! No 2 or 3 hour minimums with these guys! Will definitely use anytime I need heavy duty towing or repair. Their shop surprised me. They actually stock a variety of new and used tires along with many other parts. I appreciate your alls help! Thank you

I called this company to set up a tow from my home to a mechanic shop. I was told the driver would be there between 4-430 the following day. So we rearranged our work schedules to accommodate. No show. We received a call saying there was a misunderstanding from the office to the driver and they weren't comfortable dropping it off after the gate was closed. Totally understandable. We were told that they would come back the following day by 3pm to insure the car would arrive before the mechanic closed his gate. Again we re-arranged our work schedules. Driver did not show up until after 7pm, shop already closed. The driver told us that he would be at our house to by 730am to tow it to the shop. Its now 952am still a no show. 3 days, 3 scheduled appointments, same no show results.Service: Car towing

I cannot recommend Supreme Towing enough! Chassi went above and beyond to help us when neither AAA nor Geico would pick us up on a stretch of very dark highway. Not only did Chassi tow us to a nearby hotel, she also recommended a nearby tire store to help us in the morning. Supreme Towing really is supreme, and if we are ever stuck again in the area, we will be sure to call!Service: Car towing

Chassis towed us off of the expressway. She was quick and she dropped us off at our hotel as it was late and she even picked us up in the morning to bring my husband to the tire shop to get a new tire . She went over and beyond what was expected. She was just the nicest person and you can tell she took her job seriously and wanted us as a family to be safe and taken care of. If you call this company you will not be disappointed! Great person!!

I purchased an insurance salvage trailer that was in there yard. I called to ask when we can pick it up I was told they are on vacation be back in a week. I called a week later and asked if they had anyone that would want to repair the unit before I picked it up. I was told their sister company does repair work so I talked to the owner and asked for an estimate and forwarded my email address. I text a week later and asked for the estimate no reply. waited another week finally got a reply they cant work on it. I sent a truck in the next day and was told I had to pay $1474.75 STORAGE FEE!! Crooks dont use them!!Services: Vehicle rebuilds, Vehicle wrecking

My truck went down in Fall Branch TN. I called 3 wrecker places that could not help me at the moment. I called Supreme and the nice lady says yes we can help you whenever you are ready. They came from Dandridge TN and got me off the road and took me to a nearby hotel for the night. Towed me all the way to Atlanta Ga the next morning. Great service great people very friendly very professional and great rates. You won't find better rates trust me. Call Supreme firstService: Vehicle wrecking

My tire blew out on the interstate and they arrived very quickly. I believe her name was Chassis. She was really quick loading up my car and was very nice. 10/10 would recommend.

Do not use this wrecker service. They don t know what they re doing. They wrecked our truck. As they were towing it up the bed of the wrecker, it came flying off. Wrecked our truck and it could ve killed someone. Beware. They also drove off. They refused to give their information to the police officer that called them.
