I ve never liked going to car dealerships due to the high pressure salespeople but after 21 years with the same vehicle it was time to get an upgrade. Hesitantly we went to Rusty Wallace Ford where our salesman was Chris Schultz. This man was down to earth, helpful & not pushy at all! It was such a pleasure working with Chris. He made everything easy & I won t hesitate to go back to him for my next vehicle! Thank you Chris!

Great Experience with Lester, Tony, and Dylan!! Best dealership we have been to in a while. They really cared about their customers, down to earth and caring to all party s involved. Lester even helped take care of my sweet little mama. We got a great deal on the Bronco, and really felt like family.

We had an amazing experience at Rusty Wallace Ford thanks to Chris Shultz. He gave us the best test drive ever. He was very attentive to all our question, and answering them. Personally washing our new bronco for us. Giving us quick trip thru the whole purchasing process. Thanks again Chris for a job well done at making everything so enjoyable.

Austin was fantastic! I didn t plan to buy today but he listened and showed me the right vehicle and it changed my plans. After some discussion, I asked if I could go and meet my wife and return after a planned event. They were perfectly OK with that. Once we returned, Austin and Dylan worked quickly to get the deal closed. Great work by all that we met today. Thank you for a great experience and for making this way faster and less complicated than I ever intended. We love our new F150!

My experience with Rusty Wallace Ford over the many years as a customer have been nothing but excellent. This time I hadn't even planned to buy a new car yet but after good advice from Robert Wolford, Chris Schultz found my dream car with all the features I wanted and some I hadn't even thought of, so I traded two for one. I can highly recommend this "absolutely no pressure" dealership for their outstanding customer service!

Rusty Wallace Ford--full of fantastic people to work with. Russell, especially! We had been in contact over the phone and my roommate and I drove over 10 hours to do business with him. He was able to work out a great deal with me. Even if it meant the long drive, I'd do business with them again, no doubt! Thanks again, Russell! The Camaro got us back safely!

I never leave reviews but when we purchased our vehicle from this dealership, I felt compelled to let anyone and everyone know just how much this dealership did for us. Buying a vehicle is always daunting until we went to Rusty Wallace Ford! The entire process was AMAZING. We cannot thank Todd (sales manager) and Ryan (salesman) enough for making this the BEST experience we have ever had. We ll be back.

Put in an inquiry about a vehicle online and was reached out to by Brendon. He was a super nice guy who made this my EASIEST car purchase ever, Private or through a Dealer. Helped me get approved and into a car I ve been wanting for a long time now in less than an hour at the dealership. Will absolutely be recommending Brendon and all the Rusty Wallace Ford crew to all my friends and family and I am looking forward to working with these guys on my next purchase.

When we first arrived we told them what we were looking for. They immediately took us outside and showed us different vehicles, instead of what many other dealers do: drown you in paperwork.We were given a nice discount and they subsequently sent our daughter $100.00 for telling us to go there, as she had had a great experience in successfully buying a truck at this dealership.Treated us better than any other place we have ever gone to.

Olivia did an excellent job of showing me the vehicles I was interested in. She was very patient while I test drove a couple of vehicles. She was knowledgeable and could answer any questions I had. Once I decided on a vehicle, the process was smooth. The General Manager definitely took care of me on my trade and the price of the new vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting an excellent experience in purchasing a vehicle.

Our experience with Rusty Wallace Ford was nothing but excellent. Our sales person Aaron Miller went over and beyond finding us the new 2023 Ford Explorer we were looking for. They didn t have it on their lot but located exactly what we were looking for at another dealer. They went there picked it up and had it to us right away. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking. Thanks for the gifts Aaron. Headed back home to Ohio now.

Highly recommend this dealership !! We had went to 2-3 other dealers around and had bad experience at all of em. We come here and immediately feel comfortable and have a good time. Brendon Brown was our sales rep and he was fantastic. They got us into our brand new Explorer. The managers are great too. They don t just sit behind the deck with their nose in the air like other dealers. The finance guy is awesome as well. He got an unbelievable interest rate. We will be back and send anyone we can hear. Thank you guys.

Salesmen Dylan and Brendon are Wonderful! They go above and beyond to be sure you need anything to assure the car buying experience is an excellent!!! This was my 3rd time buying a vehicle from these awesome guys! I would Never go anywhere else!! The managers know you by name. The finance experience was exceptional!! BEST service from a dealership EVER!!! I was needing parts for one of my service trucks rocky top Ford in Sevierville told us it would be here every day for 2 weeks, and it never showed up. Called rusty Wallace ford and talked with Chris in parts they had the part picked it up and installed it and got the truck running. Chris was very helpful and also check in to make sure that everything was good with the part we purchased from them. i have a fleet of service trucks and will go back to rusty Wallace Ford for all of our ford parts great customer service. THANK YOU

We were Looking for a used truck, Aaron Miller did a great job for us. The process was very low pressure. Everyone we met and worked with was awesome including Used Car Manager Tony Atkins . I feel like we got a great deal on the truck and my trade. We were in and out in no time. I am glad we were able to make this deal with our home town dealer. The attitude at this dealership is refreshing and not always the norm I look forward to our future interactions and service. I highly recommend Rusty Wallace Ford in Dandridge

I took my Brand new 2023 F250 Superduty diesel here for my first oil change ( I didn't buy this truck from this dealer, it was bought at a new Ford dealership in Knoxville). I wasn't happy with the Knoxville Fire dealer.Rusty Wallace Ford has amazing customer service , great service dept and an overall great experience, I will definitely keep this my preferred dealership for service.Thank you

If you are looking for the best Ford dealership, then this is the one to go to. I've never had a bad experience here. Robert Wolford is awesome. He has helped me find what I've been looking for every time. Olivia Wolford is also quite amazing. She bends over backwards to find what you are looking for. Chris Shultz is hands down one of the coolest people that I've ever met. I was in and out in no time when it came to signing the paperwork. Hands down the best dealership around.
