At first, I liked Bobby. He was a good salesman seemed very honest, and I bought my four wheeler from him. My daughter got into a wreck with it. Some front end damage. I took it to Bobby to fix and he tried calling me at $4800. I bought the machine for 9000. So essentially, he was telling me almost half what I paid for the machine to fix the front end. Story change multiple times on him, thinking that the frame was bent. I took it to another mechanic they fixed it for $800!! This man is a thief and a rip off. I ve never left a bad review in my life. The whole ordeal was a nightmare with him. It took him three weeks or maybe a month just to get me an estimate. Then the estimate changed and it was even more money. Very upset with how I was treated there and it s very unfortunate for him because he lost a great customer.

Got a great price on a set of tires that were on back order everywhere else. My order was processed and shipped immediately. Whitney was very easy to deal with and updated me with my order.

I called every Arctic Cat dealer within 300 miles of my home and none of them would help me purchase a new 2023 Alterra TRV LTD. I was told by one of the dealers I spoke with that Bobby's had recently received one and I should try calling them. Whitney was amazing on the phone. Within a matter of a few moments on the call she was placing the order and was confident it would be fulfilled. I was updated with emails and phone calls all along the way as I waited for my new machine to be built and delivered. My order was placed Jan 6th and by Feb 21st I had the ATV in the back of the truck for the 8 hour ride home! Bobby was thorough and went over everything with me before personally loading and securing it in the truck.It may be an 8 hour drive for me, but I'll be back if I ever need another ATV ordered!Kristie M from Southern Maryland

Went a picked up a new Spartan Rz this morning! Bobby was very knowledgeable about the Spartan product line, and answered every question I asked! I highly recommend him if you're interested in a Spartan zero-turn!

Like a lot of businesses, Bobby has suffered from a help shortage. My latest experience emphasizes this dramatically. My 4 wheeler was in their shop for almost a year, they lost the card attached to it and couldn't find my info when it was completed to call me. They are too short-handed to answer the phones most of the time. Then I was not told ahead of time that they charge more of you pay with a card, if I had known ahead of time I would have brought a check out cash, but after driving 30 mins to get there I didn't have any option. If another Artic Cat dealer opens in the area, I will certainly give them a chance, this is the only reason I go to Bobby's, I own an Artic Cat.

I took my side x side to Bobby's this morning because we couldn't get it to start. Bobby took one look at it and knew exactly what was wrong. Within 30 minutes he replaced the part and had the machine running. We didn't even take it off the trailer. Great service, great people, fair price.I would definitely recommend this shop.

Short drive down Hwy 63. Nice selection. Owner is a really great guy and an awesome mechanic. Not afraid to get his hands dirty. I personally know he learned from one of the best. Little gal in sales knew her stuff, was able to answer all our questions. Need a vehicle for work or fun,,,go see Bobby.

Really disappointed in this place. Took my atv to them 4 months ago to get worked on they never worked on it and would lie to me about it was next in line to be worked on. Also set out in the rain

My experience with Bobby s Cycle Works has been better than positive. They have gone beyond what any other shop would have done. My first experience was with my son s banshee. He had rebuilt it himself and modified the motor but it still wasn t running well. We took it to several shops, even some Yamaha dealers but no one would work on it because it was modified. Bobby had no problem taking it in and fixed the issue. It ran great. My next experience with the shop is when my wife and I bought a used Prowler side by side from them. They customized it at no labor costs before we picked it up. But the most amazing thing is that within a few weeks of us taking it home there were a couple of mechanical issues that happen. Even though we purchased As Is Bobby fixed the issues free of charge and even gave us the parts for free. Some of which were fairly expensive. Since then any issue we have had they have taken care of us like family. No other dealer or shop would have done that. We continue to take our ATV s there and my son also has work done there. They do take a little longer to get the job started but that is because they are so busy. I recently took my side by side there on a Monday morning and waiting to get it checked in there were 4 others with ATV s waiting to get checked in. One coming over one hundred miles to get them to work on his machine (my son travels 250 miles one way). So you can see why they are so busy. They re good. I would highly recommend them even if you have to travel and perhaps wait a little longer than normal.

Very nice people. I took my 07 Arctic Cat Prowler to them. They did an excellent job replacing the drive belt, seals and gaskets, and I will certainly go back. 2 suggestions: Find out their lead time. They do get busy. And speak to the young lady, who s name I cannot remember. She will make sure you re taken care of.

The people that work there are helpful out front. The work is very slow on getting things back. But as long as your buying something then it's not gonna be a bad visit. They have a lot to choose from like atvs,side by sides and jet skis. Bobby is a nice guy to meet in person. I'm not sure where his mechanics learned to do work at before there.

I just bought my 3rd Arctic Cat from Bobby's. They are very honest and helpful. I drive 2 hours to get there, right past the Bass pro shop. Great service and fair prices.

I called before I came, because it was a 2 hour drive to the store. The price I was quoted over the phone was the price I paid! I learned the hard way that not all companies do business this way, and am grateful that Bobby's Cycles did right by me! I will definitely do business here again!

I took my fourwheeler to be fixed back in april. I got it back last friday, and it worked great. Went to ride it today and it just died on me and hasn't started back. I figured four months in the shop and this wouldn't have been a problem that would've resurfaced. They were fair on the total considering the amount of time they had my atv for, but the whole reason i sent it to them was for it to run more than just a few days.

Bobby has a relatively small operation these days because of production slow downs caused by Covid-19. Nonetheless, he and his staff are helpful and trustworthy.

Have been taking my ATV here for years. Does great quality work on everything that Ive needed from the suspension to complete rebuilds. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I have known bobby for over 20 years now , and I can promise you NOBODY is as close to being as good at this buisness , then him . God truly blessed him with a talent... Always friendly , always helpful .. he can literally tell you what's wrong with your recreational vehicle just by listening to it . Either it be bike , four wheeler , jet ski , don't matter . He is the man to see !!
