If I could give this negative stars I would. My son went there to get his muffler fixed,the mechanic was extremely rude right from the start. Throwing tools,swearing,talking about how he hated this place because he was getting laid off,etc. He had my son pull the car onto the ramps himself and complained that the car stalled a few times.I called the owner and he said it didn't matter because after Friday the guy was being laid off. Maybe treat your customers better and you'll get more business No apology and the owner didn't seem to care at all.Extremely unprofessional,rude and don't seem to care. I wouldn't send anyone here or go here if someone paid me to!

Note: This is NOT the Volunteer Muffler associated with Derek Bieri of Vice Grip Garage.The older guy who manages the business is friendly, and gave me a good price on the work I needed done. However, he had a younger employee (I didn't catch the name) who acted mad that I even walked in the door. I had initially called for an estimate on some exhaust work that morning and asked when they would have time to do it, and was told to bring it on in that day. The guy actually doing the work showed up at the desk and was apparently angry that I even dared to walk in.I dropped the truck off and told him to call me when he was ready for me to pick it up. Five hours later he called and said he about had it ready, and I made it back to the shop within 10 minutes. As I walked in the door he said he just finished up, and complained the job was a huge pain (though what he dealt with was specifically what I told him needed done). He said the truck was on the lift, the key was in the ignition, and when I didn't move fast enough to get in and go, he started yelling at me that I was in his way and they were "technically" closed already. This is the sorriest shop I've ever dealt with, aside from the older gentlemen I talked to initially. I don't know if that's his son or what, but if he's just an employee, he desperately needs to fire him. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone but my ex-wife.

Great job, fast, and fair priced. Was a little anxious about the fact they didn't take appointments, but that ended up not being an issue. Had 2 cars in front of mine. Arrived just before 9am(they are open 8:30 to 5). Figured I would be in for a wait. Was racked, repaired, and done before 10am. Thank you.

They quoted me a price a while back they couldn't remember but too my word to heart and gave me the quoted price they had a complete exhaust system put on my truck in less than 2 days I'm so happy and they did an amazing jobi would refer them to anyone who had exhaust/muffler problems

One of the worst shops I've been too, was rude throughout the whole interaction of getting mufflers swapped on my mustang along with resonator delete. Charged me $180 just for my muffler hangar to snap off 2 min down the road and left multiple spots unwelded causing terrible exhaust leak. Luckily I work in a body shop and was able to fix his poor welds. Do NOT recommend going there for any reason.

Dave does great work. Price is very good! My truck is lowered (slammed) and Dave was able to get it all tucked in! Not an easy deal!

David, the owner knows his mufflers. He has done work for me several times in the past. Honest, and reasonably priced. An all around nice guy. He can replace your muffler or do any custom exhaust work you need.

Super quick to get my muffler that was falling off reattached to my vehicle. Literally less than 20 minutes to fix, didn t have to make an appointment, and price was amazing. Highly recommend.

We had put quite a bit of money in my daughters car and we still needed to have the muffler checked out. I dreaded to have to find how much more it was going to cost. Her car was getting louder and I put it off as long as I could. They were able to do a bit of welding and I got out at a super reasonable price. These guys are super nice, honest, trustworthy, and efficient. I highly recommend Volunteer Muffler.

Great customer service. Fast repair time. I was in and out. Price was extremely fair. They were able to cut a piece off and weld a piece on. I would recommend Volunteer Muffler to everyone.
