I hit a pot hole and had a knot in the side of my tire while traveling. They got us in and out within 45 minutes. Super nice staff and we're thankful that they could get us back up and running. Thanks guys!!!

This was my second time dealing with them, always professional and courteous.We are from out of town (3hrs), they came recommended by my father in law who deals with them a lot and has always had nothing but good things to say.

Excellent service! Billy was so helpful and you feel really he cares about you and your vehicle. We've been getting our tires for our truck from Shadden tire for several years and will continue to do so in the years to come!

We were trying to get home from Pigeon Forge from a company Xmas party and a wheel caliper broke on our car, they got us in right away, fixed everything, checked our brakes in less than an hour, and only charged us $60.00. We got on our way home on a good note to end our Holiday mini-vacation! I recommend !

Used to be a decent place, I guess this new ownership is lacking in experience and customer service. I certainly am not your biggest customer but used to spend a significant amount of money annually with these guys for my personal and my company trucks. I have been here before opening 4 separate occasions and 3 different times mid morning all on various days. They will not rotate and balance the tires they sell you unless you can leave your vehicle for the entire day, same with an alignment. Quick to sell but extremely difficult to get maintenance done. Sure ain t what it used to be. The other store is even worse than this one now.

I got 4 tires on my Buick and was assisted by Greg. My tires are great!! I also got the free alignment with them and my car is smooth like butter!! Thank you for working with me thru this long snowy week.

Everyone at the one next to Walmart is super friendly! I would recommend them to everyone! James is my go to mechanic there! he always treats everyone with respect!

Greg had been absolutely awesome in assisting me with any and all aspects of wheel and tire replacement. He has kept me completely up to date on shipments and times for completing my car. I can't say enough good things about him and the company. Definitely recommend.

Only been here a few times but not getting the best feeling here. 1st visit my wife brought here car for oil change and tire rotation, things seemed OK.2nd visit my wife brought my truck for oil change and tire rotation. They neglected to inform her that because my truck was so big they needed thier big lift that all ready had a 2 hour job on that lift and just made her sit there waiting without communicating with her. They did bring to her attention a seal the was leaking on my rear differential (which I knew about) so since it was there I had them replace it. After she left she had to turn around and go back as my tire sensors indicated low tire pressure. They told her that the dodges takes a little while for them to update after they reprogram it. Well that wasn't the issue, the issue was the low tire pressure. Those tires have ran 77-80psi, for the past year and a half since I bought. Now all of a sudden I've got 2 tires at 69psi... she brought it home and I had to air them properly.3rd visit. We brought her car back again for another oil change and tire rotation. This time we dropped it off as we had other errands to tend to. After running them we past by to see her car still hadn't been brought in, so I decided to take her out for breakfast. An hour later we returned and her car was in the garage, so I dropped her off. I then ran another errand and returned home. A while had passed and she still wasn't home so I messaged her to check on her. She then told me that after waiting awhile she went to question how much longer it would be. Then and only then did they tell her that when the did the oil change the tech cracked something and her car was now leaking oil, so they were waiting for Toyota to deliver the part so they could replace it. Then they try to joke about not charging her for that part... like that would have been an option. Then she leaves and her tire lights come on indicating low psi. So once again I checked them and find them at 30psi instead of 36psi.So with all that being said there's so big issues here. First off not making appointments for oil changes is just dumb. Making people sit and wait hours is not the best way.Your lack of communication when there's a problem and just leaving people sit and wonder for hours is bad practice. You have no problem communicating when you want to up sell us, but try to hide when things go bad.Lastly I don't understand, especially as you're a tire shop, why do my tires leave under inflated? They come in just fine, you rotate my tires, and then I leave and they are under inflated. Clearly either you don't check air pressure or the tech don't know how to understand the proper psi, or it's being done intentionally.This many issues in 3 short visits on very simple jobs, not sure I could trust you on bigger jobs. Certainly don't think it's worth spending my money here, looking for new options.

My experience here was wonderful. They make you feel like family. Mark took care of me and was so kind and thorough in making sure I got exactly what I needed at a great price! Wouldn't trust my vehicle to anyone else!

The guys at Shadden were awesome! Polite, quick to help, accommodating, and so nice. Even though the shop was clearly busy and I didn't have an appointment, they were more than willing to assist. I used the free wifi in the waiting area and was back on the road in no time.

Had a nail in my tire while my husband couldn't get to me. Shaddens fixed it quick so I could pickup my child up from school. It's comforting to know they are there when I need them. We always take our vehicles to them for tires, wheels and anything that needs fixing. They are full service and even drop my husband off at work in town when they have his truck. Thanks guys.

I m from South Carolina and had a flat with a 5 hour drive ahead. They handled everything professionally and made sure I felt comfortable. The hospitality And overall attitude was amazing.They were fast, easy going and understanding. Explaining everything along the way. Highly recommend them. Best emergency flat experience I ve ever had thats for sure.

I came in in desperate need I had 2 fresh tires that I was trying to put onto my rims to my everyday car, I had absolutely no money to my name, needed tires put on my driver side, Greg and bobby, I can't thank you guys and your team enough for helping me out when I'm in need I had no worries and y'all did an outstanding job and amazing unforgettable service. I will be coming back for my servicing on those tires again in the future and never forget y'all's outstanding generousity 10/10 recommend

They do good work but I was liad to twice I was told when I got my tires put on that it would take an hour it was over 3 hours then I came back to get brakes put on I was told no more then an hour and a half and it was close to 3 hours

I took my truck to 3 different shops in knoxville for a simple alignment. Not a 1 got it right. Took it here to get it fixed. Ryan was the alignment tech. Took him all of 10 minutes and now it's literally perfect. Thank you very much Ryan.

Got in a little after 8am and Greg told me it would be about an hour to 2 hours to have my tire repair done. Waited and then about an hour later they got me in and then shortly after Greg came to me and said the repair would be free of charge. Now that s service..A huge thank you to Greg and the Shadden team for providing me EXCELLENT service today!

I found myself in Crossville almost two hours away from home with a completely flat tire. A nice man told us to come to Shadden Tire Discounters and they fixed my tire quickly & with a smile. They have great workers and I had the nicest customer service experience. Awesome place!!
