This is our 3rd new vehicle we've purchased at East Tennessee Ford. They have always worked with us and are fair with pricing. Our salesman, Justin Dishman, is friendly and is great to work with.

Came in for 30,000 mile oil change before leaving on a long trip. Specifically asked for Motorcraft oil & it was on my account. Next day drove down the interstate and kept hearing a noise. Upon pulling into my carport I found the whole screen guard all the way from the front of the car to the transaxle laying on the ground!! The mechanic forgot to bolt it back on !! Returned to your garage next morning to fix the problem and was told we d make it to Florida just fine. I informed him that it needed to be replaced when we got back and he said I will talk to my manager and call you. Before we got to Chattanooga the screen guard was on the ground again!! Needless to say he had not called me yet and the manager wasn t available!! The problem will be resolved with more detailed damage done now. Also they did not put Motorcraft oil in as requested. That happened last oil change also!! Guess the mechanic can t read or finish the job!! Can t say I recommend this garage and have bought several vehicles from them!!

East tn ford of Crossville is amazing! I had been looking for a car for months and Collin went above and beyond to find me the right car with a payment I could afford! I would recommend them to anyone that was looking for a vehicle!

Great experience! They went above and beyond to fix my recall. They even sent someone to another dealer for the part so I didn t have to leave without heat! They brought my 4 kids snacks while we waited as well. Everyone was very polite and helpful as well. They apologized for the wait multiple times but I understand it was due to the part not being there and then driving 45 minutes each way to get it.

Totally positive experience. Our Son is employed there and he helped to arrange a very satisfactory deal for us. Our salesman Colin was friendly and not pushy at all. There was a good atmosphere in the finance department with a good rate arranged and not a lot of time wasted .

My experience was very good. Everyone was helpful and assisted me in a courteous way from seeing the vehicle all the way to completing the sale. I would recommend when shopping for a vehicle go here first. I was given amazing customer service after the inspection of the vehicle. They had speedy service in fixing everything their inspection found. I will be going back in our families next vehicle purchase

I had recently purchased a used vehicle at East Tennessee Ford. I was more than pleased with their sales associate, their sales manager and just the overall experience. After a few weeks of driving my vehicle, it began to have a problem. I went by the dealership, explained what I thought the problem was. Without hesitation they set me up an appointment to have it looked at.They were able to find the issue and again without a hesitation they fixed the problem at no cost to me.I'm a business owner myself, and I understand what eat means to have to take some sort of loss to keep the customer happy. I appreciate that they didn't even argue or try to make any excuses. That commitment will get my business when I go to purchase another vehicleThanks East Tennessee FordBrian

Do not take your diesel truck to this dealer to be worked on. Diesel mechanics only get paid if they are working on a vehicle. Their mechanic apparently has issues diagnosing the issue and doing a thorough evaluation of the situation. Every day they work on it they will call you and tell you it will be another part they did not see and that it is another $400 then another $200 and then another $1,000. You will start out at $3,000 when you approve the work and then it ends up over $5,000 to get your truck back. There are too many items that this mechanic did not know until he got into it.

Not happy at all. Had an appointment at 10 am, checked on progress at 12:30 truck was still sitting, hadn't been worked on and was told it would be another hour an ahalf. I would like not to think it was because of the color of my skin, but watching 6 white customers come in after me leave before me......what!!? One they had to go to Cookeville to get a part for and she still was out before me. I gave 3 stars because the work is fine, but customer service for a person of color sucks, and this is not the first time for me but may be the last.

Austin was an excellent salesman, no pressure at all! He went out of his way to travel to get the vehicle before 12/31! This wasn t the truck we originally were looking at, as it sold before they could get it to Crossville . Austin found another one in Kentucky, no previous owner or mileage & off he went to get it! We would recommend Austin highly for his non pushy manner & committed to making happy customers!

Our son, Austin, who is an employee there found the truck. He showed us and explained all the features on the truck. He basically made the trade for us. Collin the salesperson, was courteous and polite. We had a good, positive experience in the finance department also.

Rodney and staff at the ETFord Body Shop did and outstanding job on my Subaru. They made sure that it was done on time for my son and grandson to pick up the car after traveling from northern IL to get the car. Also, thanks to Vickie for getting me on the schedule earlier that planned originally. I will gladly use their services again if needed (hope not). I was treated with courtesy and respect. Thanks to the entire crew. Nancy Harper

After being in the customer service industry for 30 years and being the GM of a business for 20--Can honestly say this was the worst experience of my life- was lied to by Daniel the Sales Manger and Bull crapped by the GM. Had a deal done on a truck--WE LIVE 7 HOURS AWAY ALSO-We had called back and forth over 2 days and finally worked a number out. Told Daniel I needed to talk to my wife--this was at 430 in the afternoon. Was told to call back by 7 and put a 500 deposit down to hold it. Talked it over with my wife and called back at 630 and they had sold the Truck. The lack of communication and the fact this was sold pretty much out from under us makes one thing clear--Its all about the money and relationships don't mean anything. Its a blessing in disguise--Wouldn't trust anyone that has to do with that operation---a simple phone call to us that someone was looking at it would have solved the issue, but nope--they sold it to the highest bidder without a thought. so glad We didn't drive all that way, because who knows what else we were lied to our about. This is also the 1st negative review I have ever left on anything. Do yourself a huge favor--Don't buy from them and tell your friends and family the same. I cant leave ) stars or negative stars also. UPDATE 2/24--BOUGHT A BEAUTIFUL GMC FROM A LOCXAL DEALER--DID THE DEAL IN LESS THAN AN HOUR---IT WAS FROM MCLARTY HERE IN ARKANSAS--THEY WERE GLAD TO TAKE MY 30 GRAND

I decided to visit East Tennessee Ford for my 2016 Ford Edge 100,000 mile service event after receiving an unsolicited coupon in the mail. Scheduling an appointment was easy and convenient. The service writer seemed to be knowledgeable, but slightly unfamiliar with the specifics of the manufacturers service schedule for my vehicle. After refusing several "up sells" a service order was approved. I was waiting at the dealer and was pleased that the vehicle was finished well within the estimated time frame. I was a bit surprised with the bill as there were additional charges that seemed to be out of the ordinary. One line item was for "owner request oil change with MOA". I had never heard MOA mentioned during the write up, nor did I ever request MOA. (I later learned that MOA is "Motor Oil Additive". Modern oil needs an extra additive??) The other line item surprise was a hazardous material disposal of almost $30.00. That's for 6 qt of oil, a filter and 4?? spark plugs. After arriving home I looked over the engine compartment and found that one of the shroud engine cover studs was broken. I was also surprised that on the two the ignition coils that are under the intake duct the tops did not have any of the dust/dirt disturbed leading me to suspect that those spark plugs had not been changed.Overall, I was thoroughly disappointed with this service experience at East Tennessee Ford. I had hoped to be able to use them for future service as they are a couple of miles closer and in less of a traffic area than the dealer I have previously used. In the future I will be returning to Knoxville for my service needs on all 3 of my Ford Vehicles.

I would have given them top marks but for one detail. When I had my Ford F-150 towed to ETF I explained to them at the time that I was quite sure the problem was a hose/pipe exiting the motor to the water pump that had a very small, (almost micro in size) pinhole in it and was fairly confident that that would be the issue. And it did indeed prove to be the case. A few days later I went to pick up my truck and after I had told them the problem and where to find it I almost fell to the floor when they told me the total for the work. $1357.oo- $357- for the hose- $150- for towing the truck in- $120 - temperature sensor & wiring harness. Now here's what made me flip out....$787.00 for Labor. What labor ? Replacing a hose. I mean my teenage daughter could have done the work.I think they were great people but had No Problem ripping me a new one with the Labor charge.Anyway, I won't be back .They didn't even kiss me, either before or after .

As always, my experience with ETF service was GREAT. Will took care of everything and went the extra mile to get my car in for oil & filter change when I forgot to schedule it with the other service. Thank you Will. Don

Do not take your truck here for service. Had a recall on electrical. After they "fixed" it, have had nothing but problems. Now, a few mos later, the entire electrical system is fried. We are expected ro pay 4500 for something they most certainly screwed up.
