Terrible experience with AZ's rewards program. I was told my $20 reward was awarded through online purchases only. Fine, I used the app and placed the parts order online. I went in the store to get the parts and asked about the $20 reward. I was told I'd get a credit on my purchase. 10 days later, there is no credit, no $20 reward. So, I called the 800 reward line and got three clowns that refuse to honor the reward because "I did it wrong," and nothing could be done about it. I asked for a manager and was flatly told NO! After escalating my concern, a person came on the line claiming to be a supervisor. I was again talked down to and then disconnected... never again AZ. You can have the $20 buck taken from me, but there will never be another purchase from AZ from me, my family, or friends. You reap what you sow. I'm now an Advanted Auto parts customer... never again, AZ

I can always rely on auto zone. They always had my parts I need for my Jeep & Camaro. And if they don t have it in stock, they always have it the next day. Friendly staff and helpful

I went to have a battery charged but they couldn't test it and it seemed like they relied more on technology than experience. I wanted to order part but I was told "no we can't get it" over and over. I worked for many years in the parts industry and before I said no I would do everything I could do to help they just typed on the computer and said no. F for lack of effort.

Took my vehicle here to see what codes it was throwing after I kept having occasional misfires.The guy working greeted me and immediately came outside to check the codes.He told me is was the crankshaft position sensor of which I never would have figured out myself.Didn t haggle me to buy anything and I was in and out in 5 minutes.Purchased the part on Amazon and installed it myself and car runs great again.

Super helpful, friendly staff. They helped me find exactly what I needed and didn't try to pressure me to buy things I didn't want or need like a lot of auto stores do. One employee even changed my headlight when I was having trouble; really do appreciate that. They definitely know their stuff.

Sent my daughter up to get a ball joint press. They gave her an adapter kit instead . Sure I ll make another trip up there on my dime for your incompetence! Bought more parts that day. Paid with Debit purposely, my daughter went back next day to return a core and they refuse to giver her cash, said it corporate policy. Debit card ran as debit is same as cash. Spent thousands with this company. I ll use Advanced auto for now on.

This store rocks!!! The manager, Danny Tidwell, and his associate Gregory P. Went out of their way to help us with a car problem. We are from out of town and they jumped right in and went above and beyond to help us out. These 2 guys are an asset to your store. Highly recommend these guys.

Needed a gasket for rear axle housing. Decided on Black RTV sealant since it came from factory that way.Staff was helpful. Pricing was ok. Great if you know what you need.

Super sad to say that this is the second time I ve walked in and just me asking for help with something for my car has been apparently an issue for the employees. Today I asked for help with my lights and all 3 employees who were just leaning and talking casually seemed disappointed I walked up in the first place and didn t want to assist me with checking out what I would possibly need. Maybe it s just an off day for all 3 of them. But I m now Leary of returning for any other future needs.

We stopped to have them check the engine. The worker came out, hooked up the machine, went back in with my husband. They came out and talked for a little bit. The worker said it could be the spark plug wires or the coil pack. Thank you to the worker that helped us.

Most parts in this brick and mortar store are unreasonably over priced mainly in the automotive batteries 10 times more expensive than I'm used to paying. Small censors like mass air flow sensor are priced over $200.00 for the same item I can readily purchase with online retailers for $18.00 to $20.00 with free shipping. The mark ups in a physical store are over bearing to say the least along with every thing I need has to be ordered with a waiting period of about 3 days.When I order the parts myself I wait about the same for delivery but the prices are more reasonable.This is there down fall and can jeopardize the future of these stores in general.

I brought in my taillight assembly and they sold me a replacement for the broken part and they even did surgery on it so that it was ready for me to just plug in and go. That was beyond great service; they were so helpful and friendly.

Terrible customer service, I called and asked if they had Sparkplugs for my car they assured me that they had 7 in stock at about $9 each. Had to drive an hour to get there just to find out they didn't have them at that store, "they were at the hub". Definitely not going to this one again.

Just wanted to share that Bradley Essex at the crossville autozone has been very helpful my last view visits . Even when the store is slammed, I m impressed the way handles it. Good job Brad ! And thanks for your help!

The staff is awesome! They are always very helpful and they spend time with you. They don't try to rush you out the door either.
