I took my minivan by Jr's Auto Service for a tire rotation and balance. They checked my brakes while they had my wheels off and showed me it was time for new pads. Being a busy working mom I had noticed a little scrape once or twice on my daily run up and down the mtn but didn't think to mention it. Having someone notice that and take care of it while I was there was awesome! Great service, great prices, great family business. Thank you!

Greg is a good, honest, hardworking and affordable mechanic. He is very knowledgeable and stands behind his repair work. I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years and I have witnessed his business expand while he still provides a personal touch to all of his customers.

The owner went out of his way to rescue me and fix my car. I was stranded almost 2 hours away from home on my way to pick up my daughter from college. Him and his staff stopped what they were doing to tow my car to their service center and immediately started to work on my car so that I could get back on the road to pick up my daughter. The owner and all the staff were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about my repair.

I have been to many mechanics in different cities, but no one like Greg in Cowan. His expertise guided me through an honest evaluation of what was needed, and he was a teacher throughout the process, very rare to see. I ll be returning to Jr s Auto Service for my next necessity, but after their well done work I don t think I ll be back for a bit. Thank you Greg!!

What a nightmare dealing with this double talker. DONOT GO HERE unless you want to be taken advantage of! Would you believe this double talker had the nerve to come out of his business and confront my husband while he was pumping gas across the street demanding my review be removed. . I told my husband, no way in heck would it be removed after taking us for several grand. You people out there have been warned.Services: Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement

Don't go to this place they will be shut down soon they have terrible service the owner says thier hiring you work the hours and dont get paid you go in there to get your oil change and it takes 2 days and then they up charge you they got 13 cars needing worked on but won't put in the effort to get to them. I pass it everyday and it looks more like a junk yard then a professional or semi professional repair shop there as low as you can go. This play cant even change oil without messing anything up then they pop my tire and try to get me to buy a new one dont go here they are very unprofessional. Go the safe route and chose a well known repair shop... and before you say it's not true legit ask all your previous customers

Terrible service. I will never be back here again. Went in to get my brakes done and I left with everything wobbling. I was told my ball joints needed to be replaced. Took it back to my mechanic in tullahoma just to find out they put my stuff on too tight and I didn't need the ball joint at all. Because of what they did here I now need suspension work! I don't recommend this place for anyone.Service: Brakes

I rented a uhaul from him. I m very upset with them switching at the last moment and then not having all the items I requested. This was not intended for his location, however it was to uhaul in general. Quit moving everyone around if they don t have what you need. Thank you

Will NEVER have My business again.Had my sons car for a week, asked him to fix the clutch. All he did was bleed the clutch for $140, and then as soon as my son went to town, he broke down again!! JL in Wichester Fixed it on a Sunday for me n my son for $380 NEW Clutch n all!!
