I worked with Tyler and he was a great sales rep. I ran into a few issues when I was back in the business office to sign papers, due to the gentleman being newer. However, Tyler took my issues, and personally saw to it that everything was resolved to my level of satisfaction. He kept an open line of communication and kept me updated constantly. I definitely recommend asking for Tyler!

I shopped around for a truck and these guys quoted me a 16.5% interest rate on a credit score of 780. Wouldn t come down one penny on the truck I wanted . But a week later they continue to call me and they can come down on the price now . Don t waste your time with these guys they are not looking for your best interest .

Four stars goes to one star now.I would like to update my previous post from what I purchased my new truck. I returned to the dealership 2 /19/24 and I was under the impression that I had a free oil change and tire rotation and apparently my intuition was wrong they charged me for oil change tire rotation and when they changed the fuel filters and the oil filters and oil they did not reset it on the computer system I had to do it myself. I will never be doing business with this dealership again and I will be passing the information along to my coworkers at fort blue oval. I was just curious browsing around and the people at Landers are great wound up with a new truck very happy very pleased. I'll be in the area for at least 3 years working at the new Ford blue oval plant look forward to doing business with Landers in the near future

This dealership is a fantastic example of why the dealership sales model for new vehicles needs to change.I ordered a truck from this dealership in Jan 2023. We agreed on the price and I put my deposit down. The truck was not delivered until July 2023. During the time we (the dealership and I) were waiting for delivery there were staff changes at the dealership so I had to work with all new staff during delivery.While working with the new staff they also laid some additional fee's on me. When I called this out they used incorrect information as their justification. I asked for further proof of this legally required fee and to also speak to the staff's leadership so I could address their staff lying to customers.Rather than addressing the staff members conduct, leadership rebuffed the practice and took a take it or leave it approach. It is my speculation that leadership, knowing that because of the nature of the vehicle I ordered they would have no problem selling the truck if I walked away and likely making even more money.Every single staff member from the initial sales guy to the owner of the company was dishonest with me. You will also be unabashedly gaslit the entire time you are with them.

I have never been to a small desperate country dealership that uses the ole country boy method , Robert must be pretty desperate to try and sell a vehicle, what s strange is how you use my driver license to pull my credit without any written consent, I only let you use a copy of my license to test drive your vehicle, and I told you and your dealership straight up that I didn t want any credit pulls till I agreed on the out the door price which you did not comply with, I didn t even sign permission for you to pull my credit,you definitely will be hearing from Tennessee consumers affairs, and the Tennessee attorney general.will also be contacting your dealership owner, I don t play like that!!!

I called on 2/3/23 and spoke to a sales manager and asked about the $79 done deal sale for 2/4/23. The manager said all the cars would be marked and to get there early. My husband got up at 4:30am to drive from Memphis and be first in line only to find out the cars are not marked and they make you go sit in a car without knowing the price and essentially play roulette with the cars. This is not what we were told and this is unacceptable. I understand its a $79 car but they should be more straightforward with their customers.

Natalie is the absolute best! As a first time buyer, she made the process way easier than I could ever possibly ask for! Will for sure be a repeat customer in the future if I ever fall out of love with the one she put me in today! That is gonna be a hard task

It was a real bummer and kinda crooked. Went in to get a key fob made up and they went from 100 dollars to 450 dollars. Crooked as aw heck and they were not bashful at all. Not so wonderful attitude for sure.No thanks told them to keep their fob and walked back out

I feel as if they tried to take advantage of me because I was from out of town and or because I m black. I paid $1200 for for a fuel pump which wasn't a problem. But the fact that I bought my truck up there to be diagnosed and was told that my fuel pump was bad and after it was ordered and fixed ready for pick up you tell me that my check engine light is on and that the tech is saying that the codes are reading my transmission is slipping, doesn t sit well with me. After I drive off and see that my transmission is not catching gears I go to autozone get the proper tool (p336a) to check the transmission fluid and see that my transmission fluid was drained out. I buy 2 quarts of fluid put it in my vehicle and check engine light is no longer on along with the fact that my gears are shifting perfect. I wouldn t recommend this place to no one. Along with the fact that I was gonna upgrade my Durango for a newer model. Service center messed up that sell Good job techs ..
