I've recently moved to Covington and didn't know where to go for tires. A neighbor recommended Glass and they were awesome. Got me in even though they were obviously busy, provided great service and had really competitive prices. This is the only shop I ll ever go to! As a young woman it s a great feeling to know that you re getting your car fixed by people who will explain to you what s wrong and won t get over on you. My little old car is running like new now! I ll definitely be back anytime I need something done to my car.

I've been going to Glass Tire for many years and never had an issue until today. I went there for an appointment I had made two days prior for an oil change. When I arrived I seen there was a man already at the counter so I stood behind him. I literally stood behind this man as him and the guy that works there talked about sports for 6 minutes! Instead of taking care of business he deemed it fit to prolong a useless conversation. Unbelievable.

I used to use Glass Tires for my auto care. However, after they incorrectly installed an oil pressure switch on 3/2/21, I haven't used them again. I ended up having another replicable company install another oil pressure switch on 3/29/21 after I left Glass Tires explaining to them that the oil light was on again. This left me with more out of pocket expenses. My mother recently had them put a new engine on her car last year. They incorrectly installed the first "new engine", then installed another one. Fast forward to last month. When she visited me, her check engine light came on. Now mind you, this is supposedly a "new engine", the light shouldn't be coming on. Her car was also leaking oil and other fluids. She took the car to another shop and was informed that Glass Tires installed this new engine incorrectly as well. Now she has to pay out of pocket a higher expense due to the negligence of this shop. Neither one of us will ever bring our vehicles back to Glass Tires. You have been warned.

I Have Only Good things to say. They went out of their way to fit me in, their prices were fair and competitive. I had never been to their shop until yesterday but I am now a client. They won my business. I Highly Recommend!!!!

They RUINED my car and I paid them $400 to do it. They put loose parts that they didn t screw on all the way and messed up other things. Now I m facing another $400 bill somewhere else. This isn t even the first time glass tire has done something like this. They need to be shut down. They are robbing people for inadequate service. I m furious. DO NOT GO HERE!!!Service: Wheel alignment

9/23/22 update - Took the 2014 Mazda with now 160k miles to this shop yesterday to have them flush the radiator, check brake and power steering fluid. Picked it up, and the guy told me that they didn t flush the radiator and had just topped off all the fluids. Guy said coolant was clean, didn t show any rust, and was good to -50 F. He said, If it was my car, I wouldn t do it . I love hearing a shop owner say that. Charged me $15 for labor. That s a good shop. Glass Tire in Covington. A dealership would ve charged me $100 just to look at it.Haven t done anything other than change oil and filter. At 130k, after taking it in twice to same shop to get the brake pads changed and being told they didn t need to be changed, I said just change them. Highly recommend them.2020 - So, this is my new "go to" shop. Not for what they did, but for what they didn't do. Took my car in to have the tires rotated and asked them to check the brakes since I had 120,000 miles and the pads had never been changed. Picked the vehicle up and was only charged for the tire rotation. Apparently, the brake pads still had about 25% left in them. They told me I could probably get another 20,000 miles out of them. The guy said, "If it was my car, I wouldn't change them yet." That's how I want a shop to think.

Great people! Was given an estimate for 686 dollars of work from another tire shop in town that wasn t necessary. Glass tire found the actual problem and didn t suggest unnecessary work. Some of the most honest people I ve ever dealt with and I ll definitely be back. Would highly recommend

They're nice folks n have a great team. Haven't had any problems with the work that has been done. They will go that extra mile to accommodate our vehicles. We appreciate all of them there.

I sustained car damage from driving through high water during heavy rain. Something started to drag on the street. Glass Auto saw me right away, and repaired the damage quickly and for a fair price. I am very pleased.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

These guys were awesome!!! We pulled up as they were closing and we had a flat on the trailer we were pulling. They stayed open to help us! Thanks for taking the extra time on a Saturday afternoon to help us have a successful fun day! You guys rock!

Never actually patronized this business. Was considering it when I filled out a quote request on their website for tires and never received a response. What's the point of having such a website request if it isn't going to be responded to.

No amount of pleading from the community with sate this review. Wade Glass, the shop owner, will bald face lie to get out of working on a larger issue. Blame it on a good maintained transmission when it boiled down to a clogged vacuum hose......Us being from out of town and leaving us stranded, charging us for work that did not fix the issue, then bailing on the whispers of vacuum hoses from his techs then sent us to a transmission shop so he could enjoy his holiday....Well enjoy this 1 star review Cho'po'ki. You monster, that xoming from a beast soul pu'men

A piece of plastic holding the heat shield on my vehicle was broken. They immediately accessed the problem and promptly repaired it at a reasonable price and time. Great friendly service!

I paid $71 for a full service oil change and tires to be rotated. They did not fill up my coolant or windshield wiper fluid and did not rotate my tires! I'm pissed off! I will be taking my receipt and car back to them in the morning!

Not welcoming in the least, also charging 100 dollars to mount and balance 4 tires is ridiculous.
