Found them to be a great, "no nonsense" resource when I needed a new, affordable set of tires. I usually do my own work but some things I cannot do for lack of tools and equipment. Tire mounting and balancing definitely falls in that category. They got me into a new set of tires for several hundred dollars less than the common "budget" retailers could..

Always busy but managed to catch them when they could fit me in. First come first serve for oil changes. Nice that they update Carfax not many small shops do.

Although my jeep was not able to be repaired, Dustin and Jeremiah were honest with me about it after performing diagnostics. They were more than patient with me in making a decision on what the next step with it was and I so greatly appreciate it. Super professional and friendly. Awesome service!!!!

Very professional and very knowledgeable. I really appreciated the young man raising my hood and pointing out other work that visibly needs fixing. They installed a new starter and battery on my 2008 Lincoln Navigator. It starts right up, just like when I 1st bought it. Thank you, I'll be back.

They're okay, Kind of overpriced depending on the work that needs done. I had my car towed there and was told I would have to pay $5000 for a new transmission. All I really needed was a torque converter clutch though.

Amazing service at a reasonably low price. They always get things done the right way, and aren't afraid to answer any of your questions. I admire the easily trustable faces in the shop, aswell as the speedy oil changes. Absolutely the best mechanic in Tipton County.With it's easy to pull in and pull out location just off the highway. it is ideal to bring your vehicle here, and grab a bite at Crumpys just across the street. When you leave they'll notify you, afterwords you might feel so good about your full stomach, and revitalized vehicle you can even stop by the carwash just next to the place.

Dnt know the older guy wit glasses name, but he's the best. I prefer him and him only to do anything to my car. So I'm only giving 5 stars because of him. And he's so nice.

Visiting family from out of state when my car started acting up. They were friendly and helpful. My car was fixed fast and the price was very fair. I highly recommend using Covington Car Care!
