After almost 8 years of owning my Mustang toy with a broken windshield my wife for Christmas told me to get it fixed. She had already contacted our local glass company and got the price. I called them and scheduled the job. Very satisfied with the phone conversation. Guys were out and prompt and did a fantastic job. Ready for the car show season to start now. I had my truck in the dealership body shop to have some minor body work performed. The rear back glass was broken and the body shop sublets all glass repairs (as most body shops do) to this company. The body shop provided an OEM new factory back glass and AAA auto glass remove the old and installed the new part. A month after picking up my truck I realize the back glass is leaking badly. I attempted to contact the body shop and found out that Miracle Ford Body Shop has stopped doing all body work and closed this facility. I contacted my insurance agency that paid for the repairs and my adjuster informed me that AAA auto glass was responsible for the glass install and to call them to get it repaired so I did. A technician came to my place of business and verified to me he was the tech that installed the glass and he verified that it does indeed leak and then attempted to ad some additional sealer to the top of it to stop the leak. 2 days later it still leaks. I call them again and they now tell me that because they did not provide the glass then it s not their fault and therefor will NOT stand behind the workmanship in which they performed. Any reputable glass company would have just removed the glass, resealed it properly and gone about their day but not this company. Now I m stuck having to pay a different company to fix their mistake! UPDATE: The very next day after this review posted to Google the GM of the company called me and apologized for this mistake and misunderstanding of the situation and asked to please allow them to remove the glass and reseal it properly. The next day the tech was out to my place of business and removed the glass and found that the sealer they used did not stick to the glass in 2 spots at the top. He cleaned the glass and scuffed it up better to get better adhesion this time and resealed it without damaging the glass. These folks were the only place in Bowling Green that would work on my 1996 Roadmaster wagon. Replaced the sunroof glass that was destroyed by the tornado a couple of years ago. Fantastic local auto glass! I wanted local and that s what I got. Hometown service and great work. Done within 30 minutes and even had a waiting area and a cup of hot coffee while I waited.

Typically, folks are quick to complain when receiving bad service but rarely do they compliment when receiving good service. I want you know that I am very pleased with the quality of service your company provides. Specifically, I'd like to compliment one of your employees, James, for the excellence service he provided today.James first called beforehand in case there was conflict with his estimated time of arrival. Then upon his arrival he helped me understand the severity of damage to my windshield. I didn't realize the danger of having 5 chips on your windshield combined could do.But James was quite knowledgable and calmly answered all my questions. He made me feel at ease about the situation. I can be a bit particular at times.His ability to quickly replace my windshield exceeded my expectations. Such great customer service is to be commended. You can be sure that I will request to do business with Triple A Auto Glass in the future. It s nice to see a company s slogan, ( Where service and quality come first ), actually ring true.

James and Mike were the techs that came by my home to replace my wife's FJ Cruiser windshield. I highly recommend either of them, as they are extremely professional, careful, and definitely have an enormous amount of experience. I even watched some of the installation (while being cautious that it can be annoying to have a customer watching over your shoulder) but they both were patient, answered my questions, and were very careful to make sure the windshield removal and install left the car in a condition just as it was prior. I would recommend paying a little more and having them include new gaskets around the glass, in addition to buying replacement clips for your hood cowl pieces that must be removed for windshield replacements. As your car ages, its impossible for them to keep the old plastic clips from breaking.Highly recommend James and Mike. I purchased a custom shower door from here and it is fantastic! They delivered exactly what I asked with in the time frame I needed. Everyone in the office and in the field were extremely professional and great to work with. As a Kitchen and Bath designer I've dealt with many glass companies and they are by far the best I've ever had the pleasure to deal with! I will recommend AAA Glass to all my future Bath clients.

My recent high school graduate and a few of his buddies were taking a trip to the Smokey Mountains when they hit a deer, which crumpled the hood and shattered the windshield. Being hundreds of miles away, I was pretty stressed as to how they could get this repaired. They happened upon AAA and thank goodness they did. They replaced the glass and then hammered down the hood so it could be easier to drive. They treated my son and his friends well and this mom is very grateful.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Hopefully this will be rectified. Great phone etiquette from office staff and installer. They showed up on schedule and was Courteous. He began doing his thing and I stayed out of his hair. My appointment was in the middle of the morning so I had to leave work to come back during the install after an hour and a half the installer realized he had the wrong piece of glass. So we put the tarp back on my door and he headed back to Nashville to get the correct piece I couldn t be away from my job any longer so I had to go back to work Trusting the job will be completed and done correctly. I received a phone call at 3:30 PM at the job had been done I think him and we hung up. When I got home window looked great and the install seem to go good however every time I open and shut my door I hear shattered glass somewhere in the panel from the window that was replaced. All in all one window on the passenger door of a pick up truck took from 10 AM through 3:30 PM because of the wrong Piece of glass.

My husband was recommended this business after a body shop diagnosed a leak in our windshield's seal (it was also diagnosed as a windshield seal leak by our insurance adjuster). We called them to have a new windshield installed as their customer service rep said they could not reseal that windshield.The customer service rep gave us a bid and said they could usually get to it the following day. I call the next a.m. and speak with James. Wow. He starts discussing other possible leaks. I tell him the body shop that recommended him had already diagnosed leak. He didn't care just continued and I asked him if he wasn't going to insure his work. What else could I think?He started yelling and saying he didn't want the job. I waited a bit, called back and some calm guy said this was a bad time and that the lady I spoke with the day before was just an accounts receivable clerk and could only look up prices for parts. He said go elsewhere.THANK YOU!!! I called Volvo and they recommended Lawrence glass ($40 cheaper than the quote from this company). They came out and did the job the next day and at my request confirmed the leak again pressing the glass up from inside the car showing me personally the gap and it was exactly where the leak was. I think AAA Auto Glass really does not want or need the business the way they talk to people.

AAA Auto.was used as my windshield shop from service king body shop. The windshield after a few days had the seal come out, the rtv all over the roof of the car, and the windshield cracked! Spent a month trying to resolve and as soon as the shop got the pictures and contacted us tjey were more about trying to justify the windshield crack as rock damage before a technician came out and looked at it all from pictures. Rather than own how bad they screwed up the job tjey were about more money! Definetely a poor business and customer practices. Would tell everyone to stay away from this company for they don't respect customers and don't take pride in their work. Had to have my insurance get someone else to fix it correctly for they were a hassle and rude!

If I could give ZERO stars I would!!!!Contacted them about getting a new windshield, had it setup for the following week. They call the day they are supposed to be coming out and tell me they aren't coming out. AT ALL!!Said they decided it wasn't worth their time, they could make more money doing other jobs in the time it would take to do the job they had already committed too.Greedy and dishonorable. Deplorable business ethics.I hope you heed my warning.

This is the WORST auto glass experience I have EVER dealt with. Tried getting quotes from them and I got jacked around left and right. They also wouldn't tell me the quality of glass they use, which means they use the CHEAPEST products and don't want to admit it. I ended up paying a little bit more with another affordable auto glass company. I will never recommend this company to anyone!!!

Went there to book an appointment to get the windshield replaced. They were polite courteous and great to deal with. I booked the appointment, now just have to wait to get the windshield replaced
