I would give negative stars if that were an option... I bought a 2004 Mazda 6 in May of 2022 from Travis. I was told the title was clean and no issues listed (not a salvaged title or a rebuilt salvaged title) which it was in fact a salvaged rebuilt title. Wires have been played with and jumped around. Over a year an a half later I am still fixing and replacing things on this stupid car that should never have been an issue coming from anyone selling a vehicle especially a "certified car lot, if that's what you would even call his company. Travis is a cold heartless snake and DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR SAFETY! He doesn't even check over the cars. He buys them wholesale and sells them as is meaning as he bought it. He doesn't even run a vacuum through them. -100 starts. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I bought a car from Travis and now 8 months later I'm without a vehicle because the motor blew. Seeing the vehicle online, the pictures looked so nice then we got there and the window was cracked, seats were completely ripped. He did throw in a seat cover which was the cheapest of the cheap but it was a nice gesture so I will give him that, but I could have spent $20 at Walmart myself. He also said that he had a mobile window guy for the window but the price would go up $500. We agreed to fix the window ourselves. On the way home the check engine light came on but I thought it was something minor because the car seemed fine. I should have known right then to take the car back. I thought Travis seemed very nice and surely he wouldn't sell a lemon but I was wrong. We have had nothing but problems out of this car since we got it. I am so frustrated not having a vehicle and having to get rides for me and my son.

They dealt with me fairly. The purchase was an older car, but it wasn't represented as anything other than what it is. Everyone there was up front and honest and gave me a fair deal. I got the car for under blue book and was given ample time beforehand to take the car to a mechanic and have them give it a good look. I really have nothing negative to say and there is a real possibility that I'll deal with Travis automotive again.

Normally I don't like to leave negative reviews for small businesses but I'm making an exception since I'm not the only one who has had problems with them. I bought a car from them. Test drove well but on the way home it started acting funny. I thought maybe it was just some bad gas but within two days it would barely drive. Took it to a trusted and well known mechanic who said the transmission was basically dead. So then I went back to Travis Automative hoping that maybe they would reimburse part or at least give me a discount on a different car. Instead they offered to look at it and denied that there was anything wrong with it. So I took it a different mechanic in Knoxville who again confirmed transmission was dead. Took the car back to Travis who denied again. I ended up out several thousand dollars with a car that won't drive. So please stay away

I love the car I bought, and they gave us a good deal on the price. I am happy we stumbled across an ad of theirs and drove out to see the car. The people working were super nice. They seem to have a pretty good variety of vehicles. We will definitely come back when the time comes to purchase another vehicle.

If you read my reviews you know I give them honestly. We bought our daughters 1st car here and as soon as we got it home the check engine light came on, threw a code so we brought it to our mechanic and we were told that cylinder 4 had no compression. We called Travis automotive and they offered no help. We then called back and we're told they would accept the car as a trade in and give us a $2000 trade allowance even though it had a blown motor. I'm sorry but you know if a cylinder is collapsed before it leaves your lot. If you are looking for a lemon factory you found one!

Had SUCH a great buying experience with Travis automotive! They gave me a great deal on a great car that will be perfect for me and my family! I was able to take the car to a mechanic before purchasing which made me feel 10x better. I highly recommend doing business with Travis automotive and I will definitely be referring my friends and family to this lot. Thank you so much again!!

Purchased a car 25 days ago. After about 22 days it doesn t run at all. I ve put almost 400.00 into it and still not starting. Travis said he d have his mechanic look at it but that guys a no show. I was assured I was getting a good car as Travis said he drove it a few weeks.

I test drove numerous cars all of which had some sort of issue and they mostly were not even aware of the issues. The car I did purchase 4 months ago has many issues and my mechanic informed me that they had to have been aware of those issues. I would definitely NOT recommend this place!!!

Mr. Travis is helpful, honest, and goes out of his way for his customers, even months after they have bought a car for him. I had an unrelated car question months later that he took time to help me with. That is exceptional service!!

Travis and Toni at Travis Automative are amazing! They are incredible people with a heart to truly help others. They aren t like others who are just in it for the money as they actually care. There was no pressure like at many other car lots. I absolutely love my car and I will definitely be sending others to them. Worse experience ever buying a car . He lied multiple times no way he doesn't know the issues these cars have and he says he drives them all. And is supposed to be a mechanic well he is bad at that and as a car salesman. Literally almost cost my job going to him bc the car was so bad and I had to be late so many times dealing with him waiting almost 3 weeks still no title for car. Filed claim with BBB , wish someone would told me but stay away!!

we went there today to buy a suburu. Being it was an hour away, I called and confirmed the car was there and available and that someone would still be there when we got there. I left immediately after confirming they would wait on me. drove all the way there and they were closed. we got there at 5:30. they dont even close till 6pm. No courtesy calls to me stating they had to leave. refused to respond to facebook messages or voice mails. scam of a company. Dont buy anything from this company. a lot better dealers out there that have integrity.

I purchased 2 cars at one time and there ended up being problems with one of them and I had no problem with them making it right. I recommend checking out the inventory. Travis and Toni are both extremely kind people.

Bought a car for my daughter car started out at 2999 and ended up being 3579 with me paying sales tax should ve been 3291 Nobody could tell me where the extra 288 came in they charged my credit card 3579 I called and ask about this All I can get out of him was processing fee this was my second buy And my last !!! Buyer beware of Hidden charges,And still had to buy $100 battery before I can make it home

bought a low mileage car from here...3k miles later the transmission fails and costs more to fix than the purchase price.
