I don t understand how they choose this store to have the good fuel discount at. It can t handle any traffic it s small as hell and only has 1 shower. It s a miserable experience every single damn time, I don t think I have ever been here when all the pumps are active. I think the majority of 5 star reviews are from its employees.

Almost a good trip to this pilot took a shower so that is also a great experience with clean shower staff working here is pretty nice had little talk with them they are very friendly and helpful so they deserve five starsBad thing is just they have a very limited space so the parking is very small and due to small space they have only two showers and also they don't have driver's lounge tooStore is good have most off the important things

Sprat service ever, i ask for email to print 2 pages se don t have it they answer, i won it to take shower they told me only one working now, you must wait 1h

Welcome to the Truck Stop California. You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave. None of these are in proper spaces, and combined they trap 10 people.

Great clean Pilot. Fewer parking for trucks but all are easy to park. Staff is super friendly.

This was a very disappointing stop. Half of the pumps were not working. The ones that were working were in various states of disrepair. Everything was dilapidated and dirty and rundown.

Food selection is very minimal. You have 2 options, roller food or a bag of potato chips. Parking lot is very small. Like 15-20 spots max. It's a nice clean place, nothing wrong with it, just not a lot of options.

Overall kept the store clean and bathroom wasn t perfect but clean enough. Convenient for an easy back on the highway.

They have fuel and hot dogs.If you need a shower, too bad they're remodeling.Can't use the restroom because a charter bus drove in backwards to the fuel pump and let about 60 people in to use the restroom.So since I was trying to get ready at 4 am, I can't stop at another truck stop either because there won't be any parking until later.This means no shower, no restroom and no convenience here at all.Fuel, if a charter bus doesn't drive in backwards and block the pumps and maybe a dozen parking spaces.That's it.

This location is a good example of why my company has recently switched to Loves. Only a few pumps but nearly always one or more out of order. Only 2 showers but have seen only 1 working several times. Today, case in point, plan the whole day to end up here and shower, get here, half the pumps down and "ALL" the showers are "Down".

Worst Pilot I have ever been to, This place is very old, dirty, and run-down. The toilets were so dirty, my female co-worker refused to use the bathroom here, I can confirm they were bad myself, heck, even a seasoned trucker, told me "I ain't taking a dump here". I would rather hold it and wait til I get to Columbia Loves on exit 46, which is sooooooo much better. Not to mention their drink selection is horrible. Wont be back here.

Small lot and only 2 showers, however this is the cleanest truck stop I have ever been to. We were here waiting on our appointment for 24 hours. The bathrooms were freshly cleaned every few hours. The employees were constantly cleaning things in the store.

Showers are down at 12:22 a.m. 1-27-22, why are employees so lazy? The guy clearly doesn't want to clean them so he shuts them down? Guarantee not going to stop here and get diesel or spend a penny. I hope all truckers start boycotting these places that do this!I asked the guy with the red streak threw his head why are they down? He said the dryer is not working. I said I have my own towels can I just use the shower. He said no his store manager told him not to let anyone take a shower!??!? I hope to God these people remember who brings in the money to keep their store going. It is truckers and to have showers yet just refuse to let us shower, I will never understand except no respect for us!

I only used the restroom here. It was very clean and kept up nice. Normally at interstates bathrooms there is paper towels all over the floor and the sinks are caked in soap and drenched in water but you could tell this one was cleaned routinely. There was a trash can that was full but it was pouring rain so I understand not wanting to change it and it was very busy so the cashier couldn't just leave her post.

I never leave 5 star reviews, and I review many locations that I go to. The staff was beyond amazing. They were pleasant, friendly, and even soft spoken when some other customer started yelling and cursing. The cleanest showers I ever been too, and I stop by pilot/ flying j everyday. The staff as i mentioned beyond compare. The younger gentleman and the manager were courteous, and the younger girl that works at this location went above and beyond to help me find couple of things that I needed and could not find on my own. I stopped at this location on 09/18/19 at 5 30 PM and had a great experience. Plus they only have 20 truck parking spots and it was half empty when I got here. Thank you to the staff once again!!!

Bathrooms were very dirty...I received a response to this review & that acknowledgment says a lot about customer care. I am not 2 picky & understand things get messy fast.... That being said. The fact that my dislike was even addressed in a timely manner just bumped up my rating score.

Hubby and I met at a travel stop elsewhere. I was working there, asked for by name, so I know my stuff.Next spring marks 18 years we have been stopping here on this route. Our son literally grew up with this place. He has asked to go there, OFTEN. Always: clean, well stocked, good food, fresh coffee choices, more, around the clock. We know lots of Drivers, who also all think well of it. We sometimes see them there, smiling.We remarked tonight that on some items we frequently get: some prices are cheaper than our corner store, and they were better stocked, with more choices, than our neighborhood grocery store. Oh, and, friendly, helpful neighborhood cashiers! Tonight's guy was exceptional, 110% on the ball, out of years of 4-5 star service. Plenty of parking, well lit, and gas/diesel prices always reasonable. Not merely a stopping point, but a REST stop, where you can always "catch a break". If you're planning on stopping within 50 miles of here, stop here. Nowhere else. When your young child wants to drive 75 miles or more to go there in the middle of the night, and the sous-chef husband has zero trouble finding what meets his standards, you know you have hit a bullseye.

This fuel stop is a little small. Can only accommodate about 30 trucks. The transflo machine is old, they need to upgrade. But they do have showers and snacks hand truck fuel along with their gasoline. They are supposed to have a Subway sandwich shop but the last time I was in there it was not up and running. The employees are very friendly and helpful. This place is always been clean when I went in there.

Short wait for shower. Shower was the best. Large room with plenty of space for stuff. Good pressure, temp and volume of water. Fast and helpful service at counter. They are fixing the fountain machine but, they did not ignor their costomers. Busy place but, good staff. Bravo Pilot.
