We had an issue with our catalytic convertor on a used car we had purchased. Matt was nothing but professional and great to work with. I had a few services done here about a month ago. I forgot the names of the guys but the two I dealt with were some superstars. Very pleasant quick with responding and updating me on the repair status .reasonable pricing . Just amazing. My vehicle was ready the next day. I didn t drive it for a couple of weeks after that due to being away on vacation. When I started driving it again, I noticed an issue that wasn t there before. I contacted these guys again and the issue was resolved without hesitation. I am impressed and would definitely recommend Whitworth Brothers. Five stars!!

I took my son's car here for diagnostic work after a local oil change facility told us he had an oil leak & the beginnings of a transmission leak. Matt at Whitworth was kind and professional and told us he could fit us in if we could drop the car off and leave it. After examining the car, no leaks were found and we were told no repairs were necessary. No unnecessary work, no unnecessary bill! Everyone was super nice. We will definitely go back when something does need to be fixed ;) and I appreciate their honesty!Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys are awesome. Hands down the best. They were wayyyy cheaper than the Cadillac dealership and provided better customer service from start. Kept me informed and updated the entire time and had me back to OEM quality in no time! My fiance came here for an issue he was having with his Lincoln MKZ, and within 24 hours they had given him a diagnostic for his vehicle. While they were not able to fix his issue, they were very honest and professional from the beginning to the end, and ended up not even charging us a diagnostic fee. I spoke directly with the owner, Matt, and I highly recommend his service to anyone looking for auto or tire maintenance.

Set up an appointment online. Dropped the car off the night before and by noon they called to discuss what they found and provided cost of repairs. Repairs were promptly made and I received a text saying the car was ready for pickup. It can't get any easier than that and you can rest assured it was done right. Whitworth Tire and Auto is a hidden gem! I found them through a MaxCare referral and am happy that I did. They were able to see me relatively quickly and pretty much at my convenience. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it the same day. They shared diagnostic information with me as it was available. The cost was reasonable and everyone I came into contact with was polite, professional, and helpful. I don't think that I've ever been more satisfied with a car repair service. The inspection and repair process was extremely quick. Being able to see an itemized bill electronically before service agreement made the process go smoothly and should be something that is standard in this type of service industry.Additionally, each staff member that I spoke to was friendly and seemed to genuinely care for the customer.I will 100% be using them for any future car servicing that I need.

Being a young woman, it s a chore to take your car in without the concern of getting overcharged or looked down upon. The services provided by this location are unmatched. From my initial phone call with John, to being greeted by Leeanne in the front office, the employees here are transparent and honest without reservation. I regret not catching his name, but the mechanic walked out to my car with me to have me explain what I believed to be wrong with my vehicle. He later brought me into the garage after he had my car jacked up and the wheels off to show me the parts and confirm my suspicions about needing new brake pads. After I thanked him for his honesty and respect, he stated everybody needs a friend and that s exactly the kind of service I was provided throughout my experience at Whitworth Bros Automotive. I have never left a review, but this business was too exceptional not to share. I highly recommend them for your own vehicle needs.Service: Brakes

I was traveling to Memphis and hit some pot holes and I brought it to Whitworth Brothers Auto. I am so glad I did that. Matt and his crew took great care of me and my wife.... We brought it in at 9:00 am we were out before noon.....great service.... Great price.... Great place to take your vehicle to be fixed.... The problem (engine mount failure) was diagnosed quickly and finished promptly. And the charge was reasonable. They let me know certain work I had asked about did not need to be done at this time - who does that anymore? I was very impressed with their quality of service and honesty!

I was surprised to learn of the new owners. I had a great relationship with the previous owners. I did take my car in around lunchtime so I knew it would be late in the day before I heard anything. I called around 3 and was told that they had just started on my car and I d get a call in an hour or so telling me the problem and the cost. At 6pm after no return call I called again and was told they were busy and had lots of cars that day and they would message me tonight as they would be there for another hour or so. At 8:30 I got a text quote explaining the problem and the cost. The next morning I approved the work. I do get a call around 4 saying my car was ready. Once I picked up my car I noticed a few things. Oily fingerprints on the hood and side panel. Also on the door handle and door frame and a mechanic s oily hat on my front seat.Overall the car is fixed. The repair was correct and the price I assume was reasonable. I liked the previous owner. He always called and kept me informed and my car was always clean as it was when I brought it in. I ll use this business again. Maybe since they are new to ownership the bugs will get worked out. I just like more communicationService: Engine repair

Had lights come on in my car and it was thirty minutes before they closed and he told me to go on and come over and I brought my car over and it ended up being the battery! Austin and his wife and service technician Andre took great care of us and stayed after hours and got us back on the road! Very professional great service! First class operation. I have two old vehicles, and Whitworth is a VITAL member of our family. Honest staff with very high ethical standards. Sometimes, though, they have to be brutally honest. My family and I will use no other shop. Good folks. You should use them, too. My Suburban was making a strange vibration noise. Austin found a loose heat shield and took solved the issue. I have been using them for years and I m delighted with the new owners. Honest and knowledgeable! They told me that they would check the a/c to see why it wasn t cooling. There could have been several reasons that were costly and I would have to accept whatever they said. They were exceptionally honest and the repair was fairly minor and much less expensive than it could have been. The a/c is cooling better than it ever has. We will definitely use Whitworth in the future for any of our repairs!Service: A/C installation & repair

10/10 ! They were by far the fastest and most professional shop I ve ever used. A seamless experience. My Yukon was dying after buying a new battery and they diagnosed it in 10 mins and found the exact problem. It was fixed the next morning after I dropped it off.
