I visit today do my last free service . They told me mile is 26161 so the plan is expire so I have to pay 39.99 for tire rotation paid 53.00 . I told my service writer my passenger side tire is getting low pressure . They did the rotation after I came home look the tire pressure. Pressure is same but the tire is in back side. I trust the service in Toyota at least check the pressure add air if we needed. Now I have to put air myself even I paid 53.00 dollarsService: Oil change

I was able to setup an appointment the next day and had the brakes fixed by noon! It would've been sooner if they didn't experience a power outage due to a storm.Best experience with a dealership I've had so far!

They have ALWAYS been AWESOME whenever I ve taken my car in to get it serviced no matter what the issue is, & I m on my 3rd Toyota that they ve serviced. I ve been going to them since about 2008 - they re THE BEST!! I wouldn t THINK of taking it anywhere else. I go to Gerald and he will take care of both you and your car no matter what the issue is!

Very efficient checkin for service dept. Getting your car in line before opening can be hard if many are waiting but once open the checkin in quick. Nice waiting area with coffee, popcorn and vending machines as desired. Nice touch with signing and initialing your service order electronically via text and notification of service complete via text. Friendly and courteous service representatives makes the whole interaction pleasant.

Everyone is so genuine and kind and professional. they took care of me in a timely manner. they took time to talk to me about everything that was wrong with my car. and what I needed to get done.when they got finished with my car . I almost didn t recognize my own vehicle it looked brand new . I m very pleased.

Every one was very cordial, helpful, and explained what I needed to know in clear, simple terms. The Wolfchase Toyota technicians are very efficient and, in the past, have helped me with mechanical problems that no other could. I trust them and there is never any pressure about doing procedures they have identified for me.

Toyota service department is Tops. They make scheduling seamless. My Service Advisor team is professional, knowledgeable and provides exceptional updates in a timely manner. The main Courtesy Driver always drives safely and is professional during Drop Offs and Pickup services. Even when I wait on Service to be completed, the environment is always clean and safe and the service is completed in a timely manner with quality assurance. The popcorn is great too bring back the Carmel.

I definitely recommend Ms. Tiffany as your service advisor! She communicates well, promptly returns phone calls and e-mails. She conveys accurate information regarding your vehicle's service. I have a great experience with her every time I take my vehicle there.

My 2009 Toyota Venza runs like a new car because I have trusted it Wolfchase Toyota for years. I rely on their recommendations and trust them completely. Everyone there is friendly and the waiting area is clean and filled with the wonderful aroma of freshly popping corn.

They called offering half off on an oil change, so I took advantage. Halfway thru the service tech came and said they found my alignment needed adjusting. I didn't think anything of it and said okay. I noticed as I was leaving that a tech was checking every car in the bay for alignment. My $40 oil change wound up being $250.00. After I thought about it, it seemed all the service people were coming to other customers recommending the alignment. Coincidental? I mean, I don't like buying tires when I don't have too and alignment is important. It just struck me as odd. I guess the dealership is just providing an extra check. I had no complaints about my service. That's why the 4 rating.

Appointments do work if there are no unforeseen circumstances. Brought. Laptop and some other literature to pass the time away. Never got to use laptop. I was finished within an hour.

Our 2000 Landcruiser started making a terrible noise while we were on a cross country trip. Unfortunately it was on a Saturday night.We made an appointment with Wolfchase Toyota for Monday morning.We decided to drop the car off on Sunday so we wouldn t get stuck and need it towed, but the gates were locked. So as we sat trying to figure out what was the best way to go, Buddy, the assistant sales manager pulled up.What an amazing guy!He let us in, loaded our luggage in his vehicle, drove us to our hotel, and dropped us off at a restaurant before he went back to work!He was so good to us!Then on Monday, Jonny, with service, got in touch with us and made sure our car got a thorough inspection and kept in touch with us letting us know the progress.We needed to update our hotel on if we would be staying another night.They luckily had the parts and got our car all fixed up by Tuesday morning!We are on a long trip now (1000 miles so far) and she s running like a top!We highly recommend Wolfchase Toyota of Memphis!!

Tiffany is the absolute best. Her customer service is unmatched. Those that perform the maintenance are always timely with the turnaround of services. I have 3 Toyota vehicles and I wouldn t trust them any where else

I bought a Highlander from Wolfchase Toyota in 2019. Since then I ve only took my car 1 time to another location for my general maintenance and it was a mistake. I drive for 45 min back to Wolfchase to do this because the customer service is the best. I am always happy with the work they do and the atmosphere. The lady who oversees my Toyota is the bomb-Tiffany.

Would have been nice to have been greeted. I stood there for over 10 minutes with no notice. Cars came in after me and they were helped. I just stood there patiently waiting with my little granddaughter. A girl finally came by and checked me off a list and said that someone would be with me shortly. I waited and waited, nobody came. I finally walked out and left my car there. They also changed my oil when I just had it changed 500 miles ago! Oil change sticker on the windshield with appropriate information.

Not everything got looked at that I specified when I scheduled my online appointment. I had coupons for discounted oil change and free tire rotation but was charged for the rotation. More importantly, I specified when I scheduled my appointment on your website that I wanted the recall addressed. It was never mentioned.

Toyota used to be very customer service oriented, but greed has taken them over. They accept more customers than they can confidently sevice, which leads to EXTREMELY POOR customer service. I turned in my car early in the day for simple maintenance. They not only had the car all day, but were not able to completely service it and asked if I could come back tomorrow. I won't be back.

Courtney was great at scheduling and following up, BUT, the technician who performed my oil change did not put on a new gasket/washer on the drain plug and oil leaked out over 2 days on my garage floor. Courtney got me in and fixed up early on Monday but serious rookie mistake for an oil change, if I wasn t paying attention of if it was a car that s always parked outside, the oil leak may have gone unnoticed and ultimately seized engine up. That would have been an uncomfortable fight to get covered under warranty. Maybe better QC is needed in that group

The service was good, but the quality not so much. I took my car to get serviced for new brakes. After getting my car back, my brakes squealed loudly. This recent visit was my third time taking my car in for the same issue. Each time I was charged something for them so called fixing it, but the problem was not resolved until this third time. It was a hassle and I was not happy.

I arrived 30 minutes early for my service appt and was allowed entry. I was greeted by Gerald who was very friendly. Maintenance on my vehicle was done in a timely manner. While I waited I enjoyed a delicious box of popcorn and watched tv. Great visit!

It was pretty easy to make an appointment online. Even though I showed up a bit early, they still took me right in and completed my 5000 mile service within the hour. Fast, professional, courteous - all the things you want your Toyota service center to be.

Very nice staff! When I went in with my service and I got my car back, I didn t even expect them to go in and like vacuum or detail at all and they literally did and that was incredible. The only thing is that waiting was very uncomfortable just because seating isn t the comfiest but you know it s to be expected.

At Wolfchase Toyota they make you feel like family. From the finance ofc to the service dept everyone is so nice. If you ask ANY questions (even though you may think its stupid) they will respond respectively with great knowledge. I trust them & would definitely refer people to them!

Great service from Tiffany Kang! She was very polite, knowledgeable and kept me well informed throughout the process of my vehicle s repair. Upon completion of my repair I took my vehicle on a round trip of 1100 miles to Florida and it handled like it was brand new, all the noise and rattling from my worn timing components had disappeared. Best dealership experience I ve had. Thank you Tiffany Kang & Wolfchase Toyota for your professional and excellent service and repair!
