10/10 recommend Wolfchase Toyota! Zena in finance and Jennifer in sales were absolutely AMAZING! After totaling my vehicle they got me into another one in less than 4 hours all while staying in my budget and getting me an amazing deal on my new car!

I want to first and foremost thank Mike Smith, our salesman. He gave us our own time to make decisions without any pressure, was there for any questions, in the end he made the sale. The Manager , Buddy was very helpful as well. Then on to finance, smooth as silk with all options laid out perfectly. We definitely are very happy with our experience at Wolfchase Toyota! Now to our new ride, the Crown Platinum is an absolute joy. What a high tech , beautiful vehicle. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for luxury and practicality.

My car buying journey with Wolfchase Toyota was the best experience I ve had when looking for a vehicle. I m beyond happy and satisfied with my new vehicle! AD was a great salesman; not pushy, kind, and very knowledgeable! Greyson on the finance team answered all of my questions patiently and worked to get me a great deal right in line with what I was aiming for. I will definitely make them the first stop the next time I m in need of a vehicle.

We cannot thank Jen enough for her help and patience. We have been looking for about three months and always went back to the Camry options at Wolfchase Toyota. Jen is so kind and puts absolutely zero pressure on you. As long as she is at Wolfchase Toyota they will always get our business.

The best car buying experience I have ever had.It was very relaxed and low pressure. I was well taken care of by the sales consultant, sales manager, and finance. If you are looking for a new car I recommend you stop by and ask for Jen Hollandsworth.

I came in nervous and left confident I made the right decision in this 2021 Rav 4 XLE AWD and I have Matthew to thank for it! He made my husband and I feel right at home and the process was completely painless. He s incredibly personable, answered allof our questions, and even offered to come pick us up from Enterprise when we dropped off our rental. You don t find many salesmen who put their heart into their work - I ll definitely be sending everyone I know his way!

I had an awesome first car buying experience at Wolfchase Toyota! Melvin and Courtney answered every question I had and made my time at the dealership enjoyable. If they were unsure of a question I had, they quickly were able to find the answer. It can be nerve-wracking buying a car, but they truly made it a breeze. I would HIGHLY recommend Melvin, Courtney, and Wolfchase Toyota to anyone!

I purchased a 2012 Honda Accord today from this dealership. I initially test drove a newer model Toyota that I was approved for but I turned it down due to the interest rate being to high. I was very hesitate on exhausting all of my cash on the older model vehicle with high mileage. However, after test driving the 2012 Honda with no lights on the dash and Carfax showing maintenance upkeep regularly it put my mind somewhat at ease.Literally one hour after purchasing the vehicle the check engine light comes on. I took the car right back to the dealership & requested another vehicle around the same cash value or to return the vehicle and receive my cash back. Both options were disregarded. The manager Buddy Nash informed me that they tried selling me a new car and basically insinuated that I knew what I was getting myself into with an AS-IS vehicle. He even went as far as googling the no cooling period stating I cannot give the car back after only having it an hour. I only rated my experience a 1 star because 0 star is not an option.I will be reaching out to the general manager and area vice president to see is it anything that they can do to better assist me.

Buyer Beware: A Disastrous Experience at Wolfchase Toyota MemphisMy experience with Wolfchase Toyota in Memphis has been nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased a certified preowned 4Runner from them, only to be met with incompetence, disrespect, and unprofessionalism at every turn. The trouble began when I was provided with a faulty title for the vehicle. Despite numerous inquiries and requests for the real title, the dealership offered nothing but excuses and delays. This led to an excruciating 8 month ordeal of replacing drive-out tags, all due to their negligence. To compound the frustration, I had the displeasure of dealing with a representative named Robyn. Instead of providing assistance, Robyn chose to demean and insult me, staging that I was "young, naive and didn't understand how things worked." Her derogatory remarks, including calling me "stupid," were completely uncalled for and unacceptable. In the midst of this chaos, the dealership's solution was to offer to buy back the vehicle, less $6000, effectively penalizing me for their own mistakes. The disrespect didn't end there; I was also told by the general manager, Matt Trumbo, to "quit calling," dismissing my legitimate concerns without a second thought.Disheartened by the appalling treatment I received, I reached out to Toyota HQ to make them aware of the situation. While they acknowledged the wrongdoing of Robyn and Matt Trumbo, it's clear that the facade of friendliness displayed during the sales process masks the true nature of this dealership.Fed up with the mistreatment, I warned Wolfchase Toyota that I would file a claim against their surety bond to recover my losses. Predictably, they scoffed at the threat, confident that nothing would come of it. However, a mere mention to their bond holder, Penske, was all it took to prompt a miraculous turnaround. Suddenly, a title that had been elusive for 8 months became available within hours. At this point, my sole objective is to warn others about the atrocious practices of Wolfchase Toyota. Let my experience serve as a cautionary tale to prospective buyers: beware of this dealership and its disregard for customer satisfaction.

Yesterday I bought a new car from Wolfchase Toyota. Amar and Jen were so helpful and were thorough in reviewing my options. I initially just wanted to test drive the RAV4, but they let me know that they didn t have any available or coming to their location soon in the colors I wanted. They told me that they got a Venza that day in the color I wanted, and a test drive later, that car was mine! They were excellent at understanding where our budget was, what my must haves were and where I could compromise.

Our salesman Mo was amazing I needed in a new car fast and he listened to everything I was looking for! He went above and beyond he was patient with me and everything he showed me lined up with what I wanted he truly is an asset to Toyota. He checked every single box that a salesman could have THANK YOU Mo and to the entire wolfchase team! Tammy the finance manager hooked us up with everything for our warranty s and broke everything down and was patient explaining what everything was for and broke down pricing for us she is a boss! Honestly this was just the best outcome I could have ever dreamed of and I know who I will refer my friends to in the future.

Matthew Harvey was a great salesman. He was patient and kind. I was very specific with what I was looking for in a vehicle and he sat with me the whole second half of his shift while I asked questions and test drove multiple cars and asked more questions. I really appreciated how understanding he was.I was a little disappointed that after negotiating quite a bit off of another vehicle and having another one discounted and offered and then taken away, that no discount was taken off of the car I did buy. I felt it was a tactic to convince me to pay more and agree to financing after I was very set on paying the car off that day. This was more on the manager, than anything Matthew could control though. And I know it's just business, but boundaries and budgets are important and should be respected. My biggest complaint though was with Brian, the finance manager. He was very short and kind of rude. I felt very rushed in his office. And the remarks he was making made me feel very belittled. After finalizing the paperwork, he sent the documents to my email but I never received them. As Matthew was helping set up the car Bluetooth and settings, I pointed out that it never sent. He went back in to get a copy of them on a flash drive but when I got home, I noticed that Brian carelessly handed over a different customer's documents. I now have personal information for someone else. I know it was late and he was probably ready to go home, but he should have slowed down and been more mindful. I would be very uncomfortable to know that a stranger had my personal information if he had handed over my flash drive to someone else.Overall, I am very happy with my vehicle and, for the most part, had a pleasant experience. Just wish I was given a different financing manager to complete the purchase.

My review is regarding the service I received in the SERVICE department.I took my car in last week to get regular scheduled maintenance and my service advisor (Johnny) was great. Upon picking my car up he informed me that my back windshield wiper was not in stock and that I would need to come back to have it put on. I asked how long it would take and he said about 5 minutes (essentially I would pull in and they would put it on and I would leave). I let him I know come back the following Saturday. I would absolutely rate Johnny AND the mechanic who worked on my car a 5.My return, however, left a lot to be desired. And the amount of stars I have given reflects the average between the two visits. Upon pulling up to Wolfchase Toyota, I was greeted and asked if I had an appointment I said no and I explained to them that Jonny told me to come back to get my windshield wiper placed on. I was then told that they were going to go ask Jonny cool, I understand that maybe they wanted to check to make sure that yes it s here. Check to make sure it s paid for whatever. I totally get that. The guy comes back. I believe his name is Damon and tells me Johnny will be with you shortly because he s finishing up with some OK cool so mind you this supposed to take five minutes. This ended up taking 10 to 15 minutes and in that time 4 different people came up to me. I guess they are porters and frequently would ask me to move my car up. I didn t really care it wasn t until Damon comes back to tell me not hey I m gonna take care of this for you but tell me that he a.k.a. Jonny is almost done and he ll be out shortly to help me now mind you I ve already been there for 10 minutes just sitting in my car for something that should ve taken two maybe three minutes at some point the service manager comes up and says, can I help you? what do you need with your car? Is your car fine you know just asking general question I said no I m waiting for Johnny. He s supposed to be putting something on my car and apparently he s the only one that can do it based on the four or five other people that stopped by my car , the fact that the manager over the service department was able to complete this task in less than two minutes bothers me because that means my time is not valuable there and if my time is not valued that means my money is not valued and moving forward, regardless of how great Jonny was and how great the mechanic was, I will not be using Wolfchase Toyota because of this instanceUPDATE: maybe a week after I posted this, Wolfchase Toyota reached out and apologized for the lack of service. The fact that THEY initiated contact instead of me having to call them means a lot to me.

Jonathan Lizardi was a great and personable salesman. He did not pressure me, but listened to my concerns and wants. I told him what I was looking for and without hesitation, he delivered what I asked for. Michael, the guy who went over the contract with me, was such a great listener and was attentive. I will recommend anyone to visit this location first during your car hunt.

I took my car in for service, they had it for 3 days and couldn't find anything wrong with it. I was picking my car up and ended up talking to a salesman and the car appraiser low balled my trade in. He stated it was because the car made noises when he started it. Yet, it was there for 3 days and the service team didn't find anything. He then said he spoke to service and they said it had suspension issues (yet, I was told they found nothing and I have a warranty to cover everything if they did). When asked if he could inform the service department of the noise he heard. He very smartly replied," you want me to write it down on a napkin". we were not there for a smart comment and very frustrated after the car being there for so long and nobody finding anything, yet he jumps in and starts pointing out several wrong things.-Ashley

I was searching for a Rav4 Limited, and upon submission of my request, I was checked on via email and phone call. Started off right, but after they didn't have the exact model and accessories I wanted, that was the end of being called. I was advised by Denzel that they'd do a search and keep me informed, but that never happened. He tried to offer a different model, but I knew exactly what I wanted, and I wouldn't settle for less.I received an email from the manager on a status update, but I never got a response back from my response to that email. A different dealer kept in good communication with me and they got exactly what I was looking for.

I went here because I needed a new vehicle. I was met with a sales associate. I explained my needs and he said very little. I finally asked if I could look at a vehicle and he said they were all locked but he could show me one on the floor. He took me inside and opened the back. I kept asking questions no information was freely offered. I even had to ask to test drive it. I felt like I was bothering him. Not a great experience. I gave it two stars because he did greet me.

Jonathan Lizardi was such a great help to us! We walked into Wolfchase Toyota not thinking we would find anything and left with our dream family car. Tammy Sievers in finance was equally amazing! We will be visiting again in the future.

When I say this was a wild ride, well, you just had to be there. Micheala Moore in sales and James in finance didn't know what they were getting into. We called and told them we were bringing them my truck in to trade (GX 460) for something more economical. My husband has had his eyes on a TRD Camry for years. I am picky and was coming from a tall v8. I was a hard sell and danced through my anxiety in their lobby and they didn't make me feel bad about it at all. They were attentive, steadfast, and didn't let us leave (accept for lunch, because I was hangry) without pulling for the best deal they absolutely could. A bewilderingly reasonable rate for the credit score Credit Karma has lied to me about. HahaMy husband usually spends about 30 minutes buying a car. I usually take 4-6 months. Today we met in the middle at 6 hours and it was an enjoyable experience all things considered. We compared rates across lots of dealerships and have had lots of salesman and financer interactions (Jonesboro and Memphis) and Wolfchase Toyota will be our official dealer (and Micheala our saleswoman) from hear on out. Hats off to you for your patience and indomitable spirit and going the extra mile.

This is my second consecutive time closing a deal at this particular Toyota location and with Micheala Moore. Michaela is one of those dealers that just gets you, likely because she does her due diligence to learn the customer, and will go above beyond to help you find the PERFECT vehicle for her clients and also ensuring the best deals and rates with her team members. For my second purchase she made sure I was aware of all my options, notified me of a vehicle she knew I d loved, informed me that I could reserve in advance, and proactively shared and requested pertinent documentation to capitalize on our appointment time. Between my two purchases my finance reps were Grayson Hall and Zena Withers. If you want a seamless process with a team that makes recommendations with your absolute best interest at the forefront of their minds, this is the team and place for you hands down! This crew just got a lifetime customer!

This is my 5th vehicle bought and traded in for my whole family with Wolfchase Toyota since July 2019. Aways got better advice from the sales team. They do the best job and call me if there s any update regarding my car if there s any updates after sale. Aamar Bajwa who once my sales guy, always I go to get better advise on my vehicles. Once Wolfchase Toyota, always from Wolfchase Toyota. The showroom is very attractive, neat, and very well maintained. Can enjoy TV, coffee and the environment as well. I always stay at dealership during my vehicles serviced. They are professional and quality oriented personnel.

We found ourselves having to purchase a Toyota in another state very quickly due to an accident in bad weather. Shortly after returning to Memphis, the car began to have problems. We called Wolf Chase Toyota and they made a service appointment for us. Even though we got the car there late, by 10 am the next morning they had diagnosed the problem and by early afternoon, the problem was resolved. They kept us updated every step of the way and the estimate was right down to the penny. Thank you for making a difficult situation so much better! You will be out go to place for service!!

3/23/24 Went to the dealership with my brother who was deciding on what type of car to purchase. We had to go inside and request a salesman. No one greeted us until we spoke to them first. The sales associate assigned to us (I say assigned because we felt as if we were annoying the salesman) told us his name named Anthony. My brother told him that he wanted to look at and test drive a Rav 4 and a Corolla Cross. He told us that he was not allowed to even unlock any car to even look inside until he had a copy of insurance that was actually current. My brother told him no problem and provided his license and current insurance so the salesman could make a copy. It did take a strange amount of time for him to copy the documents. He came back with a set of keys for a Rav 4 and said we would have to come back for keys to a Corolla Cross as the dealer didn t allow for multiple keys to be checked out. As we test drove the Rav 4 my brother explained that the car would be for his wife that was currently home sick, and he was not planning on purchasing today, but they would be trading in a honda civic when they decided which car to purchase. The test drive route was short and my brother asked to test drive the Cross. He went and got the keys and after that test drive he asked to test drive the hybrid version that car which was parked very close by. The salesman went inside and came back out with another associate whose name started with M. That associate shook my brother s hand and disregarded me. He told my brother that he could not test drive the hybrid because he had customers that actually wanted to buy cars. His reasoning was that my brother had already test driven 2 cars. I told my brother that we just needed to leave. Both sales associates walked off and said have nice day.Update: 3/25/24Sales Manger Buddy Nash replied to my review and asked that I get in touch with him. I spoke with him on the phone today and unlike our original sales associate seemed like someone that wanted to sell cars. He stated that their company policy was to not unlock doors for anyone to sit in a car unless they had a copy of their insurance and Drivers License. I told him that I disagreed with that tactic and thought it was unusual, however if that hurdle was approached in a better way by a sales associate I don t believe it would be an issue. Buddy Nash did agree that the way we were treated and the experience we had should not have happened. He requested that I have my brother call him. I will pass the message along to my brother and let him decide how he wants to move forward. I have updated my rating from 1 star to 2.

The dealership was fine. Greeted quickly by Grayson who was a very laid back guy - never tried to hard sell, basically just wanted to get us what we wanted. Now the experience with Toyota in general would be 1-star. Not because of the truck we bought - we love the truck. We only got one key for it (an $80k 2023 Tundra)! Told us we'd get a call from Toyota when a 2nd key was available... When you pay that kind of money (cash) you'd think you'd at least get two keys...My displeasure with my buying experience didn't end with the one key debacle... We were told we could use the Toyota app for unlocking and remote start. That is patently FALSE! The app can tell me how much gas is in the tank and how many miles are on the truck, but that's it. Getting the app set up took over an hour at the dealership with assistance from three people, PLUS a call with "Brand Engagement". And it still doesn't work!A call to "Brand Engagement" the next day was less than helpful with "Keisha" curtly telling me that remote services have been down for TWO days and there was no ETA. That's not very good "Brand Engagement" if you ask me.So, bottom line, we love the truck. We have one key and a useless app. The experience was stressful and I would be hesitant to recommend Toyota (the brand, not the dealership) to anyone. With how much we paid for the truck, I was hoping it would have been an amazing experience all around, but it wasn't, and remains to not be one. We're stuck with one key and a non-working app. Toyota needs to do better than this.We got two Cokes for our inconvenience, and no reach out from the general manager. But we got our truck, so that's something.
