Called the number listed. I told them which one I was going to. I asked if they knew how to replace a diesel fuel filter on a truck. The young lady told me yes, but they did not have the filter but if I picked it up from somewhere and brought it, they would do the work. Bought the filter and drove there and was told by 7 workers standing around they couldn't do it. Didn't even try to figure it out. Went to Express oil change and they were done in 30 minutes. Will never come back to Valvoline again.

Took my elderly neighbor to get her oil changed at this location where she always takes her vehicle. Pulling up the records, indicated it really did not need changing per the mileage. Service tech said, id love to be able to change it, but you really have plenty of life left on it . So he just checked everything else and sent us on our way no charge. Told him thanks for your honesty . Saved us $100.

My first time getting my oil changed here was fantastic. I'm a mechanic but sometimes I like to let someone else do things I don't have time to get to at times. I'm so glad I came to Valvoline. They are professional and knowledgeable of all things required to do there job. I'll be back thank you so much for your friendly service.

This is always my favorite Valvoline but today I happened to get a flat right out front and pulled in and James and Derrick helped me even though they didn't have to. Thank you so much guys!!!! You are the best <3

The staff was very helpful. I was passing through on my way back to Texas and needed an oil change. When my coupon wouldn't scan, they still honored it and gave me the discount.

Broke the handle on my oil dip stick and tried to blame it on the vehicle!Workers were standing around instead of working, took 15-20 min longer than usual to get oil change done.

Quick in and out. Had $25 coupon for full synthetic oil change. After coupon costed me $75. Their monitor screen to show lower bay does not work so not sure of the quality of work. Earlier they would show old oil filter but I guess they might have changed their Sop

Would be a good place if you re a MAN. Women, don t go here. They treat women so disrespectfully, especially teens. They try to force you to get irrelevant things done with your car and told me that I would crash my car if i did not get a new back windshield wiper. (I went for a simple oil change) Then blamed it on his day. Very weird people at the Cordova location.Service: Oil change

Immediately, the manager James was so kind. Checked the air in my tires, made sure my lights were functioning properly and that all my fluids were up to par. Everyone working in there was so friendly; no one tried to up sell me on anything I didn t need. Showed me how clean my air filter was, and the oil change was done in less than 20 minutes. Completely worth the price on the considering you are getting some of the most solid customer service you ll experience.

We've used them twice on my Subie and a Honda, both experiences were fine. The guys there seem to genuinely enjoy working together. 2 weeks ago their monitors to allow customers to see them working beneath the car was broken, I hope they get that fixed, it's really nice to see the timer and the oil guy in real time:)

I went to Valvoline on April 18th to get a oil change & they offered me some type of defense fuel kit that was supposed to be good for my car. They told me that they check engine light might come on and if it does to just bring it back and they will turn the light off. So it ended up coming on about a week or 2 later. & I took it back and they turned the light off. Then tonight on my way home the light came back on. Now I m very concerned and upset because now I feel they ve done something to ruin my car. My car has never had this problem ever. I regret even going to here. My car is brand new! It seems like they pressure you into getting a service just for their business not to actually help and then now my check engine light keeps coming on. I will need come here not to another Valvoline ever again. $90 wasted! I want my money back and I hope my car doesn t have any major issues, because I will be taking them to court! Had I known that it would be a possibility that engine lights would come on when they first offered it to me I would have turned it down! But they waited until afterwards to tell me if they check engine light comes on bring it back and we will turn it off there shouldn t even be a reason that a check engine would come on! So I feel this has happened on more than one occasion! I want my money back immediately. This was HORRIBLE! I m absolutely disgusted! That s what I get for trying to give places a chance. Absolutely scam, don t know anything about cars to even be suggesting services you don t know anything about. If I could give 0 stars I would!Service: Oil change

I have been coming to this location for many years. The service is always fast and friendly, but I never quite understand what is being done or the services I need. I was recently there last week and happy to see a new employee named Kareem who's was able to communicate and explain everything to me very well. English is not my first language so he made sure to go the extra mile to explain everything to me and made me feel comfortable. I am very pleased to see that this company is accommodating diverse customers. I will tell my friends, family and community to bring all their vehicles here. As someone who stopped by from out of town, and knows his vehicle.. it can be worrisome to stop somewhere new for service. That said, this place was great. They serviced our durango quickly, they were friendly and knowledgeable, and the service fast without being rushed. Had an oil change, air filter change, and ended up needing the oil plug changed cause of damage caused by the old dealership... everything went smooth. Would highly recommend these folks.

Have had my truck serviced there for years was shocked to discover the oil filter they used was about half the size of original manufacture. Also their so called summer mix windshield fluid not much more than water and will freeze when winter comes. Ps don't bother with call customer service because you won't get any. Wish I could give them zero starsService: Oil change

Raleigh was the main guy that I spoke to. He was extremely knowledgeable as was the rest of the staff. They were fast and efficient. Raleigh suggested services that I needed but never pushed. He explained which one was most important and I went with the full system engine cleaning which I apparently needed pretty bad. My car shut off a few times while they were cleaning because it was so dirty. My car now drives great and no longer revs itself at stop signs. I ve gone to this location a few times and I ve always had great service but this one was above and beyond. James and Raleigh were a hoot while also being extremely professional. Thank you guys. I ll recommend you to all of my friends.

The team is extremely professional and courteous. I did not mind the wait. The female service provider asked and answered questions with a smile. Valvoline, it is a plus to see a woman working there. She is very kind and welcoming. I will continue to return and advise others to do so as well.

They are always very nice there. I think the oil changes are overpriced though. They do them fast and correctly, but I get synthetic oil and it is about $80 for an oil change. Ouch!Today I got a new headlight. It was $26 and was replaced within 10 minutes and I was on my way. That too seems a bit high but for convenience, I think you can't beat it.

Fairly quick. Waited in line about 15 minutes. Oil and filter change and inspection went well. We don't go anywhere else. See you guys for the next service.

I have used this location for over 10 years ands usually had reasonably quick and competent service until yesterday 12/16/16. I left work early for shopping and to have the my car serviced before the holiday. When I arrived, there were cars in each bay. One of the staff came out and advised me that it would be 15 minutes as the person in the bay ahead (to which I was directed by him) had just arrived. That was OK. Meanwhile, another customer arrived in the adjoining bay and another behind me. It appeared that they were struggling with the car ahead of me. Then the manager left. A short time later they completed servicing the car in the opposite bay and an attendant told me that since I was "next", I could move to the vacant bay but they would finish the car in the bay to which I was directed in "3 minutes". I thought it would take 3 minutes to move all the cars around so I advised him that I would wait and repeated the "3 minutes". Bad decision. Three minutes turned into 10 minutes and another attendant came out and said that they still had issues with the car ahead and he would start the service on my car "outside". I said no. I did not want to be stuck there waiting for them to find the problem with the car in the bay ahead with my car "partially serviced". So I told him that I wanted out and I left.The attendant should have been upfront with me about the time when I arrived and I could completed other errands and returned later. I will not go back to this location.

I am a frequent customer and everyone at this Valvoline location are so knowledgeable! Lindsay is extremely friendly and smart. Today while I was there I had Brandon and he was wonderful! I bring all 4 of our cars here and they make sure all 4 are topped off and in good shape every time I leave for a trip. Excellent service!

The manager of this shop was great! I needed my fuel system flushed. He waa right there showing the other guys how it needed to be done. No air about him but doung a wonderful job as the manager. Very patient. But knowledgeable on how get the job done as the head. I will return .

20 minute oil change with professional service. I'm impressed. The guy that handled the payment and recommendations was very professional. The 4 stars is only because some of the thing that the technician said he checked actually weren't checked.

Everyone there was very polite and professional. They got my oil change done quickly and didn't pressure me into buying a bunch of stuff like *some* other places.
