I started using The Shop based on a referral. The staff was really nice and not only listened to each and every one of my concerns but documented them for individual review. They can notify and authorize work online (via text, email, etc.) which is very convenient. I now take all of my cars there and recommend them to anyone that asks. Great staff, great service, and great results!

I arrived at this shop after going to the Toyota dealership, Autozone, and the Collision repair shop. I was on crutches and it was close to 5pm. As I approached the door, three technicians sat in the lobby watching me try to open the door and no one got up to help. I walked in and immediately said to them, wow, no one could open the door for me and one turned to the other and said, I wasn t going to open the door for her. Then I explained to the guy behind the desk what I had been through, and how I needed a fuse changed. Real quick and he said he couldn t do it because he was about to close, but he sent me to meineke to a man named Dave. He gave me his number and I called him and went straight there. Where he was able to help me.

The charge for the repair was comparable to what a dealer might charge, but the service was top-notch and fast, so I am super happy. My daughter was driving through Memphis at night and the water pump went out. We had her car towed to The Shop, just based on reviews. The Shop seemed like it might be priced a little higher than other mechanics, but it also seemed really well-organized and professional, and we wanted peace of mind. Staff were really helpful and understanding of our out-of-town situation. We got a quote for the work by text, and approved it that way too. They had a simple system for picking up the car after hours. I was also impressed that they told me how to use the warranty (get a refund) for paying a mechanic local to me should a problem come up with the repair.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We are regular customers of The Shop of Memphis yet they never fail to amaze me with their friendliness, courtesy, professionalism and knowledge. I witnessed them today taking gentle care of an elderly customer and her car. They assured her the small correction they made on her car would keep her going until the next oil change and they performed this small fix with no charge to her. I can t recommend these folks to enough people. They are truly wonderful.

I have been going to The Shop for years for all of my car needs. I have a GREAT experience every time. I feel confident in the quality of the work and in the honesty of the managers and employees. This new location is very accessible and convenient. If you want a great car guy, you can't place your trust in a better guy than Norm. Highly recommend!

From start to finish, the entire experience was great and my older vehicle is running like new again. Andrew gave me options on the repairs needed, stayed in communication with me during the repairs, and took extra time when I picked up my vehicle to show me the work that was done along with work that I may look out for in the future. Fast, friendly and professional service. Norm's communication with his customers is excellent and timely with no nonsense. Very fair rates, and speedy service- no dropping your car off and having to wait a week here. The only mechanic shop that I can say I have 100% trust and confidence in to get the job done right. Don't give a second thought to bringing your business here!

Wonderful place. The guys were super knowledgeable and friendly. They have a text based system that allows you make notes and comments of work being currently done. They also give you this awesome checklist of work they suggest needing to be done! Kind of an hierarchy of maintenance with cost and potential timeframes. My car was also nearly 30 years old. Many mechanics do not work on older cars because they cannot diagnose problems without a computer. These guys did and they did it perfectly. Recommend. Recommend.

Having to ride around town with my child in this July heat had been unbearable to say the least! On top of that getting the run around from the dealer I purchased my car from...only added to my frustration!!! However The Shop of Memphis fixed ALL of that today...the staff was friendly and thorough in diagnosing and repairing my car. They communicated with me throughout the process and the repair was reasonably priced. I'm so thankful my co-worker referred me to them...I will definitely go to them again for my car repair needs!

Hands down the best experience I've ever had with a repair shop. Everything was explained thoroughly. They told me what I needed done and what could wait if I needed to, and the prices were excellent in comparison to other places. This is definitely my go to shop from now on.

Great shop. Fast, friendly and very knowledgeable. Took my Excursion in for a variety of work and they took care of everything. No up-selling and reasonably priced. I'll use them for all of my auto repair and recommend my friends to do the same.

I had a huge jobe done @ The Shop of Memphis and it was a lot better of an experience than expected. My advisor was Andrew and he kept me informed with pics of the car's progress from start to finish. Awesome!

You will not find a better group of mechanics in Memphis! Deal ership wanted about $400 to replace a hose and a sensor plus overpriced labor. I took it to The Shop of Memphis and Andrew discovered the hose was just lose and that was throwing the sensor s reading off. He reattached the hose and the sensor worked fine. $60These guys are honest and know that if they treat people right they will always have more than enough customers.

I had issues with another shop over charging me and not being clear on the work that needed to be done. A coworker mentioned that this place was wonderful, AND IT IS! They have a system that text you with notes and keeps you in the loop. Customer service was also wonderful! I would recommend this place to everyone.

The best place to take your car for repairs! They are honest and do not do unnecessary repairs. They will thoroughly diagnose the issues, give you the price upfront and will contact you prior to starting. Excellent service!

The Shop is an extremely friendly family owned auto repair facility that not only does quality work but does it within your budget. The shop manager will go out of his way to make sure you understand what needs to be done to your vehicle and that you feel comfortable with the service.

I saved over $2,000 coming here when compared with the dealership s quote. I had a pump issue that Jim (from the shop of Memphis) identified and fixed in a day.I had incorrectly assumed that my Prius would need to be taken to a Toyota dealer for repairs, but when I saw the steep quote, I reached out to the shop of Memphis. I couldn t be happier with the service and will be making them my shop of choice.Service: Engine repair

Andrew is top notch, hands down the most knowledgable technician I have ever met.honest,reasonable, and thorough. I have never had a problem no matter how complex that he could not fix. 100 percent trustworthy, I would reccomend the shop of Memphis to anyone.

Would highly recommend them if you're trying to get a quick quote and repair done. Andrew was very knowledgeable and the final price was actually lower than the estimate I agreed to so he's not out to rip you off or scare you into unnecessary repairs, will definitely be back for future maintenance or repairs

These guys are honest as it gets about what is wrong with your car. If you don't need something, they don't push it on you like the dealer or other shops. Been going for 13 years and no one but The Shop of Memphis gets near my car with a wrench.

100% Legit!!!Pulled in on Aug. 31st a little after 4:00p.m. knowing they close @ 5:00 and probably not reopening until the 4th of Sept...Explained my situation to the owners and they SPRUNG into ACTION!!! Repaired our Mini van saving my family's planned vacation to Dallas over the Labor Day Break.Hats off to the ENTIRE TEAM for their unprecedented customer service.
