Brought my battery in to see if i could put it on the charger, the friendly staffer put it on and 30seconds later it said bad battery. I said i would be back on thursday to buy a new battery could i leave this battery as the core charge? They said sure ,wrote me a receipt,and i was on my way. In and out with no hassle. Going to use my military discount and get a great price on a new battery. Thanks O'Reilly AutoParts

Very excellent customer service, ladies here know their stuff,can t go wrong with O Reilly,went to one of their competitions for the same item,nappy auto parts, folks just as lazy as they get, lady too sorry to look for batteries for key fob, never going back to that store. They used to be good,

Very helpful. However my car battery, antifreeze, and charge protectors price 331$. I guess prices from 3 yrs ago really are going up. Use to be a battery was 120$

Typically have what I need, when I need it. If not, the set store employees can order it from another location and have it brought here. Saving me precious time of driving around town until I find the parts I need. Most of the stuff is pretty knowledgeable in the aspects of being a retail parts facility.

Stop in to get parts ordered for my vehicle that the dealers didnt even have. The manager tamera was very attentative from the time I walk in. And she order what I needed.

During the last cold snap I noticed my car was having issues with the battery. I stopped at O Reilly and asked them to check my battery. The associate there was very polite and told me he would be able to help me out. He took me out and showed me what he was doing and then showed the display to me. I did have a bad battery. We went back inside and I purchased a new one, which he installed. This was my first time in their store. It was very organized and all of the employees working were very professional. I was in an out in less than 15 minutes. Goodbye Auto Zone. I have a new store! Thanks guys

Location doesn't even deserve the star I gave it. The guy working at the counter was on the phone as I entered. There was no greeting nor acknowledgement..I asked if he could use the engine scanner because my check engine light was on. He said idle your vehicle. He walked out connected the machine..sais what was wrong and walked back in the store. Absolutely horrible service!! I won't be back nor will I recommend the Cordova location to anyone else I know

First off I was given the wrong bulb I was needing. And secondly the person who changes bulbs couldn t change mine because it was to difficult which I looked up how to and literally simple as can be they just didn t want to do it..They were not busy I was the only person in the store. They don t know what they are re doing or atleast the ones that were working

I will go here 10 to 1 over the other guys down the street, I get better products and prices. If you re a backyard mechanic Oreilly is a great place and they have a good selection too.

We were looking for a part that was essential to making sure that we can do the best work possible for our customers. We went to two other major shopping centers close by with no luck and a lot of wasted time. I called O'Reilly's and Thomas answered. They had the part I needed and when I walked in they had three different parts for me to choose from at the front, waiting for me. Thomas and George did a great job. Will definitely be back.

Today was my first time in O'Reilly Auto Parts, the staff is very helpful and friendly. I told them what I needed they looked it up on their system gave me the options and I made a good choice. one of the gentleman even came off of his lunch break to put windshield wipers on my truck, I wish I could remember his name so I could make sure he gets recognition, you should definitely go there if you need Automotive help.

Arrived at the store mins before closing and the sales clerk didn't rush us or tell us it was too late to grab the parts we needed. The clerk went above and beyond, helping make to secure our vehicle and make sure it was safe for the road...

The management at this location needs to be replaced. My step-son has worked for O'Reilly's for nearly 4 years in three different states and has learned nearly every position that O'Reilly's has to learn. Today they decided to lay him off due to lack of business sales caused by the current situation with our country. Normally that would be understanding but they decided to choose him instead of one of the two employees who have less seniority and experience. They were passed over solely due to the fact that they are friends with the store manager. Though I understand they have the right to terminate anyone they want for any reason they choose, I to have the right to leave a review so people know how this organization is run and recommend that no one stop at this or any O'Reilly's location. I still have a child that is an employee of O'Reilly's but I can assure you that even though shopping at O'Reilly's would allow me a 15% discount I will NEVER shop at another O'Reilly's ever again. I will happily pay full price plus an extra 15% at NAPA, Autozone or any other auto parts retailer. Do yourself a favor and start spending your money with a company that actually cares for their employees.

Employees here are really good, They have never been rude with whatever question I ask.Price may be higher than Autozone on certain things yet I always have a better experience dealing with this store.

Went here to get a part for my cousin Mike was very helpful. I got the part and it was a better one than I had actually picked out. Great friendly staff. Will be going back to this location again.

Don't go to this one, I told my wife to go there to get some power steering fluid, and not only did the employee tell my wife that our '99 Isuzu Trooper was "Too old", but stood there and watched her fill the reservoir like it was entertainment. We're a one car family right now, and are blessed to have the one we have, if my car wasn't *too old" you're jerk employee wouldn't have a job.

First and last time going to this place. I had some oil to recycle and some money to spend, but the way these guys treated me when dumping the oil made me leave immediately. No welcoming when I walked in the door so I had to ask if it was alright if I could dump some oil and got only a "yeah" and after a long pause "it's in the back". Walked back, and an employee watched me the whole time. And the response to my question "Got any papertowels?" was "there's a bathroom over there." while he was enthralled with his phone. Maybe you guys don't need the money, but I'm sure AutoZone will take it. Definitely won't visit any Memphis O'Reilly's after this.
